09/10/2026: It's a perfect bar, the staff are great 😘😘😘

07/10/2026: Delicious veggie burger. Unfortunately, the menu is extremely expensive (fries are an extra €4.50 on a €14 burger, making it more like a restaurant meal than a bar snack...). Coca-Cola is €5, wow! 🫩🫩🫩 The service was average and not very friendly.

19/10/2026: I have serious doubts about this so-called "artisan bakery." We bought a chicken mayo sandwich with very little chicken and, most importantly, inedible bread. The bread was so hard to chew, it tasted like it had been baked the day before. After politely mentioning this to the waitress, she offered me a new sandwich (with the same hard bread) and didn't understand my request because, according to her, the bread was fresh that morning and perfectly fine. There were three of us, each ordering a different sandwich, and all three had bad bread. It's unacceptable to serve this kind of bread in a so-called "artisan" bakery. Avoid at all costs!

16/10/2026: The baguette I bought for lunch today is inedible! It tastes moldy, clearly a day-old baguette. What a lack of respect for customers. Very disappointed. I see other comments; it seems I'm not the only one.

29/09/2026: Extrem schlechter Kaffee trotz Siebträgermaschine. Cappuccino total wässrig. To the answer of the owner: no, my comment didn't concern to a self-service coffeemachine and was posted under the correct listing!!! The Cappuccino was one of the worst we ever had (and the most expensive one!), for my husband undrinkable.

13/08/2026: This has never happened to me before, and I do try out a lot of restaurants. We arrived, I had a reservation for two. The welcome was quite slow, but the waitress was overwhelmed, but let's not dwell on that. We sat down, she took care of one table, and a chalkboard with the daily menu for the whole restaurant was put out, which lengthened the wait. She took the chalkboard from the next table and told us there were other tables ahead of us, she'd come after. Okay, fine. I asked her if we could still order drinks or a carafe of water. I was with an elderly person, it was hot, and she would at least like to have some water. She replied, "Yes, well, later when I take your order." At that point, I felt really uncomfortable. The chalkboard finally arrived after 20 minutes, and I saw chicken drumstick or brandade. She arrived to take the order. We'd already been waiting 30 minutes. I asked her if there was another menu or a daily special, because I eat drumsticks and brandade at home and I'd like to try something different. She replied, in an unpleasant tone, "The menu is only available in the evening. As for the daily specials, we don't have everything; we had a party yesterday!" Okay, fine, I understand. What do you have? Well, tell me what you want and I'll tell you if I have it. It would be simpler to just tell me what's available! So I finally chose. She replied, "It'll take longer, but it's fine, we have what you want." I told her, "At this point, we're done." She took the order and left. I went to the restroom, and that's when I was accosted, even harassed, by the cook and the waitress, who looked at me and asked, "Is that her?" The waitress said yes. The "Is that her?" comment while looking at me didn't go down well. She told me that if I wasn't happy, I could eat drumsticks and brandade at home and leave. I explained that I had indeed said that, and that's why I had chosen something else from the suggestions. I also asked if I could repeat what I'd said, looking at the waitress, to make sure it was repeated correctly. Then the cook told me, "Anyway, you're on vacation, you're not working, so you can wait!" Yes, I could wait; it's happened to me often, but with more pleasant staff who don't get offended as soon as someone asks a question. Even at the table next to us, where other customers were asking questions, I found her tone so unpleasant. And she offered a carafe of water, because we mustn't forget that there was an elderly person at the table, over 80 years old, and it was very hot. So, I got really angry, grabbed my things, my mother, and we left. And the worst part is, with such a lack of respect, he laughed and said, "Have a good afternoon!" Avoid at all costs! And a special shout-out to the gentleman in his fifties wearing a red t-shirt who, I must say, possesses remarkable maturity. He stirred things up by going over to the waitress and telling her about a private conversation he had with my mother regarding the disorganization of the service, without which I think none of this would have happened!

