04/10/2026: What my wife and I ordered was not what we got and when we asked why they said that what was ordered wasn’t available. I responded that I should have been informed instead of bringing something similar. Response was as if they didn’t care.

04/10/2026: There's a waitress at the restaurant, a dark-haired woman whom I believe is from India. She's extremely rude and ill-mannered. When I gestured to take our order, she rebuffed me and made a rude gesture, which was very unpleasant. Later, a middle-aged male waiter took our order, and he was very polite and did his job properly. When we finally asked for the bill, we had to call the waitress, and she acted awkwardly, rolling her eyes and not bringing the bill. After a long wait, we told the male waiter who had served us, and he brought the bill immediately. Unfortunately, the restaurant's quality will decline if it continues to employ this woman.

23/08/2026: The view is magnificent with a gentle sea breeze. The food was delicious 🤤 The staff were very friendly and pleasant.

23/08/2026: Shameful! Seated at a table that was already set, my glass had lipstick stains on it. The mashed potatoes were sour and the fries were reheated. I won't be going back.

11/09/2026: Avoid this place. Honestly, very disappointing compared to other restaurants in the chain. The pizza wasn't up to standard and was either overcooked or undercooked. The service deserved less than one star, the staff were completely clueless/unpleasant and didn't answer questions. The prices were above average for the chain's restaurants.

03/06/2026: I’ve been here for 3 nights, and they have been out of coffee from night one, with no plan to fix this. In addition any glasses or mugs you may use are not replenished. I come here often and this is not what is expected.

06/09/2026: We ate there on a Saturday at lunchtime and thoroughly enjoyed our meal 😋 The servers were very friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend this place; you won't be disappointed 👍

01/09/2026: I don't know where to begin, there's so much to say. Regarding the food, you could make the effort to source your ingredients from METRO in Alès, or at least use local products instead of your inedible, low-priced items. It's a disgrace for a restaurant like this. In 2022, you had a turnover of €621,800, and you're not capable of providing good products to your customers? It's an absolute disgrace. Your daily special is awful. You cook food with shabby, dirty utensils; it's disastrous. Seating for lunch is fairly quick, as is taking orders. The servers are very pleasant, which is what saves the restaurant. I don't know how they manage to stay open; I take my hat off to them for not giving up. The music wasn't up to par, but thankfully the servers were very friendly, making it easy to chat. Children running around the restaurant at lunchtime was overwhelming. Perhaps someone should tell the person in charge that children shouldn't be in the workplace? Sir/Madam, I urge you to reconsider the state of your restaurant. Sincerely,

17/09/2026: Awful. Tried to reserve a table but went to voicemail. Arrived with my partner and parents and saw empty tables outside and inside was empty. A local smirked and winked at the bar lady as we went in. We asked for a table but were rudely spoken to and told a very certain no. Sent out with distain because we had arrived by Le Train Rouge. Horrible lady.

17/09/2026: Bad. The lady serving here is the most unfriendly person we have ever seen. She couldn't handle it. When we asked if we could get something to eat, she just coldly said no 🙂‍↔️. We were on the red train, so there were indeed a lot of people, but adapt to that as a restaurant, surely you know how to do that. So don't go here!!!!

28/07/2026: Very thick and dense pizza! Nothing amazing at that price, avoid it, don't go there

03/04/2026: I called them at 9:15 PM on a Friday night to order two pizzas. They refused my order, saying they closed at 9:20 PM, even though their website states 9:30 PM as their closing time. Frankly, it's not like it takes an hour to make two half-frozen pizzas. They simply didn't want to finish five minutes late. Not very professional of them.

17/09/2026: Horrible experience, barely acceptable. I ordered two pizzas (for the kids between noon and 1 p.m.) which were given to another customer. The cashier asked me to wait for the other customer to bring back the pizzas to exchange them... 15 minutes later (so he had time to make me more), he handed me the pizzas brought back by the other customer. Not having time because I had to drop my children off at school, I took them but didn't eat them because I find this UNACCEPTABLE. When I complained about the wait, he replied, "Well, he's here." Absolutely avoid this place. The basic thing would have been to make them again; they shouldn't take advantage.

05/06/2026: There are signs everywhere pointing you towards this restaurant, and when you arrive at 7:00 PM, it's open, but the owner greets you and tells you they don't serve food in the evening! Some restaurant!

11/07/2025: We placed an order at the Drive Thru for home delivery. The message announced a delivery, even though it hadn't been made. Two days later, our order was refilled, but many of the items we paid for were missing, such as "1 kilo of salmon, meat, etc." We were devastated, and despite the "correction," we were devastated again.

10/07/2025: I've been a customer of this store for years, and I'll be going to E.LECLERD from now on. I just had a rude person at the checkout. Deplorable!

15/09/2026: We ordered takeaway pizzas but were pleased to find there were seats available and a relaxed atmosphere... the welcome was excellent and our request to change ingredients from the menu was gladly accepted... we recommend this place.

14/09/2026: The owner is very friendly. My Milanese veal cutlet was good and a generous portion. Reasonable prices.
