22/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place if you have a dog! Even a 3kg one. In the sweltering heat, the owner and her cronies refuse to provide a bowl for a dog! The bowl provided is dirty, drooling, sitting in direct sunlight, and empty... I'm not thanking you for the welcome, where the regulars at the bar insult you for good measure... A rinsed bowl for a dog that won't drink from the drooling, smelly bowl provided for all dogs is too much to ask for a local, regular customer. I had lunch there yesterday and I go about ten times a year because I live nearby. I'm not going to congratulate you on your customer loyalty efforts... asking for an extra drink isn't hygienic, according to them, even though all the glassware/dishes should go in the dishwasher (according to the Regional Health Authority), using a product that is, to say the least, "toxic."

17/05/2026: The guy thought we were going to leave without paying, he jumped on us for our money, while the bakery next door called Les Petits Choux is super welcoming. I really don't recommend this restaurant.

30/05/2026: Rude and uninterested. We were seated, then told to wait 45 minutes so the staff and the owner could eat. They wouldn't even bring us coffee or a croissant. A complete tourist trap. We got up again. When we asked how things worked there, the answer was: "We're hungry and would like to eat." And that's what they say to a customer who goes to a restaurant because they're hungry.

16/05/2026: A very welcoming little restaurant, the owner is very friendly, the chef is fabulous, everything is homemade, nothing to complain about, I'll definitely be back.

23/03/2026: My partner and I arrived on a Saturday evening around 7:30 pm. The restaurant was quite quiet (only three tables were occupied), which might have given it a more peaceful than festive atmosphere. However, the elegant setting, the soft music, and especially the friendliness of the staff created a truly pleasant and relaxing ambiance. The food was simply excellent: we thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back 😊

06/05/2026: A small, neighborhood brasserie, just the kind you'd love. The food is good, so why three stars? The reason lies in the service, which spoils the experience. Indeed, apart from one waiter (a tall one) who is polite, friendly, and pleasant, the rest of the staff makes you want to go somewhere else. The only saving grace for this establishment is that it's the only café/restaurant in the area.

22/07/2026: - Unpleasant staff, no customer service whatsoever - Better ice cream at the supermarket (a shame considering the price) - 20-minute wait for two ice creams when the restaurant was empty. Isn't it time to retire? Avoid this place!

05/07/2026: The music/DJs are really good! However, it's a recurring problem: men in this place take it upon themselves to approach women in a pushy and persistent manner. During my four visits to this venue, each time I witnessed men touching women without their consent. And to top it all off... none of the security guards had the sense to remove these men for this unacceptable behavior. If you are a woman or a group of women, I strongly advise against going to this place. You are not safe.

29/06/2026: A very small and particularly outdated nightclub. The floor is frankly awful (the tiles are coming loose in places, which is neither pleasant nor very safe for dancing). As for the music, you really have to like the style... The atmosphere was also quite oppressive, with fewer than ten women present all evening. We didn't stay very long either. The only positive point: The bouncer at the entrance was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. It's a shame the rest of the club didn't live up to that standard.

17/06/2026: What a wonderful discovery in the 15th arrondissement! We had a delightful time; everything was truly delicious and prepared with care. I particularly enjoyed the side dishes served in those little metal bowls. The fried chicken was also perfectly crispy. A place to remember for lovers of authentic cuisine.

26/05/2026: I wanted to leave this review so the restaurant manager is aware of the poor service. Until last year, it was a good restaurant, but since this year, and since they hired a new receptionist, it's become very difficult. She's always in a bad mood (I say always because I live near the restaurant and I've been there several times). She sometimes speaks rudely to customers and always wants to leave early (for example, she pressures customers to choose their dishes when there are only 45 minutes left before the kitchen closes, but in a very unpleasant way). Personally, I won't be going back there... which I think is a shame because the food is good!

21/07/2026: The food was good but the service was poor. The waiter had such a big belly that he pushed customers around to get between the tables. And the toilets? Don't even get me started... "No toilet paper" because you actually have to put it in the bin provided. I won't even describe the smell!

12/07/2026: Heatwave-related sweltering heat. Repeated requests (4 or 5) for a carafe of water during a very long wait. Completely fed up, I went to the counter to get some water. I'm still waiting for my salad, which was never served!

12/07/2026: Waiting an hour can happen. A voucher can get lost. But when you point out that it's been an hour and you still haven't been served, and you just shrug and roll your eyes without even apologizing… they should find another line of work. No gesture of goodwill and uninteresting food.

02/07/2026: We were there for a stag do and there were 8 of us with big appetites. We arrived at 12:40, were warmly welcomed, had our meal explained to us, ordered, and enjoyed a good meal. It was delicious.

28/06/2026: It must have changed owners, chefs, or suppliers. It used to be pretty good, but now it's just not good. The sushi is coarse and lacks freshness. The dishes are dry and tasteless. And don't even get me started on the service: nonexistent. In short, it's changed: it used to be a pleasure to go there, but yesterday was the last time.

26/05/2026: The chicken skewers were too dry, and the spring rolls were a joke. Plus, you have to wait quite a while for the food to be replenished, even though it wasn't crowded. I don't recommend it. As of May 2026, things have improved; the young waiter just needs to wear a hairnet or get a haircut for hygiene reasons.

11/06/2026: Beer at €3.80, but watered down. I ordered a "glass of infused rum" for €6.50 (they had shots of infused rum for €3.50), and I was quite surprised to see a tiny amount arrive (see photo; I should point out that the photo was taken BEFORE I drank it). Surprised, I went to confirm with the waiter that it was indeed what he called a "glass" and not a shot, with a touch of dysphoria. He very calmly explained that no, everything was normal and that it was indeed a glass with a standard 4cl serving of infused rum. (The equivalent of a shot, according to Wikipedia). In short, honesty doesn't overwhelm them any more than I risked drowning in my own concoction, in short, just don't market it like a glass, we're not in the land of the Minimoys.

26/07/2026: We were just passing through Épinal and ate at this restaurant twice, and honestly, we have nothing but praise. The waiters were incredibly kind and very professional. The food was delicious, both the main courses and the desserts. The waiters had a great sense of humor, and we had a wonderful time. I can't wait to go back. Thanks to Maxime from Verre Cattin; we had a great laugh with him! :) You know, the ones who talk like people from Marseille, haha! xD

22/07/2026: A disastrous experience. The waitress was in a hurry to take our payment but couldn't bring paper napkins with the ice cream sundaes, claiming it wasn't part of the restaurant service. 🤔🤔🤔 I've never heard such an excuse! The "Italian" ice cream sundaes are sold for between €6 plain and €7.50 with a sauce... a real RIP-OFF! We had just arrived from Hyères in the Var region, and even at the port of Hyères on the Mediterranean, the large 3-scoop ice cream sundae with whipped cream, sauce, and two toppings is sold for €6.50 with the impeccable quality of an artisanal ice cream parlor and an incomparable quantity... In conclusion: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
