08/05/2026: Classic ramen shop with comforting flavors and quick service. I stopped by Dosanko for a quick lunch and ordered a large shio ramen. Even though the place is quite cramped and hot, the atmosphere is welcoming and staff are quick and friendly. I wouldn't recommend coming here with any group larger than two as the space here is limited but, if you're stopping by for a quick ramen lunch, I think you'll find a reliable go to.

05/05/2026: The ramen without soup is the best, the soy ramen is average, I didn't like the miso ramen.

18/05/2026: The building is incredible, the welcome is very warm, the view from the restaurant, the spa (which I highly recommend, especially for the Nordic bath and its mountain view), and the rooms (we had a deluxe room) is simply sublime, no noise, the breakfast is very good and the room is magnificent, we loved it!!

29/04/2026: WOW! The homemade terrine as a starter was amazing! Only rib-eye steaks for the main course, and you choose whichever one you want. I was so hungry, so incredibly hungry, the concept is really great. The meat was incredibly tender and well-marbled—classy! The three homemade sauces were super delicious. The homemade fries were YUMMMMMMMMMMM! The homemade crème brûlée was YUMMMMMMMMM! For those who appreciate good pairings, run, don't walk! There's an incredible wine list, and let François give you top-notch advice. As for the service, 20/20! The young team of smiling and friendly students were always available but not intrusive—super pleasant. If you love meat, run, don't walk!

24/04/2026: Delicious! 🤤 Nice restaurant and good service. The place is nice and the overall experience was positive. However, we weren't completely convinced by the food, which didn't really meet our expectations.

01/05/2026: Not a very good restaurant. The €24 lunch menu was offered because it was May 1st. The fish selection was very basic, everything that was good was an extra charge, the salad was served with a tiny piece of frozen salmon, and the waitress was very unfriendly and unpleasant. I absolutely do not recommend it; avoid it!

27/01/2026: I just checked in. And Staffs are sooooo nice and kind. It make us happy. Room is comfy and location is also good. Welcome macaron and small wine make us surprised. Everything is perfect.

27/01/2026: When I was in Nice, I booked this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There's also a lounge where you can relax with a cup of coffee or tea. I had a room with a balcony facing Avenida Massena. The view is great, but the only drawback is the lack of soundproofing, which means you can always hear the trams or any construction noise. The floor was also a bit uneven.

07/04/2026: A restaurant that deserves a Michelin star; €109 for two. On March 21st at lunchtime, a very good €50 set menu with a glass of wine each. The only slight drawback was a cheese platter with only four goat cheeses out of six. The meal included an amuse-bouche, a scallop skewer, a pear with foie gras, delicious sweetbreads with homemade mashed potatoes (slow-cooked then grilled), and a superb piece of beef with homemade fries cooked in beef fat, a revisited rum baba, and the cheese platter. Excellent value for money.

02/04/2026: The restaurant is easily accessible, even for wheelchair users. The food and service are both excellent.
