19/09/2026: The casino is very well located at the entrance to Gruissan, offering a warm welcome and extremely kind staff. The bar and restaurant perfectly met our expectations. A small personal observation: I think the bar is a bit too far out, which sometimes makes people hesitant to go and get a drink, and the bar staff tend to keep to themselves, which is a shame. The casino is a perfect place to relax; it's very friendly and, above all, always very clean. Recently, there's a new manager who I find particularly dedicated and attentive to the customers, always having a kind word for everyone, which really makes you want to come back. I wish him a bright future and many exciting projects to entertain us during the weekend evenings organized upstairs, and especially to help us take our minds off things as winter approaches. A big thank you to the staff who contribute so much to these moments of pleasure and conviviality.

19/09/2026: After a pleasant evening at a restaurant, we wanted to continue at the Gruissan casino to share a convivial moment with friends of 45 years old, parents, and business owners over the weekend. We were asked to leave the casino. We were stunned! We had only had one drink there. We arrived after dinner, without any scandals or inappropriate behavior, except perhaps for a close contact with the croupier, who was kind and considerate. This resulted in the refusal of our second order, our croupier being removed from the game and punished! It's a real shame and very unprofessional for us, as we enjoy ending our evenings at the casino. Mr. Manager, please work on your communication skills when dealing with customers who simply want to have fun without any fuss.

22/08/2026: A very poor culinary experience! Upon arrival, we were told there was no set menu on Thursday evenings. Therefore, the choice was very limited... The portions were generous, but nothing was right! The food was piled on top of each other (chicken burger + salad + soggy, oily fries), the bun was over-toasted, and there were industrial nuggets instead of chicken. The flank steak was served with a salad and grated cheese. The meat was good, but it was swimming in a sauce that was more water than actual meat juice. The grated cheese was undercooked and not crispy at all. Again, everything was swimming in meat juice/water, salad dressing, and the undercooked egg from the grated cheese. Only the homemade desserts were good. The welcome and service were very good. I apologize for this low rating, but many aspects of some dishes need improvement. The price was far too high considering the quality of the food served.

30/06/2026: I'm thrilled to have recently discovered this must-visit spot in Charolles! The atmosphere is perfect, the owner and her waitress are so friendly and welcoming! The service is top-notch. I'm having a wonderful time in this incredibly convivial establishment! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a drink in the Charolais region.

20/10/2026: Aggressive Service — We Went Elsewhere I came for lunch with a friend on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at noon, and the experience was deplorable. Hasty and Unwelcoming: We were seated without a word, and the waitress immediately pounced on us to take our order without giving us the menu or time to choose. She left right away, and we called her back to at least order a drink. Aggressive Attitude: When we asked for a Virgin Mojito, she was very curt, claiming it wasn't "in season." When we simply asked what cocktails were currently available, since there are four seasons, her reaction was extremely unpleasant and dismissive. Failure to Respect Hygiene Rules: In the dining room and when serving bread, hair must be tied back to prevent it from ending up in customers' plates. Faced with such aggression and unprofessionalism, we preferred to leave and eat elsewhere. This establishment should be avoided. Easy response, dear Sylvain I understand that you are defending your staff But your response does not reflect our experience.

10/09/2026: Hello We went to eat at this restaurant with our friends, and everything was perfect. The pizzas, carpaccio, and beef tartare were excellent. I go to this restaurant regularly; I love it, and what's more, the staff and owners are extremely kind. We were served by a very smiley and pleasant young man with blue eyes. (Yohan) Don't hesitate to stop by.

01/09/2026: A very, very mediocre Niçoise salad. No dressing, a few sparse and very watery green beans, completely "industrial" tomatoes, and disgusting frozen fries. Frozen fries are never good, but these were like boiled and then fried cardboard, only less tasty. And some of the advertised ingredients were missing. The service was just as bad: either too much (like a bunch of friends) and/or poor and/or insufficient. Maybe it's just the summer staff replacement period? I certainly don't want to try it again.

22/08/2026: We ate as a family (4 people) on the evening of August 21st. We chose tapas and a main course (a mountain burger). The quantity, quality, and freshness were all excellent, with generous portions. The value for money was outstanding. The burger was very good and a generous portion. There was a good wine selection. The manager is extremely welcoming, friendly, and sociable. Go without hesitation!

10/10/2026: A wonderful experience. Our dinner was perfect (Sicilian-style octopus, Catalan-style mussels, homemade crema catalana). Many thanks to the new chef for his cuisine. The welcome and service were very pleasant. The restaurant and its furnishings (both inside and out) could use a refresh. We will be back, and congratulations again on the food.

17/10/2026: The blonde waitress in the red blazer with her eyeliner not only spoke rudely to customers but also lied to them and was completely incompetent. We were waited over 30 minutes for drinks, and nobody even acknowledged us even though we had already ordered. Unbelievable!

15/10/2026: The place is beautiful, the price is reasonable, but the service is too Parisian for me. Orders either didn't arrive or took 20 minutes to arrive even though it wasn't a rush, and the waitress had a disdainful attitude, only smiling when handing you the card. In short, it's not my scene, but I'm sure some people will have a good time.

21/09/2026: Group of 58 people, excellent meal, homemade ravioli with daube and foie gras sauce 🤩. Impeccable and fast service with two waiters, top-notch! We couldn't miss our steam train, and the owner even gave a lift to some elderly people who were tired from the distance – that was really kind of him. I highly recommend it.
