21/07/2026: Delicious pizzas, very generously topped, with a thin crust that's simply irresistible! We've eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. The place is pleasant, the staff is welcoming, don't change a thing! It's a pleasure to eat at Pizza Yollo!

11/10/2026: Typical restaurant trying to scam tourists. The reviews lured us in, but they're all lies. They advertised a seafood platter for €24 on the door, but they served us mussels and then charged us €28 because, according to them, the menu was wrong. Two hours for the meal, half an hour to pay… I think the guy was just an intern. I don't recommend falling for it!

11/10/2026: Disappointing! We waited half an hour when they told us it would only take 5 minutes to tell us they weren't going to feed us, and this was at 2 PM. That half hour of waiting, seeing how slow they were, was making us lose our appetite. I'm leaving this review so people value their time and learn from it.

19/10/2026: Disappointed... This was my daughters' first Subway experience, and the salad smelled like it had been vacuum-sealed and either gotten hot or had passed its expiration date. This led to a disappointing first Subway experience. What a shame.

18/10/2026: The staff is very friendly. The sandwiches and ingredients are very fresh and high quality. Affordable prices. We tried both takeout and eat-in. Very clean. I recommend it.

28/09/2026: Takeout order. Easy ordering on the Sakura website. When I arrived, the order was ready. The quality is always excellent... it's a sure thing. The most complicated part of the experience was parking... but that's beyond the restaurant's control.

03/08/2026: I ordered tasteless miso soup and overcooked salmon. I was sick all night. Even the avocado was bland. Avoid this restaurant.

09/10/2026: Quick Nîmes. A strong smell of breaded fish as soon as I arrived, at 11:45 am. The Quick & Toast was cold, definitely not appetizing. And that fishy smell was so pervasive that I felt like I was eating a Fish burger. Bagged green salad. Uninspired presentation.

03/10/2026: Disgusting, avoid at all costs! The staff are incredibly rude. They served me a frozen hamburger, and when I asked for a hot one, I waited 25 minutes. They still didn't serve me, and in the end, they robbed me. I left empty-handed. Shame on you!

30/08/2026: Horrible pizza, no flavor whatsoever. They could have put nothing in the box, it would have been the same. I strongly advise against ordering, especially considering it's almost €20 a pizza! Ordering a Parma ham with powdered Parmesan, no arugula, a few old slices of prosciutto with a spoiled, brownish smell, and we're still looking for the tomato sauce 🤷‍♂️ The pizza was as thin as a sheet of filo pastry, and for your information, it ended up in the trash! And I'm not even going to mention the Margherita. I understand it's the end of summer and you need to clear out your fridges, but I'd be ashamed if I were you! You'd be better off not offering anything at all! Furthermore, 2 Monaco cocktails, 1 iced tea, 1 Coke, and 1 medium popcorn for €30.50!!! Personally, I won't be recommending you. Don't be surprised you're losing customers.

28/08/2026: The restaurant is quite pleasant, but you're immediately greeted by AI-generated posters that are not only identical to all the others, but also completely harmful, wasting a huge amount of water and reproducing the work of real graphic designers—humans—whose permission they didn't ask. Otherwise, the tiramisu is very good, and the drinks are too.

29/08/2026: Ultra-industrial quality, as bad as supermarket fare. More interested in money than anything else, pure capitalism... The other chains nearby are certainly more respectful of food and what they give to their customers and suppliers.

27/08/2026: Infected pizza, soggy crust, no taste. Too bad for you, you've lost a customer! You need to completely revise your recipe...

04/10/2026: After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for our two dishes (daily specials: duck confit with rice and tartiflette), the waiter came to tell us that the daily special was no longer available! It was 2:30 pm and we'd only had one glass of wine, which wasn't even complimentary! Classy! A completely ruined Sunday lunch. If you want to eat, then keep walking! Only the view is worth it, so sit on a bench.

27/09/2026: Looking for a restaurant on the shores of Lake Geneva on this side that serves fresh perch fillet (from Lake Neuchâtel), I had a wonderful meal.

