16/10/2026: This was our second evening at Le Vieux Colombier, and once again we weren't disappointed! The service and the meal were top-notch! Congratulations! A big plus for the children's menu, a welcome change from steak and fries; the little gourmands loved it!!!

11/10/2026: An excellent restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend! The welcome is warm, with a remarkably kind owner. The dishes are delicious, with a special mention for the escalopes, which are truly excellent! And what about the prices? They are more than attractive considering the quality and generous portions. You won't find better value for money anywhere else in this area. A truly wonderful place that deserves its 5 stars!

25/10/2026: This is usually our favorite restaurant, but tonight, at table 27, I ordered ice cream and ended up with a sharp, pointed piece in my mouth. I cut my palate, thinking it was a piece of cookie, before spitting it out. When I went to pay and asked what the piece was, the cashier told me, "It's a piece of plastic from the ice cream tub, sorry." She wasn't surprised at all, as if it happened often. Not even a "I hope you're not hurt," as if it were perfectly normal. Anyway, the food has always been very good and the service excellent. But I have to admit I was very disappointed by this employee's behavior. I got a piece of the plastic tub stuck in my palate... In short, I won't be ordering ice cream desserts again.

22/09/2026: A really great restaurant in Lyon! There's something for everyone, with Lyonnaise specialties and exceptional daily specials. Kudos to the chef, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal… a very good daily special, a generous portion, the flavors were spot on, and the presentation was magnificent.

21/09/2026: I discovered this restaurant at a birthday party. The welcome and service were very friendly, and the setting was lovely. The drinks, especially the red and white wines and the beer, as well as the large mixed platter and the rugs, were excellent. I highly recommend this place, particularly if you're planning a private party.

25/10/2026: Delicious pizza, highly recommended. You need to order your pizza by calling ahead. The cook speaks Spanish.

22/10/2026: I ordered a vegetarian pizza (€15) at the kiosk. It took less than the 30 - 35 minutes usually quoted, but it was probably a quieter evening. Other reviewers mention the thin base and delicious taste; that was my experience too.