23/04/2026: The best bakery in Ferney-Voltaire! Every time I've been there for the past two and a half years, I've been satisfied. Their mille-feuilles are a real treat. The welcome is very warm and friendly. I recommend it without hesitation.

04/04/2026: I'm quite disappointed. Everything seems frozen and nothing looks truly fresh, even when arriving very early in the morning right when they open. The bread isn't the quality you'd expect from a bakery. It's a shame there isn't another bakery in Ferney-Voltaire, but I hope that will change soon.

01/06/2026: A huge thank you for this wonderful experience! We came about a month ago for my girlfriend's birthday, and we were absolutely delighted with the welcome and service. I had simply requested a small romantic upgrade for our room, without expecting anything in particular… and what a wonderful surprise it was when we arrived! The room was beautifully decorated with rose petals everywhere, lovely decorations on the towels, macarons, fruit juices, lots of little touches, and a personalized welcome note. All of this was offered free of charge, which touched us deeply. A huge thank you for your kindness, your professionalism, and all the thoughtful touches that made this moment even more special and unforgettable. The welcome was perfect, and everyone there was lovely. We will definitely be back!

03/05/2026: My review of this accommodation is based solely on the location and the room, as we neither ate at the restaurant nor had breakfast. The place itself is beautiful and exudes serenity. We returned from our evening out shortly after midnight (we had checked in beforehand), and we couldn't get in. We called reception, but it was closed, and the 24/7 emergency number didn't work either. Finally, we were able to enter the building through the back; the sliding doors worked without a card or code. The room is spacious, quite well laid out, and very clean, but the bed creaked loudly, and there was a very strong (almost nauseating) smell of sewage in the bathroom, especially in the morning. What a shame…

29/08/2026: Delicious homemade ice cream made with fruit. My pineapple ice cream even had bits of fruit in it. I recommend it.

24/08/2026: Both the crepes and the ice cream were excellent. The price was average. Service was okay.

17/10/2026: We both ordered a Pasta Alfredo, which 1. Was far too salty 2. The chicken had zero flavor 3. Had far too much Parmesan. We didn't eat more than a quarter. We left the rest. No interest in whether we enjoyed it or the reason for the full plates being returned. The toilets are also not recommended for use. Dirty, no toilet paper, and no soap. Very disappointing. You expect more because the prices reflect this. We were able to sit down immediately, hence 1 star.

06/09/2026: We hadn't been for a while and weren't disappointed: we found the same friendliness and speed of service! We had a wonderful meal at very reasonable prices.

30/08/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment; the welcome was excellent, and the dishes offered were very good and varied. I highly recommend this restaurant.

23/08/2026: We went to this establishment on a Friday evening in August. The welcome was friendly, but when we asked to be seated on the terrace (which I think many vacationers expect on a Friday evening in August), which is very inviting, we had to insist because they hadn't planned to open it that evening. Despite the sunshine, we were told that if it rained, they would have to find us a table inside. After that initial hiccup, everything went well; we had a good dinner, and the cocktails were excellent.

20/08/2026: We ate there one evening, it was delicious, the galettes are generously filled, the batter is good! The dessert crepes are also generous and delicious.

10/08/2026: In the past, we enjoyed coming occasionally during the summer and it was always a very pleasant experience; we were satisfied with both the food and the service. Until tonight, however, when it was truly disastrous. I don't know if there's been a change of ownership since our last visit, but the wait was interminable, especially with a young child (we arrived at 7:30 pm and left at 9:50 pm with just one drink and one dish each). The servers were quickly overwhelmed (despite being enough staff to handle the service), unfriendly, and the food was mediocre. We don't plan to return.

07/08/2026: We booked online over a month ago… We arrived as planned, only to be informed that online booking wasn't working and that we wouldn't be able to eat that evening! Apparently, they weren't keen on making any effort to rectify the situation and satisfy their customers. One star because we couldn't judge the rest of the experience…
