29/07/2026: Absolutely the best ramen in Paris! Great service! I come very often and it's always light and flavorful. I always get the pork ramen with an extra egg. The desserts are very good, the mochi ice cream is the best! Bravo!

09/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! An unassuming storefront but delicious, authentic cuisine. We opted for the evening tasting menu. The dishes were simple yet expertly prepared, everything was fresh, and the service was delightful. We especially loved the eggplant with miso! We'll be back.

05/08/2026: A very pleasant place, the hotel's decor is truly beautiful, and it's very peaceful. The staff is attentive, and we had a very enjoyable stay. A thought for the fires that occurred a few kilometers away. But here, nothing is visible; the surrounding nature is untouched and very beautiful. Thank you, I recommend it.

19/06/2026: We were promised an authentic Portuguese culinary experience (the food was fine for me), but I'm not sure Portugese cuisine has to include so many condescending remarks about your looks and unnecessary amounts of touching to the face and shoulders while serving you. My child was unnecessarily touched on their face and shoulders repeatedly, having handled food and drink immediately prior to coming to visit our table. This left them feeling uncomfortable and mildly distressed deform the experience. When the bill was presented the same waitress made a remark about how the young man was paying, which maybe didn't translate well from Portugese to French but it came across as rude. Any interaction with this waitress just made our visit to this restaurant worse, which is a shame as the outdoor setting is beautiful and they take great care in the decor. The other waiters and waitresses didn't seem so condescending towards the guests. The menu itself is very meat heavy and a bit light on vegetables. Order the fish with a soup for a decent experience otherwise they don't season the meat very much. The drinks are at least ok and the whole meal was reasonably priced for Strasbourg. Shame it had to be ruined by the waitress.

06/08/2026: A wonderful dinner for two on the terrace during the week. Although close to cars, it wasn't a problem. The waitresses were always available and pleasant. The atmosphere was warm and quiet. The dishes were sometimes rather expensive, but they guaranteed excellent quality (a special mention for the very original sweetbread burger with homemade fries). The wine was very good, and the meat was cooked to perfection. 👍

10/08/2026: Excellent food, service a little below par: a few oversights, delays and no small attention to the fact that we were celebrating our birthday.

07/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in a warm and friendly atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the lobster menu and its wine pairing. We will gladly return to explore the rest of the menu.

28/08/2026: The perfect lunch at Le Choucas: a charming and pleasant terrace, peaceful and quiet, overlooking a pasture, surrounded by greenery, with no ear-splitting music. Friendly and welcoming service, even at the last minute, and a tempting menu. The Alpine salad with breaded Reblochon cheese is absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious. Highly recommended!
