15/10/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was a real find. The ambiance, the service, the food, and the friendliness of the staff made for a truly enjoyable experience. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the portions are more than generous. We shared a foie gras appetizer, which was delicious, but the best part was the main course: the pork knuckle. It was perfectly cooked and served with a lovely side dish. We didn't have room for dessert, but from what we saw on other tables, it looked fantastic. When we return to Sélestat, this will definitely be our go-to spot. It's highly recommended and centrally located for exploring the city.

Thirty-five minutes after our order was placed the waiter made it clear in a roundabout way that he had not put our order into the kitchen and did not remember what we ordered. We received our food 50 minutes after placing our order and after everyone else seated after us were mostly done with their dinners. Our dishes felt rushed and were overcooked and soggy. Very disappointing.

16/10/2026: What a warm and welcoming restaurant! The decor is magnificent. We enjoyed a delicious Italian-style steak tartare and an excellent wood-fired pizza. The service is truly top-notch: the staff is quick, lovely, and very understanding. We will definitely return!

25/08/2026: I recently discovered a fantastic restaurant in the 9th arrondissement! The food is truly authentic and bursting with flavor, perfect for ordering lots of dishes to share. And the best part is the basement with its private karaoke booths: we had an amazing evening with friends. The atmosphere is super festive, I'll definitely be back!

19/08/2026: A huge pot of clear broth stone pot fish was served: a large, bubbling stone pot of clear broth topped with fillets of a whole fresh sea bass, almost boneless, and enough for three or four people. I absolutely loved the fish broth in the pot, which also came with cabbage, bean sprouts, cilantro, potatoes, and other vegetables, making it a very refreshing and nourishing meal.

31/08/2026: On May 24th, we had dinner at "Gosier." For once, we booked at the last minute, and without any trouble, Jean Michel and Sandrine managed to find us a table. (Wonderful hosts!) From the outside, the restaurant might go unnoticed, but the decor is elegant, and the kitchen is open. As customers, you're treated to a ballet of activity in the kitchen and dining room—it's simply sublime. The menu changes every two weeks, so you can go twice a month. The concept is simple: one menu with two or three appetizers, two or three main courses, one cheese course, and two desserts. Order everything and share; whether there are two or four of you, you can almost try all the dishes. The chef and his sous-chef are accommodating and very friendly. Sometimes you might even be lucky enough to see the chef making a rounds of the dining room. A sincere thank you to the whole team; you do a fantastic job. And you allow all your customers to create unique memories and moments. Thank you 🍀

27/08/2026: Gozier has definitely become one of my favorite restaurants and a place I always return to with great pleasure. The ingredients are fresh, seasonal, and above all, truly delicious. The flavor combinations are always incredibly well thought out while remaining generous and indulgent. The welcome is always lovely, the atmosphere warm, and we are always greeted with great kindness (thank you Sandrine and Raul 😊). A truly wonderful place that I am delighted to recommend.

The terrace offers a magnificent view of the port of Sainte-Marine, the staff is welcoming, with a special mention for a very smiley waitress who always had the right word, and the food lives up to expectations.
