24/07/2026: We came here to celebrate my son's birthday. My two teenagers were thrilled with their pizzas. The younger one is vegan and the older one is vegetarian. They were delighted to find pizzas of such high quality and with such a wide selection. My husband and I also loved our pizzas. As good as the ones we ate in Italy, if not better!

20/07/2026: The terrace setting was very pleasant, but we waited almost an hour for our two pizzas (it was World Cup match day… Deliveroo orders seemed to take priority). The pizzas were generous, but the first one was a bit bland, and the other, the daily special with "spinach cream," seemed simply awful—unbalanced and far too salty (€18 for the pizza). We had been wanting to try this pizzeria for months, as its reputation had been so positive, so our disappointment was all the greater. Giving it the benefit of the doubt, we will certainly return a second time, and I wish the restaurant team all the best.

17/10/2026: What a magnificent experience! We enjoyed one of the best meals in years. The dishes were excellent, unpretentious, made with great heart and a love for the local produce. The wine tastings and food and wine pairings became a unique experience, one that you hardly find anywhere else anymore. The welcome was incredibly warm; you could have spent hours there, you felt so comfortable. I still get goosebumps thinking about it. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience :-)

The service is impeccable, and the wine selection is excellent. You can taste the terroir and the talent of local winemakers. Everything on your plate will delight your taste buds and satisfy you completely. Bravo and thank you to the chef and the staff for this experience!

15/10/2026: There are several moments that stand out from our time in France- and the discovery of Le Poulbot is one of them! The restaurant is amazing and the food is sublime. In the centuries that duck confit has been served, it has never been more inspired than it is here. It was the finest dish we were served in France over a nearly two week visit. The plating of each dish was gorgeous and we were left wanting nothing. Well, that is not quite true- we were so enamored with the business- from the food, to the staff to the experience in whole- we were generously given a dram of liquor after dinner and it was unlike anything else we tasted- nutty, sweet, boozy goodness- a perfect finish to a perfect dinner- however, I do wish I had been told what liquor it was so I could try to find it here in the United States! Thank you all for such a wonderful meal but more importantly, for such an amazing experience!
