28/01/2025: Lovely, well equipped hotel. The food was delicious, lots of options and varying the specialities each day was really welcome. What made the hotel was the staff, really friendly and helpful and superbly knowledgeable about local amenities/facilities/services. We loved the spa too and popped in there a couple of times. Our only slight complaint were the smelly lifts! Don't know if it was the carpets or just that we mis-timed going in after a smelly guest, but we always felt like we had to hold our breath in the lifts! A minor point though compared to our overall feeling about the hotel which we adored.
25/01/2025: Everything was wonderful, staff friendly and really wonderful hotel. Just a couple minutes walk from everything including the busses to the mountains.
Would happily stay again!!

We had a great time in this 15th arrondissement brasserie. A special mention to Sonia, a top room manager who offered us exceptional service. Very good wines, very good food. In short, a very good evening at Baribal. I recommend ++!

24/09/2024: I had planned my birthday last night at 153, the cocktails were super good, the music and the atmosphere too. The cocktail menu is renewed every week for even more varieties, I really recommend!!

30/08/2024: A very big surprise, nestled in the middle of the Vendée countryside, this restaurant is truly surprising.
From the aperitif the welcome is really warm, the boss loves his job, there is no doubt about it, then the start of the meal...
And there, the surprise we did not think we would come across such cuisine...really excellent until the end of the meal, some restaurants should really take note.
Between the welcome and the quality of the meal, nothing to say or perhaps so it should be known, it is an address that should be known to everyone.
Go there with your eyes closed.

22/01/2025: It was really nice. You can swim and climb in the sea there. The surroundings are simply wonderful. The food in the hotel restaurant is very tasty. If you are nearby you should definitely come here. It is recommended both in summer and winter.

08/09/2024: Well.... wouldn't be an understatement if I say it's one of my favorite restaurants in Toulouse ever. Amazing consistent mind-blowing food. The hosts are one of the warmest and sweetest souls, which most definitely adds to the experience. Give them a try, and I'm sure you will not wait to go back again.
07/09/2024: We did not at all appreciate the attitude of the waiter during the service. I can understand that there were a lot of people but we find it important to respect the customer especially when the restaurant is an immersive restaurant like this. The waiter was very direct when I asked what to replace the meat with for the vegan alternative present on their dish. He replied with “nothing” which I find unacceptable for a 22€ dish. so really not a very inclusive card. In addition, we did not find the flavors from there.

04/12/2024: A former catering professional, I am extremely critical of the establishments I frequent, this is the first time that I have given 5 stars everywhere...
The food is excellent, the welcome was perfect, attention to detail, attentive waiter and very friendly....my bone marrow was empty, I was disappointed but I didn't say anything...3 minutes later the waiter came back 2 full marrow bones and the chef's apologies... On top of that, we'll be back!
01/12/2024: It's been a long time since we ate in a restaurant where the fish was so well cooked, we really enjoyed it.
It's a certain budget but it's well worth it and especially when you leave the restaurant, you're really full.
The waiter/waitress are very welcoming and above all remain very human in their relationship.
The mojito was really good and full-bodied, it surely contributed to a certain atmosphere of a table harmoniously well balanced with the meal.

Tout a été conforme à nos attentes et plus encore ! Un repas réussi tient autant à la qualité de la nourriture qu’à un personnel attentionné et chaleureux. Ce restaurant réuni ces deux ingrédients à la perfection pour assurer une recette formidable. Merci encore !
