19/10/2025: We came to Thonon-les-Bains for a 3-week spa treatment. We frequently had lunch in the Belle Époque and regularly stopped off at the end of the day. We enjoyed every moment at this establishment: the food, the welcome, the location, and the various thoughtful touches. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Don't hesitate to stop by.
11/09/2025: Excellent brasserie. I go there mainly for breakfast. The waiters and waitresses are always energetic and smiling! I recommend it!

I simply enjoyed an excellent Americano coffee, a large pot of hot water, and a pastry.
BRAVO! Here, newspapers are available for customers in the bar.
WELCOME: Warm.
ATMOGRAPHY: You immediately feel at ease here. It's even hard to get moving to get back on the road.

Great welcome and they were always on time. The staff was attentive and careful, and there were never any problems with "special" orders. I don't like onions, and they always removed them, a practice we've maintained for several years now.
My son loves it too. Homemade nuggets and cheeseburgers are great too.
A truly tempting dish!

01/07/2026: A strange place where the people are friendly... people come from all over Paris to see it! And what's exceptional, the bartender doesn't just smile when he's taking your money! Apparently, they even give you change!
I encourage you to talk to the owner, Sarah, a French aqua-pony champion; she's fascinating.

12/07/2026: Very disappointed. The pizzas are good, but the service time is awful. I called at 7 pm, and they took my order at 7:20 pm. I was told to come at 8:20 pm, meaning an hour of preparation, but we weren't served until 9:20 pm, meaning two hours of preparation. No compensation whatsoever, just a lousy excuse. I'm really very disappointed and I'll be ordering from a competitor in the future.

22/05/2026: I went to McDonald's to try the new menu. To my surprise, there was one less hamburger. They were supposed to call me back the following Monday, but of course, nothing. Completely unprofessional, and they didn't keep their word. A week later, still nothing. In short, they don't care about their customers.
