06/10/2026: We arrived at 11:45 am on market day to have a drink... But the waitress immediately told us, "I know it's not the done thing, but you'll have to vacate the table by noon." 🤣🤣 She just didn't drink an aperitif in 15 minutes, especially when the sun is shining! ☀️ But no big deal, thanks to her, we found a great terrace nearby with very friendly staff where we had time to enjoy our aperitif and then had lunch... The FOX has a fantastic sunny terrace and they were very nice. We'll definitely go back when we're in Sélestat.

30/09/2026: Probably one of the worst experiences I've had in France. I live here and speak French, yet I was answered in English, in a particularly unpleasant tone. The coffee and desserts were frankly disappointing, not to mention the service. When I simply tried to sit at a table outside, a woman started gesturing wildly and curtly told me, "NO, sit inside." Such an unpleasant experience for a coffee and dessert is quite remarkable. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

05/10/2026: Very extravagant decor, with a very high bathtub with nothing to hold onto, and you slip when you get out. Unfriendly reception staff.

13/07/2026: Having home delivery is great. However, there are always stock shortages for quite a few product categories (water, eggs, butter, cat litter, fruits and vegetables, etc.). The prices might be lower, but they still need to have the products you want 😅.

31/05/2026: I'm fed up!!!! I place an order almost every week from a drive-through service, and every time either items are missing, or items are replaced without me being notified. I've also had items with mold on them, and it's not the first time this has happened 🤬

28/06/2026: The hotelier was very friendly, but the service was far too slow. This is somewhat understandable, as he was alone at the bar, taking orders, cooking, and serving.

23/06/2026: We appreciated the owner's kindness and attentiveness. We came on a Saturday in early June; the service was impeccable, the place was clean, nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it.

11/07/2025: We placed an order at the Drive Thru for home delivery. The message announced a delivery, even though it hadn't been made. Two days later, our order was refilled, but many of the items we paid for were missing, such as "1 kilo of salmon, meat, etc." We were devastated, and despite the "correction," we were devastated again.

10/07/2025: I've been a customer of this store for years, and I'll be going to E.LECLERD from now on. I just had a rude person at the checkout. Deplorable!

14/08/2026: A great place to eat in Annot, the food is homemade and excellent! Remember to book if you're coming on days when the Train des Pignes is passing through.

11/10/2026: I was very surprised to read so many positive reviews for this caterer. I visited on a Sunday in the late afternoon. There was very little choice in the overall menu, and only one type of steamed dish. We heard that the chef would arrive later in the evening. The portions on the plates were also very small. It didn't feel like generosity, but rather a rigid policy regarding what goes on the menu. I cannot recommend this place. One more thing: the restrooms are on the ground floor but are not wheelchair accessible.

22/09/2026: Don't go there! The unpleasant service forces me to pay more, and the food is honestly disgusting and stale. I paid €7 for nothing! I had to throw the dish away because it was so repulsive. I've tried many stir-fried noodles, and these are just awful.

16/09/2026: Absolutely delicious! A super warm welcome from Camara (a truly excellent waiter) and the restaurant owner! They took such good care of us! And the food was absolutely delicious! We're going back tomorrow! Thank you so much!!

26/09/2026: I ate some superb prawns. The pasta was good and fresh.

23/09/2026: They don't display the correct prices; I paid €16 for a Margherita pizza when the menu said €13.50. We were watched like caged animals throughout our meal. I don't recommend this restaurant; I understand why they don't have any customers.

28/08/2026: The staff were far too pushy during the meal; our plates were cleared away almost as soon as we finished them, the waitresses constantly hovering around our table checking whether we'd eaten or not, and the peanuts we'd been eating with the aperitif were taken away before we'd even finished them. Avoid going there when the staff is in a rush.

18/08/2026: Very disappointed. We had a reservation for three people, for a table on the terrace, but unfortunately, it was closed that evening. Our evening was ruined by the very high temperature inside; there was no air conditioning or fans. The staff were friendly, but the food was average. I won't be going back.

25/09/2026: Everything is great (reception, service, food 👍) except the food; I find it too expensive. A tray of cooked frozen fries costs €2.50, which is outrageous. A kilo of McCain fries at E.Leclerc costs €2.45, and if you buy two, the second one is €0.78. That's ridiculous. Turkeli, you should check your prices.

19/09/2026: Too bad. Plus, the quality of the meat is poor... The competition?? And the service was icy cold. 🥶

01/09/2026: Beautiful room. Comfortable. But disappointing service: barely polite, impatient… it was as if they had something better to do than serve us! Exquisite mushroom salad, mediocre butcher's steak, unripe pineapple for dessert. They could definitely do better.

12/08/2026: 202607 Great! You can get a round platter here to go into the market and buy seafood to eat! We ordered cream and bread, juice and a glass of wine to go with our oyster platter. I love Laro!

09/08/2026: I strongly advise against going there. We ate next to the owner's table, and he shouts and speaks extremely rudely to his employees throughout the restaurant. He also gave us a dirty look and spoke rudely to us. The waitress, however, was very professional and efficient! Unfortunately, when it came time to pay for the table and our drinks, the bill wasn't recorded, so we had to repeat everything!

22/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! From the moment you arrive by boat, you feel like you've left Paris behind for a little countryside escape. The setting is absolutely enchanting, a welcome change of scenery, and full of charm. The atmosphere is warm and elegant without being stuffy, and the cuisine is refined, delicious, and perfectly suited to the location. We had a fantastic time in this magnificent setting in the heart of the Bois de Boulogne. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A truly unique place, ideal for an evening out of the ordinary. We'll definitely be back!

20/09/2026: A table in the passageway behind the kitchens... Not great. The food is bland, simply mass-produced. If you come for the second seating, at 2 pm, there are practically no desserts left except for crepes, for which you have to wait in an endless queue. There's only one coffee machine, and the wait is so long that you'll never even get a coffee. In short, I don't recommend it.

01/01/2026: Simple but effective, delicious couscous! Excellent value for money. We appreciated the warm welcome and the sense of humor!

05/12/2025: Excellent couscous, generously served. The owner is very kind. Complimentary mint tea was offered. Highly recommended.
