22/04/2026: The room is pleasant. It's not very large, but the bed, which is very large, is comfortable. The bathroom is nice, with a great shower and a separate toilet. The soundproofing isn't perfect, but it didn't bother us too much. As for the on-site parking, it's on the street. The major drawback is the breakfast. Only extremely low-quality products, some of which are truly awful, especially the cold cuts. It's unacceptable. A real shame.

22/04/2026: The room had air conditioning, but the manager had locked it and wouldn't let us use it. The phone didn't work, and there were no TV channels, even though they were advertised. The restaurant was closed, but we only found out too late, and no one told us. The hotel was supposedly renovated... I have some nice photos...

14/09/2026: The welcome wasn't very friendly when the manager told me I had a dog and that there was carpet in the room. Yes, the carpet was stained when we arrived. The shower cubicle had mold. We didn't sleep a wink because the room was so hot we had to open the window, and we spent all night counting trucks. Dinner was okay.

22/08/2026: A meal "just like home." Soup, starter, main course, cheese, and dessert for 16 euros on a Saturday lunchtime—that's quite rare. We arrived late, and the chef accepted us, but without a set menu. We weren't disappointed.

08/09/2026: Great Lebanese spot! The sandwiches are delicious (Falafel, Kafta, Shawarma...). The owners welcome you with good humor and efficiency! Ideal for lunch.

07/03/2026: We booked through The Fork app, but the restaurant owner added extra conditions to avoid honoring the discount. He claimed we needed to order both a starter and a main course each, requirements that were never listed in the app. Furthermore, these conditions were only mentioned after we had already placed our order, which felt very misleading. It came across as dishonest and shady. I wish I had read the other reviews beforehand. Avoid.

22/09/2026: Review of Ottoman Palace Kebab in Rouen A beautiful setting, but a major disappointment on the plate. After our visit to Ottoman Kebab, we unfortunately left with very mixed feelings. Let's start with the positives: the welcome was quite friendly, the interior atmosphere was pleasant, and the decor was particularly stylish, with a rather upscale feel. The menu also looked appealing. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse as soon as the food arrived. We ordered a Russian salad as a starter to share between two people. To our great surprise, the plate contained the equivalent of a small ladleful of salad, simply squashed in the middle of the plate. A very limited quantity indeed. We hoped to make up for it with the main courses… but another disappointment! My €17 kebab plate contained very little meat, accompanied by a small bowl of frozen fries. The only positive point: the small bowl of salad that came with it. At that price, I would have preferred a traditional kebab elsewhere. My wife, on the other hand, ordered a rare Black Angus ribeye steak for €27. The steak, which I estimate weighed between 150 and 180 grams, arrived far overcooked compared to the rare we requested. We also found the meat had an unusual taste, which made us question its freshness, without being able to determine the cause. I must, however, commend the waitress's professionalism. As soon as we pointed out the problem, she immediately offered to remake the meat. We declined, as we were already quite disappointed. The establishment was kind enough to offer us a small dessert and coffee as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciated this. In conclusion, a restaurant with beautiful decor and a pleasant welcome, but whose dishes unfortunately do not live up to the prices charged, at least not during our visit. My advice to those with a hearty appetite: look elsewhere if you're seeking generous portions and good value. While the restaurant might appeal to those who appreciate a pleasant setting, Rouen thankfully offers plenty of other options for enjoying a delicious meal.

22/09/2026: Restaurant and bar offering simple, homemade dishes made with local produce at very competitive prices. Large roadside terrace. Dogs welcome outside. Friendly and professional staff. We've been back several times.

18/10/2026: Very disappointing service. I ordered click and collect, and the result was: they arrived with an order that wasn't mine. I went back to return it, and they brought me another one that was indeed mine, but it was missing all the desserts... This isn't the first time, and unfortunately, it's very often the case that you have to constantly check orders because they're never complete, or it's not yours... A real shame...

17/10/2026: We went to the McDonald’s in Courrières on September 28th at noon, and our experience was disastrous. In the reusable bin, I found a piece of used chewing gum. Luckily, I hadn’t eaten it yet. I was given a portion of fries as compensation, but honestly, it completely ruined our appetites. It’s truly unacceptable to find something like that in a container that’s supposed to be clean. I hope measures will be taken to strengthen cleanliness and hygiene controls.
