17/06/2026: Worst wxperience in Strasbourg. Very average service and food was more than disappointing. Frozen food put together in a plate. I would have given a big zero if it was possible.

23/02/2026: I like the store. Interesting selection. On my last visit, the music was far too loud – no desire to browse. Why impose this on your customers? And how can you explain the fact that the person on duty didn't react at all? It's always the customers who have to "complain," yet there are regulations for places open to the public. I hope to revise my review.

17/02/2026: It's been four years since our company moved to the 9th arrondissement, a 10-minute walk from Berrie. We're always greeted by a very friendly team, and it's a pleasure to pop in to say hello in the morning, on my way to check out the daily specials. Recently, the cauliflower gratin with shiitake mushrooms was simply divine. Having rarely been disappointed by Berrie's food, I easily convince my colleagues. And when there's a flavor or something that's not quite right, I always let them know. The feedback is always constructive. The food is varied, good, often very good, even excellent, and despite all the other restaurants I've tried in the neighborhood to try something different, my favorite remains Berrie! Congratulations on your expertise, your dedication, and your good cheer.

27/03/2026: It's honestly not good, yuck 🤮, the quality is way off. I'm insisting, but it's truly disgusting and there's no atmosphere whatsoever.

19/04/2026: Terrible! We arrived, a table was available, but since there were only two of us—my hungry 11-year-old daughter and I—they refused to let us eat there. How shameful! Avoid this place at all costs, not to mention the exorbitant prices.

11/04/2026: We wanted something fresh and different to the usual fayre we had received in the resort. The sushi was authentic and exquisite, the gyozo's are fab. I would recommend to book, because the place is very small. We came twice because we enjoyed it so much. Great Service and. Real family feel. Thanks for some great meals

08/06/2026: What does a girl need to get a good cup of tea in Paris🫪. I’ve been searching but alas, the hot tea with milk is not as plentiful as in the UK. I finally got one here at Coutume! A little overpriced for tea, but the baristas (as busy as they are) are very friendly, even politely obliging to my request for more milk. I also like the view. Just what I needed, thanks Coutume! 🥖🎀🤩😁🙏

15/01/2026: The waitress was pleasant and welcoming; we came to eat as a group of 9 and the service was quick and the portions were generous.

18/07/2026: We were very disappointed with our stay at this aparthotel, which was advertised as a 4-star establishment. Unfortunately, the services were far from living up to this rating. Upon arrival, we noticed numerous problems: a constantly running toilet (we even had to shut off the water supply), a broken and dangerous bunk bed ladder, several cleanliness issues, holes in the walls, stained and dirty chair cushions, and a broken lightbulb. In addition to these numerous flaws, the decor is very outdated, with very basic furniture that gives an impression of low quality, and a particularly unattractive linoleum floor. The whole place clearly lacks modernity and maintenance, which is far from the image one would have of a 4-star establishment. It is regrettable to see such a lack of maintenance and quality control in an establishment that claims to be 4-star. At this price point, one has the right to expect clean, secure, and properly maintained accommodation. A very disappointing experience. We do not recommend this establishment in its current state and hope that the problems will be addressed quickly.

14/05/2026: The crepes were reheated, barely lukewarm. This isn't real food. The welcome was very cold, though the staff were friendly. Overall, I don't recommend it.

07/05/2026: Quick and friendly service, generous and delicious galettes! A very good kouign amann! And a thoughtful touch with a bowl of water for our dog, always appreciated! I highly recommend it.

22/06/2026: Frankly, apart from Jo the waiter who was very, very friendly, none of the three dishes we ordered redeemed this place, which previously had a good reputation as a neighborhood bistro. Served in under three minutes (proof that the dishes were prepared in advance), they were bland and uninteresting. Avoid it unless the chef changes soon.

11/06/2026: Very disappointed. I hadn't been for a few years. The menu has changed, probably due to a change of ownership. Prices have gone up, but the quality hasn't. Goodbye to the Salers steak and its delicious homemade mashed potatoes. I was very disappointed with my salmon tartare, which was too spicy, the dry fries, the bagged salad, and the mediocre sauce. The same goes for the other person who ordered a disappointing pork rib. It's a shame; it was a reliable choice for years. Only the decor and the sunny terrace are saving the place.

17/02/2026: The rooms are dirty, they don't clean the room every day as they should, it's very noisy, but the reception staff is very good.

18/05/2026: As a truck driver, I've rarely eaten in such a mediocre restaurant. The atmosphere in the dining room (bad smell) and the very poor quality of the 100% frozen food were both appalling. I absolutely do not recommend it. 78 euros for 3 people? I don't think it's worth it considering the quality.

22/06/2026: I can't judge the quality of this bar/tabac/brasserie since at 11:20 am they refused to serve us coffee, even though they had reserved the dining room and terrace (empty at that hour) for lunch.

11/04/2026: The food is quite good but the bathroom are very dirty and old. I hope they will make a renovation and keep the bathroom clean.
