05/05/2026: Hotel-restaurant located in the heart of a pottery village. The room was adequate, but could benefit from more frequent and thorough cleaning. Something other than instant coffee would be appreciated. Comfortable bedding, lovely view. Regarding the restaurant, we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the amuse-bouche to dessert, but were disappointed to learn that we were served frozen bread. Breakfast was decent overall. Don't forget your smile 🙂 which is rare in your establishment.

05/05/2026: The hotel is wonderful, the owner is empathetic and kind. Attentive! The food is delicious, and the surroundings and the village itself are wonderful! It's worth visiting. Unfortunately, the girl on duty at the front desk was inattentive and unfriendly. Seeing that we were soaking wet, she gave us the coldest room in the entire hotel – after noticing, she changed the location. And during dinner, she didn't even bother to take our order. When the chef asked if we wanted to order, she said no, and told my wife to wait 20 minutes. The chef must have noticed, because we received a delicious dessert. So I recommend it!

29/05/2026: An excellent restaurant where we enjoyed lunch on the terrace overlooking the lake. The cuisine was original, flavorful, and creative. The service was discreet, professional, and efficient. The wine selection perfectly complemented the experience. A very pleasant interlude during our week in Langres. A top choice in the area.

The cuisine is delicious, with dishes that are a delightful and enriching experience for the palate. The staff is very professional, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended if you are near Langres, a charming citadel town well worth exploring.

18/07/2025: Pleasantly surprised, the presentation of the dining room, like a terrace, is worthy of a fine restaurant. The welcome was very pleasant and friendly; you immediately feel at ease. I highly recommend this restaurant, even if the trains are often there when you're on the terrace. I find it a minor detail, especially when you're being watched by the parrot and the toucan overhead, lol.

29/11/2025: Pleasantly surprised by the deviled eggs served on a bed of mashed potatoes, I then eagerly awaited the shrimp rougail, but the dish arrived with a musty smell. All I could see were unpeeled shrimp, bland, tasteless rice swimming in a broth they called rougail. After asking for a container for the shrimp scraps, I noticed a mealy taste. I left the dish and asked for the bill. The restaurant owner didn't question anything and gave me a discount on the menu because I hadn't ordered the cheese.

13/04/2026: A pleasant surprise! The setting is very nice, and the welcome is warm and friendly, which puts you in a good mood. The flammekueche for an aperitif was wonderful. The pizzas were excellent; the only downside was that the "hot" oil wasn't hot at all. I recommend it.

07/04/2026: I went to eat a calzone with a friend. From the start, the tablecloth was dirty, so I sent them back. I had asked for the calzone to be cooked, but it was practically burnt. There were barely any ham or mushrooms; they were drowned in a ton of Gruyere cheese. The egg was raw, practically raw. The waitress told me my opinion, and she was unhappy and unpleasant, telling me twice, "YOU HAVE THE RIGHT NOT TO LIKE IT, OK?" There was absolutely no professionalism. We each got a round-up of €19 down the drain... She had gone to show the employee the Gruyere cheese left on the edge of my plate, without any further explanation, while he was sitting on a chair on his phone. But the real shock was when the person working in the kitchen came to clear the tables, brought ice cream directly to the waitress, all while wearing black gloves, and went back to the kitchen. So much for hygiene... To say that the calzone was disgusting is an understatement. I am very surprised by the good reviews and that the bad ones are removed.

23/05/2026: It's no longer Pichet 3 that's listed on Google, but Le Refuge. No kitchen, but snacks or reheated cooked meals.

17/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in the 15th arrondissement. We had a fantastic time enjoying delicious, beautifully presented, and very generous portions. The fish, served with soy sauce and herbs, was cooked to perfection. Every bite was a delight, and we also loved the variety of side dishes. A must-try that I highly recommend to all lovers of good food.
