The beef tartare was outstanding — fresh and beautifully balanced. The ribeye steak was juicy and full of flavor, and the floating islands (île flottante) were a light, delicate, and absolutely delicious dessert. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and a special Parisian experience.

We stayed in a gypsy caravan for a unique experience, and it offered all the usual comforts of a standard room, while still feeling like we were in our own little haven. We loved it. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, which is excellent. The menu offers exceptional value for money, and the service is equally attentive. Finally, breakfast confirmed our impressions; the buffet has everything you could want, and you can even order freshly baked eggs! In short, we have very fond memories of our stay in Hauterives, the Hôtel du Relais, and of course, the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval! Thank you

We had the honor and privilege of meeting the restaurant manager, a lovely and very professional person who loves his work and is very competent. We truly had an exceptional experience at this establishment. Everything is beautiful, everything is refined, everyone is charming and smiling. We also thank our head waiter, Guillaume, who took care of us from beginning to end with great professionalism. The waiters were also all charming and discreet, proving that there are still establishments where the customer is truly well received. We were given a great deal of attention; it was very pleasant, very classy, ​​very friendly, very affable, and on top of that, a very beautiful The table was beautifully set and presented, just the way I like it. 29/12/2025: My favorite restaurant in the neighborhood (and even in Paris)! The focaccias are delicious and generous, and the owners and staff are lovely. It's one of the few places in Paris where you're truly welcomed with babies and children (changing table, games and toys in a dedicated area, no disapproving looks when the kids get a little restless). Simply an oasis, whether you have children or not ❤️❤️❤️
