The place is perfect for an evening as a couple or with friends, especially with this beautiful Indian summer which prolongs the evenings on the terrace. 02/11/2025: A very surprising restaurant; you order at the counter. They call you when your food is ready, and you pick it up. Tables are set up outside, and you have to clean up before leaving. The atmosphere is very friendly, and the food is excellent. It's a refreshing change from restaurants that try to be pretentious. We really enjoyed it! 👍👍

09/03/2026: I had a delicious pasta meal, but they didn't quite rush you out :-( Barely 10 minutes after I ordered, they served it, and they were already clearing the table when I was literally still swallowing my last bite. Just because I'm dining alone doesn't mean I want to be out of here in half an hour (and you can take that half hour from taking my order to clearing the table quite literally) :-(

25/02/2026: Excellent restaurant with friendly staff. I often eat there and have never been disappointed. The food and menu are simple but high quality, all for €17 (starter, main course, dessert). This is worth noting, especially given that more and more restaurants on the coast are chasing profits and are often just a haven for the trendy crowd. The bar is also pleasant and lively, particularly on weekends with the pintxos. In short, a great place to eat in Bayonne!

17/03/2026: We came for dinner on December 8th, the evening of the 2025 Festival of Lights, and it was so much more than just a meal. Your restaurant was once, in the 1950s, the educational bookstore of Éditions Robert, run by my grandparents, who lived in the back room with their four children. You gave us a great deal of your time and kindness, and allowed my father and uncle, aged 83 and 84, to visit the premises and relive their childhood memories. To this exceptional kindness must be added a carefully curated menu, varied flavors, excellent dishes, a warm atmosphere and decor, and attentive and efficient service. It was delicious! A truly exceptional welcome, an evening forever etched in our memories. A huge thank you.
