The entire team is fantastic: always welcoming, warm, smiling, and very professional. We're greeted with a smile every time we visit, and that's truly a pleasure. The pizzas are excellent, the ingredients are high-quality, and the recipes are consistently delicious. Preparation is quick, cooking is perfect, and delivery is efficient. The service is consistent, and you can feel their genuine desire to satisfy customers. A little shout-out from your VIP loyal customer: you'll surely recognize me, it's Mr. 2+2 Menu, always with my must-have Algerian and Cannibal pizzas. 😄 Thank you to the whole team for your good humor and professionalism. Don't change a thing, you're the best!

15/07/2026: Honestly, always top-notch! We're regular customers with the BigKiff menu: 2+2 Cannibal and Algerian 😉 The team is always smiling, always laughing and chatting, a really great atmosphere. Always on time, orders respected, and the two times there were mistakes, they were corrected and the employees apologized, even though they don't make mistakes. When I read some of the comments about customers being ripped off or being scammed, I really appreciate the number of times I've been there and the employees have always followed hygiene procedures: sneezing into their elbows, washing their hands, etc. In conclusion, that's all for now. Don't change a thing, stay just as you are, always so warm, smiling, and welcoming. I highly recommend it! See you soon for another order! 🙂🙂

11/08/2026: So disappointed, because I was the one who chose this restaurant for my birthday. Luckily, the young waitress was there to salvage things. I'd already asked my daughter to take off her flip-flops, which I'd left on my feet, when I got a very curt remark from the owner, who must have been in a terrible mood that evening. Or maybe she's always like that, because we were dining right behind the reception area, and we were treated to a barrage of complaints and comments about the young waitress, all of it very loudly so everyone could hear... It completely ruined my appetite, especially since we had the speaker right above our heads, and to top it off, a Calogero CD was blasting on repeat. The whole shebang, basically. So much for an oriental atmosphere... I almost thought my partner was joking! I gave one star for the dish, which I found quite good, and to top it all off, my tagine with a single prune, apricots, and lamb as tough as a rock—I've eaten more than one tagine in my life, and I think they'll have to explain again how it's cooked. Normally, it's cooked directly in the earthenware dish... I'll spare you the details because I think I could write a book about this establishment, which might appeal to some, but for my part, I'll never set foot in there again, that's for sure! The worst part is the owner, who was incredibly unfriendly. I didn't even stay; I left immediately because I think I would have told her to get lost, to put it politely... Avoid at all costs!

31/08/2026: Excellent bakery! The staff are truly pleasant, smiling, and welcoming, making every visit a real treat. The products are high-quality, fresh, and delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. You can feel the care and expertise behind each product. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, both for the quality and the friendly service. A wonderful discovery; I'll gladly return!

29/07/2026: Absolutely no customer service! This morning I bought an oriental bread, tasted it, and found it was salt-free. I called to report it, and they thanked me, but didn't even offer a gesture of goodwill, not even to ask me to return it for an exchange or receive a credit note for my next purchase. That was the last time you'll see me!

13/10/2026: Hello, I'm giving it 3 stars for now. The evening was saved thanks to an incredibly experienced waitress, a brunette with long, slightly curly hair, who was incredibly kind! If she hadn't been there, nothing would have gone right. The atmosphere was great, the DJ was fantastic, and the music was excellent! The service was saved by this waitress who handled every situation with her great friendliness, her smile, and her unbeatable kindness. I would still point out a few things that could be improved: undercooked food, orders already received being returned twice (they should find another order-taking system to avoid this), and some items not fully cooked. The croque-monsieur had more butter on the bread than inside, which was a shame (I make them at home, and the butter shouldn't remain a layer on top of the bread). Cutlery would be nice to avoid getting butter all over your hands… The atmosphere and this incredible waitress made up for everything! I will change my rating after discussing it with the manager at a future meal with the group who came as a family, as recommended by Sylvain. ***I am changing my rating… A very greasy burger, as indicated by… [The following appears to be a separate, unrelated comment: "Indicate payment errors and a duplicate order. I am changing my rating due to food poisoning the very next day. I am not at all happy. Considering the price of my family's invitation, more than a discount should have been offered!"]

11/10/2026: Hello, if I could give zero stars, I would. We went to the 80s party on October 10, 2026. It was a disaster! To start the evening off right, we ordered a supposedly "generous" appetizer platter. We figured, given the price (€12), it must be true... Imagine my surprise when the platter arrived! See for yourself in the photo after a 45-minute wait and five complaints! And they had the nerve to ask us every five minutes if we'd paid, even though we had... Zero organization! To continue the evening, we decided to eat... we ordered three burgers and fries plus one croque monsieur and fries... €50! What a rip-off when you see our food arrive after an hour's wait and more complaints! Not to mention that we weren't given our change because we should have paid €44, not €50, since it was €12 per meal! My brother-in-law didn't even get his fries with his sandwich, and no one even bothered to acknowledge it! My burger was swimming in mayonnaise, barely cooked! And to top it off, €4 for a glass of Oasis water—it's outrageous! Even the tables are far too close together; you could barely move! I request to be contacted as soon as possible so we can have a clear discussion about this! Thank you.

06/07/2026: I ordered a crispy chicken pizza. I received a pizza with fried onions, with three tiny pieces of chicken barely hanging on. A disgrace.

24/09/2026: Catastrophic as always! The drinks for both children's menus and the McChicken menu were missing, and when I called the restaurant, they spoke to me like I was an idiot, as if I were lying! Shameful and completely unprofessional!! We pay for an order; forgetting something happens, but speaking to customers like that when you're in the wrong is really unacceptable! I quote, "You didn't check the order before leaving?!" Apparently, it's my fault!

14/09/2026: First time at this restaurant last week. Perfect, very pleasant, very warm welcome. The pizza was delicious, and a special mention for the chocolate mousse. I'm usually hard to please, but this was just like my grandmother's chocolate mousse and her secret recipe! 😁
