I didn't know that Thomas Pasquier, who studied at the aeronautical school in Merville, could have possibly become the local equivalent of Coin Coin. Courage, and best of luck to your son, with his professional expertise, worthy of a true pro, and above all, his warm and welcoming family manner. 03/03/2026: A very good experience in this unique brasserie, beautifully decorated; you really feel close to the airplanes. A very nice display of model aircraft and photos of aviation and pilots. The food is simple but honest, without any pretension. The service was excellent and very friendly. A good place to eat. My only slight criticism, Madam Manager, please avoid, if possible, belittling your staff in front of customers; it's very humiliating for your waitress, and as a customer, I didn't witness it. Especially since your waitresses are very kind and attentive. Best of luck. Sincerely, A former head waiter.

23/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, the waitress was very pleasant as well. It had been a long time since I'd eaten such good foie gras, homemade no less. The bavette steak was very flavorful and perfectly prepared, and even the homemade panna cotta was delicious for dessert.

You truly live in the moment, losing track of time and reconnecting with reality with your loved ones for a precious instant! Every ingredient is used in its entirety throughout the meal, and the chef shares the history of the place. Don't hesitate to lose yourself in the heart of this village surrounded by beautiful nature. P.S.: Everything is organic.
