08/10/2026: Best sushi in Mulhouse, very good, pleasant atmosphere. The food is excellent, and there's a wide selection of dishes on the menu besides sushi. I highly recommend this restaurant; go without hesitation.

10/10/2026: The parking lot is dusty; there's a combined toilet and shower stall, but only one for the entire lot. The restaurant is closed; it was the weekend. As mentioned above, there's no food, so forget about the service. The gate at the entrance is jammed, so be prepared to open it manually.

17/08/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs!!! The waitress was haughty and unpleasant, completely failing to greet customers, despite this being a fundamental aspect of the job. This kind of behavior is all the more regrettable in a restaurant where a warm welcome and quality service should be integral to the experience. We can understand a busy schedule or a few mistakes, but that in no way excuses such an unprofessional attitude towards customers. We left with a very bad impression and don't plan on returning.

04/10/2026: The brasserie is in a beautiful location. Upon our arrival, a young waiter served us, polite but rather aloof: a smile or a slightly warmer welcome would have been appreciated. A young waitress then served us, decidedly more friendly and cheerful. We ordered a planche, and it was a wonderful surprise: truly excellent, well-stocked, and very tasty.

09/05/2026: A getaway with my husband, planned two months in advance: car, accommodation, meals, and activities between rain showers and the tides. Overall, the stay was decent, with a few positive points, notably good food at the restaurant and a nice wine list. However, several things significantly marred our experience. During two meals we had there—one costing over €50 and the other €40—we were served the exact same vegetable side dishes. We were also treated to a charcuterie platter that looked like it came straight from a supermarket and a soup so salty it seemed like the salt shaker had been spilled in it. As for the wine service, it's a shame the waiters weren't attentive: neither of them thought to refill our glasses before we finished our main course. The staff, for their part, seemed to vary depending on their mood. One waitress appeared to be able to control her emotions, while another was particularly abrupt. If I had been alone, I probably would have left. The overall impression is of an overwhelmed, inattentive staff who operate on autopilot, without any real attention to the guests. This is regrettable, as their technical skills do not compensate for their lack of interpersonal skills. As for the hotel itself, the prices are high for a service that does not meet the advertised expectations. Throughout my stay, a persistent smell of urine filled the room. The toilet bowl was clearly not cleaned properly, which reinforced this impression of unsanitary conditions. The sheets were only changed once in five days. The decorative fabric cushions on the bed mainly convey a lack of hygiene; it would be better to leave them out altogether. As for the pillows, they were soft and yellowed and definitely needed replacing. A little baking soda and vinegar would do wonders… I will not return to this establishment and I will not recommend it. We also spoke with several local residents, who have noticed a decline in quality over time. Unfortunately, only tourists passing through seem to be able to fall for it anymore. In 2026, it would also be time to seriously consider accessibility and compliance with the 2005 law concerning public places. Since the CEO is presented as the owner of numerous businesses in the port, it would be wise to invest more in staff training, as well as in hygiene and accessibility improvements.

14/10/2026: We went to eat at this restaurant for lunch on a weekday. The waitress was very kind, smiling, cheerful, and offered great advice. The dishes were delicious. I ordered something quite simple, a Caesar salad, but it was very good! And the gnocchi with beef were delicious! The desserts were just as wonderful!

13/10/2026: We had a wonderful evening at La Mamma! The dishes were generous and delicious, and they also have a fantastic pizza oven 😍! Special mention goes to the service; we were greeted by Christian and Karim who immediately made us feel at ease with their cheerfulness and attentiveness throughout the evening. Don't hesitate to stop by if you're ever in La Ciotat – you'll be pleasantly surprised!

23/08/2026: Excellent charcuterie platter, beautifully presented and quite generous. The meats were delicious and served with fresh bread. The restaurant has a very friendly atmosphere and the service is pleasant.

22/08/2026: We wanted a small beer and a charcuterie board. The beer arrived after 10 minutes, brought by the brunette waitress who was working the area next to the food truck. She just placed the three glasses on the table without saying if the charcuterie board was coming. I called her over three minutes later to ask when it would arrive, and she haughtily replied, "You have to give it time to prepare, it's not done like that," and then she left. So, I asked my husband at that moment, "Three thin slices of bread, two pieces of cheese, pickles, and some bread—it takes 30 minutes to make that?" The concept is, you drink without eating! 🙃 All this only for the charcuterie board to arrive five minutes later, brought to us by the much more pleasant blonde woman with glasses. When it came time to pay, she asked me twice if everything went well, still with a haughty air. I answered her twice, "Yes, I don't have much of a voice, I've caught a bit of a cold." On top of that, she took a piece of paper and fanned herself in front of her face, like she didn't care, she was hot. If this young woman doesn't like what she does, she can stay home; it would spare the customers from having to put up with her moods. It was Friday, August 21st, between 1:30 and 2:00 PM. We were at one of the two round tables on the raised floor next to the exit and the truck, and opposite the restrooms. We come regularly, but I usually ask for our friend, the one who's always funny and friendly, but he wasn't there yesterday. I'm not thanking you or congratulating you. It's a shame because after all these years of coming, once is enough to change our perspective.

17/10/2026: The table was extremely dirty and smelled awful. I asked for it to be wiped down, and someone came with a cloth even dirtier than the table. Horrible!

15/10/2026: The concept of "fast" food is far from being respected here. A one-hour wait for a drive-thru order. Unfortunately, the service is mediocre.