11/10/2026: An absolutely appalling experience! We were greeted with unbelievable rudeness and aggression. We simply wanted to buy some bread in the square, but we were treated like dirt, without any respect or courtesy whatsoever. Such a lack of manners is simply unacceptable in retail. Respect for customers and politeness are the very foundation of this profession! I sincerely wonder how someone capable of behaving this way can work in retail. There's a difference between enforcing rules and treating people with such contempt. A completely unacceptable attitude that makes us absolutely not want to return!

11/10/2026: Having a beer in this pleasant setting is pure bliss... the staff always give a very warm welcome. The terrace is nicely shaded, which is very pleasant at this time of year.

03/08/2026: Excellent food, very generous portions. We opted for the set menu with an assortment of hot and cold mezze, grilled meats, and a delicious tea to finish. The terrace is also very pleasant and the waitress was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely return.

01/08/2026: Al-Manara offers a delightful, heartfelt dining experience in the city center. My wife and I ordered the tasting menu, which began with four cold mezzes (hummus, babaganous, etc.), followed by four warm mezzes (falafel, halloumi, stuffed breads), followed by a massive plate of grilled chicken and kofta kebabs on a bed of pilaf rice. All the dishes were tasty and the portions were more than generous. Service was very friendly and fast, and my lack of French posed no problem. They allowed our dog to join us on the beautiful, shady terrace in the back.

18/10/2026: We stopped for a hot drink two days in a row. The waitress was attentive and offered excellent advice. She told us about local life when we asked her questions, even though she'd only been there a few months. She was able to answer our questions, and the conversation was very pleasant. That's why we didn't look for anywhere else the next day.

03/10/2026: We just wanted to have two coffees, except the menu was ten euros, obviously they told us after the coffees were served, not crazy. The staff didn't give us a choice but to pay for the coffee and add another drink.

16/10/2026: Went there in the evening just for a cup of hot chocolate after looking at its amazing reviews. We were unfortunately really disappointed as you could see in the image and video, the color, the thin texture and tasted poor, like it’s made up of normal cocoa powder. We paid €20 euros for it which is super expensive given the cheap quality and taste of hot chocolate we received. It’s a scam, it’s not a hot chocolate, just a milk with cocoa powder!! DO NOT GO THERE FOR THE HOT CHOCOLATE

15/10/2026: Went here as visitors from Canada in hopes of a good experience. Brought my family including my baby during a rainy evening. One of the waiters (bald man) was extremely rude and ushered us to sit outside in the rain. I was extremely surprised with the lack of common sense this man had ushering us to sit outside when the restaurant was 1.5 hrs from closing and it was raining. Mind you, there were empty tables in the restaurant and also one group of 8 women still dining in the restaurant. This ruined our mood. The onion soup was ok. The burger my husband ordered was extremely overpriced for quality. I will never visit this cafe again. They need to do some quality control on the waiters they hire. Rudeness is unnacceptable.

06/10/2026: A truly wonderful restaurant. Every dish was delicious, from appetizer to dessert. The staff were friendly and very professional. Highly recommended for a delightful experience.

06/10/2026: Excellent meal! We shared a lobster with zucchini tagliatelle and mashed potatoes! The foie gras was delicious! The staff is very welcoming and friendly! I was really very happy with this lovely evening…

11/09/2026: The welcome was adequate. As for the crêpes and galettes, the experience was acceptable, but nothing special. I was expecting higher quality and found everything quite similar to what you sometimes find in a chain restaurant located in a shopping mall. The galette was unfortunately rather dry and hard, which made it unpleasant to eat. The salted caramel crêpe was generously smothered in a sauce that tasted very artificial, even though the waitress had told me that everything was made from scratch. I also felt that the overall cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved. It might be worthwhile to review some of the recipes, particularly those for the galettes and sweet fillings, and also to enhance staff training so that the information given to customers accurately reflects the products served. The restaurant certainly has potential, but a few improvements would allow it to offer a more satisfying experience.
