07/03/2026: The restaurant is ideally located with a beautiful view of the Loire River. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to our expectations. The dining room was unheated, which made the meal unpleasant and prevented us from fully enjoying the experience. The starter was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. However, the shrimp were overcooked and poorly cleaned. The main course was rather bland. The cheese course was disappointing: the center of the cheese was still frozen. For dessert, the chocolate sauce and caramel seemed artificial, and the French toast wasn't soaked enough. The overall impression was mixed, especially considering the price of the set menu (€55), which seems high for the quality offered. In this price range, it's possible to find establishments of a much higher standard. Finally, the experience was marred by a mistake at the register and a mix-up with one of the dishes. In summary, a remarkable location, but the culinary offering and service deserve improvement to justify the price charged.

01/03/2026: A truly wonderful discovery. The flavors were delightful. The elegant setting invites relaxation and conversation. The warm and attentive staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Their special attention and flexibility towards allergies were much appreciated.
