16/08/2026: Disappointing and expensive. La Pierre Bleue is no longer La Pierre Bleue. As regulars returning to the area, we were very disappointed. The plates are attractive and impressive, but the contents are minimal: 10 fries with your hamburger and 3 lettuce leaves. As for the vegetarian plate at €19, it's practically nothing. Being vegetarian doesn't mean eating very little. The dishes are very salty and greasy. Also, be aware that unexpected ingredients are added, so this could be a problem for those with allergies. The service was very slow, even though not all the tables were occupied. It's a shame; La Pierre Bleue has gone downmarket, but not the prices.

06/08/2026: My rating stems primarily from a major disappointment caused by a lack of information from the establishment. I had reserved a table for two for July 24th at 9:30 PM for my partner's birthday. I chose this restaurant because of its tasting menu option. To make the reservation, I called the establishment to ensure the tasting menu was suitable for someone who doesn't eat pork. Having received a positive response, I then reserved the table by phone for 9:30 PM, without any apparent problems or special instructions from the person I spoke to. On the day of dinner, we arrived five minutes late. By the time we were seated and received our menus, I noticed at 9:40 PM that it stated under the tasting menu that the order deadline was 9:30 PM. I immediately asked the waitress if it was still possible to order the tasting menu, and she told me no, it was too late. I completely understand that there's a cut-off time for ordering this type of menu; that's not the issue. What I don't understand is the lack of prior notice and information, especially since I could have been informed of this on several occasions: First, when I called to make a reservation and ask about the tasting menu, the person could have thought to let me know, given the time I requested (if I had known, I would have booked a table for 9:00 or 9:15 PM instead of 9:30 PM). Second, the information wasn't available anywhere on the website (I checked the day I went, before complaining to the waitress; I hope the information has since been added). And third, on the day of the dinner itself, I called in the morning to confirm our reservation. Having a menu with a cut-off time for orders, I think it would be wise to inform customers beforehand, especially if the reservation is right at the cut-off time… We stayed anyway, despite this inconvenience, as the food was good. However, we were surprised by the complete lack of any gesture of goodwill and, in general, the attitude of the staff, who, when we expressed our dissatisfaction, were more defensive than understanding. The chef didn't even bother to come and see us at the end of service. In short, I think the food is good, but there are things to improve regarding the information given to customers beforehand and the handling and compensation of this type of situation. We felt very disregarded as customers, and I find that really unfortunate; it doesn't make me want to come back, despite my regret at not being able to try the tasting menu.

29/07/2026: Delicious and reasonably priced for this type of service! We especially loved the "Mimosa Eggs" appetizer... We had a wonderful evening with my parents, my husband, and my 4-month-old baby!

30/07/2026: Excellent. For being in Paris and very centrally located. The waiter, Natanael, from the Dominican Republic, was incredibly friendly. Just like the French... We had hamburgers and they were really good. We felt very comfortable.

04/08/2026: The best Pavlova I've ever had. Superbly filled with red berries, a beautiful balance of fruit tartness and the sweetness of the meringue, plus the superb Chantilly cream. The rest of the menu is good for discovering Alsatian cuisine. The servers are friendly and efficient. Close to the train station.

14/08/2026: ✨ A Gastronomic Interlude ✨ On Saturday evening, the 8th, I had the pleasure of discovering L’Auberge de la Charme, near Dijon, a beautiful Michelin-starred restaurant ⭐️ And what an experience… 🤍 An absolutely incredible meal, surprising flavor combinations, magnificent presentation, and pure delight with every bite. 🍽️✨ A truly wonderful discovery, both for the cuisine and the overall experience. In short… a moment I won't soon forget! 🥰⭐️

12/08/2026: We enjoyed a wonderful evening with three chefs who created exquisite dishes that delighted us throughout this delightful experience 😋 Special mention also goes to the very comprehensive wine and champagne list, featuring selections from all regions and at all price points, which is truly remarkable. The service was very pleasant.

06/08/2026: This new gastronomic experience was a delight. First, the exceptional setting overlooking the impetuous and untamed Loire River. Then, the aperitif served under a centuries-old linden tree. The meal in the perfectly air-conditioned dining room. A discreet and efficient waitstaff, orchestrated by a master chef who knew his craft inside and out. An exceptional chef offering delicate and beautifully presented dishes. Pangoustines cooked to perfection. Pike-perch with beurre blanc sauce and buttered cabbage accompanied by a light purée. Lemon soufflé with mango sorbet (simply perfect). Strawberry mousseline. Chocolate cake. Accompanied by a lovely Savennières with a delicate aroma. A few pictures to whet your appetite.
