12/05/2026: Having spent two nights at the hotel, I find it expensive for what it is. The room was somewhat clean. The shower system was completely useless. There was a lot of noise in the hallways. The cleaning lady was inconsiderate and opened the door without knocking, even though I was inside. The fire alarm technicians came into the rooms without warning. The fire alarm went off horribly, but for no reason, and there was a power outage. In short, many things need improvement, or at the very least, the price should be lowered.

19/04/2026: Excellent location. Breakfasts were small and limited. Clean rooms.

30/07/2026: We ordered wood-fired pizzas. They were excellent. Perfectly cooked and very generously topped. A real treat! I highly recommend it. Fast service.

31/07/2026: I had a delicious meal here with my parents for a very reasonable price. It's nice that there are also vegetarian options, such as a veggie burger. From the terrace, you look out over the valley, even though you are sitting somewhere in the middle. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Lectoure.

07/07/2026: Since we started going to this restaurant in 2012, we've always been greeted with a smile and never disappointed with the quality. I don't understand those people who leave negative reviews, or I'm afraid I do when I read them because it's usually their first and only review. The staff is attentive. I would add more comments, but I'd just come across as a sycophant...lol

24/01/2026: Worst pizza I've ever eaten, better to get one from the supermarket and cook it yourself. It was gooey, not good at all. The server/owner is cold and it is as if you are bothering him to be there

03/06/2026: Imagine my surprise when I checked my emails at 8 p.m. (after work), the day of my arrival, to find that your establishment, which I had booked in advance and for which you confirmed my reservation, had cancelled my booking that very morning. I received no call to inform me directly. Since I don't check my emails regularly during the day, I only noticed the cancellation far too late. I was thus left without accommodation for the night. This situation is particularly regrettable and demonstrates a clear lack of consideration for customers.

07/05/2026: A loyal customer for years. A very warm welcome 😊 The pizzas are delicious, the salads too (I've tried them all), and don't even get me started on the quiches, which I adore, and finally, their tiramisu—light and delicious. In short, we've moved to Osny, but we still come to La Provençale for our pizzas 👌 because, in terms of quality and price, I haven't found better. Well done to François and his daughter!

17/01/2026: Ordered through Uber Eats. The stir-fried noodles were edible, but we had to throw away the box of 12 Camiforn sushi. It smelled moldy, the tar was awful, we threw it all out. What a shame! For the price, I regret my order.

02/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. The dishes on the menu are rather simple, but very tasty and original. The service is impeccable. We ate on the terrace when a white peacock appeared; it was magnificent.

02/07/2026: The flavors are okay, but the house Sauvignon is cheap, cheap wine, the starter is as small as an amuse-bouche, and the main course is the size of a starter. The price of a chic brasserie. Substandard, a shame in such a location…

15/07/2026: I really enjoyed the pho, but the portion of noodles was small. And the bubble teas were excellent! It just lacked a smile from some of the staff 🙂

09/06/2026: Yum, yum! The best little Asian restaurant around. Their spring rolls are delicious and the beef with onions is a real treat. I highly recommend it.

14/07/2026: We came for dinner on a Monday evening, as a group (about ten people, including family and friends), and unfortunately, the experience was mixed. Upon arrival, I simply asked if we could eat in. The person who greeted us curtly replied that on Mondays, they didn't serve couscous or tagine, even though I hadn't ordered those dishes. I simply wanted to know if it was possible to have dinner. She told us that they only had sandwiches (kebabs, tacos, paninis, hamburgers, etc.), which was perfectly fine with us. My child was very hungry, so I wanted to order quickly. I was told that they couldn't take my order because they were doing the accounts and that someone would be coming to the table. In the end, no one came. One of my friends was also curtly reprimanded when she asked if someone was taking orders. We were told there were no servers on Mondays and that we had to order at the counter. Fine, but they should have explained that to us from the start: we didn't know how the restaurant operated, or even the city. When it came time to order, the tone remained the same. When I asked for fries with certain sandwiches, I consistently felt like I was being reprimanded: "The taco already comes with fries," or "The hamburger already comes with fries." Yet, nothing on the menu specifies which dishes come with fries and which don't. As a customer, it seems perfectly reasonable to ask without feeling like I'm bothering anyone. On the plus side, the food was quite good for a fast-food restaurant. We have no complaints there. However, the service unfortunately ruined the experience. It's a real shame, because with a little more courtesy and a few simple explanations, our evening would have been much more pleasant.

10/07/2026: Apparently, we weren't the only ones who noticed. The waitress was awful, making unpleasant remarks and muttering to herself when we sat down on the terrace "without asking her," even though the restaurant was far from full. When we arrived, this same waitress saw us but didn't even glance at us or say "hello." When we went to tell the manager about it, she flew into a rage and tried to get physical, telling us she was "at home." The argument escalated on both sides, but the waitress's behavior was completely unprofessional; it was pathetic. Wanting to physically attack a 55-year-old woman because she told you exactly what she thought and you can't control your emotions is despicable. I decided to intervene and push her away when I saw her approaching with an aggressive and threatening tone and attitude. Not to mention the inappropriate and irrelevant remarks when we mentioned being from Réunion Island. Supposedly 15 years in the restaurant industry, but I think it's time for her to retire or go on "sick leave," as the waitress Mona herself so aptly put it 🤣. My condolences to the owner, who seems to be completely taken advantage of by his waitress/partner (I don't know which) and who was utterly passive and bewildered by the situation. I sincerely hope he doesn't condone this kind of behavior. All of this could have been avoided with a warmer or simply more professional welcome, rather than a snide remark and a sigh; I don't think that's too much to ask.

07/07/2026: THE WORD "BISTRO" DOES NOT HAVE A "T"; IT'S A MISTAKE EVEN IF IT'S IN THE DICTIONARY! It's a Russian word meaning "quickly," used by Prussian officers (in occupied Paris during the Franco-Prussian War of 1870) to demand food and drink quickly when they were in Paris. A bistro with a "T" indicates a professional who doesn't understand the culture of their profession—a red flag for their service.
