23/08/2026: Once very good, the quality has declined sharply for almost a year. The fillings are increasingly smaller, and the flavors are no longer there. Prices are higher than most competitors in Colomiers. We used to be regular customers, but we don't go there anymore.
PS: There's no point in responding to this review to diminish its credibility.

22/09/2026: I've never been so well received in a brasserie in Europe. A section of soldiers—with their spicy sauces—were waiting for me! A very delicious Montagnard burger! A very warm and professional welcome!!! Don't miss it!!!!

30/09/2026: Not great, a total disappointment. The mussels were very average in taste and size, and the service was incredibly slow. They even put a small basket of fries right on the table! It's clear we won't be back.
27/09/2026: The owner was only moderately welcoming!
Definitely don't order the pan-fried scallops: two small scallops with a large coral, served with a bowl of very bland rice! You're much better off choosing the fish skewer, which includes two scallops in addition to the fish... for 2 euros less! Something's not right here!

02/10/2026: I just got in and out... the lady was already unpleasant! And beyond that! 18 euros for a kebab?? No way, on principle!!!! Is it a Kobe beef kebab? No thanks!

15/08/2026: The paella was very good, but unfortunately I couldn't eat it because it was too hot in the room, the cheese wasn't fresh, and I had to stay outside all evening because the room was so hot and there was no air conditioning. It's a shame because it's a beautiful place. If I come back, I'll come in winter, not summer. I recommend it.
12/08/2026: A beautiful place that has retained its original spirit, a very friendly welcome, a well-thought-out menu, delicious food, and a convivial and pleasant atmosphere thanks to the DJ. We had an excellent evening on July 11th and will return in August with a group of friends because it's a place to share. Long live Arlette!

28/09/2026: The good points first. My burger 🍔 was very good. Unfortunately, my wife's spaghetti gambit was awful. The prawns were the best part. But otherwise, it was just a pure cream sauce, without any seasoning whatsoever. No salt, no pepper, nothing. Adding more seasoning wouldn't have helped.
The service was okay. But as a German, I didn't feel particularly comfortable.
03/09/2026: A very pleasant surprise… a bubbly and energetic waitress, truly homemade food just the way we like it, and reasonable prices.

However, the two Campari spritzes at €16 each, priced according to the cocktail menu (more expensive than a starter or dessert, €4 less than fish and chips, go figure...), didn't make us want to leave a tip, as the profit margin had already been made. A shame.

12/07/2026: This is my second time having lunch at this brasserie. The manager is friendly, the waitress is great, the pepper steak, the beef tartare—everything suits me perfectly, and it's very reasonably priced. I come to the area once a month, and I'll be back next month.
