11/07/2026: I came on the morning of July 4th with a friend who didn't speak French, but the waitress was quite unpleasant and, in her words, "in a hurry." I left immediately. It's a shame they weren't more welcoming and patient with a foreigner who was kind and wanted to make an effort to take our order. It's a pity because the setting is nice, but the service definitely needs improvement.

15/06/2026: A plate of beef, rice, and two broccoli florets... €14.50. Chinese takeout places are known for pushing you to buy more, but this is excessive!

23/07/2026: Honestly, paying €13.35 for an empty burger...what a disgrace!!! No sauces, no choice of drinks (no Diet Coke (or iced tea/fuze tea), knowing that regular Coke costs an extra €0.14, they should at least offer Diet Coke!!!). I don't think I can post photos unfortunately, but frankly, serving such an empty burger for that price is pathetic!

20/07/2026: The delivery was impeccable, however, the cheddar fries were a bit thin, with just a tiny bit of fries on the bottom. Considering the price, I would have liked more, and I would have preferred them to be hot, but that's to be expected. And paying €3.60 for a tiny thing in a small coffee cup on a Sunday is something that needs to be reconsidered.

04/04/2026: The restaurant is not open; they closed the restaurant without informing us on Google that the restaurant was permanently closed.

29/06/2026: This place is awful. I felt terribly mistreated simply for being a tourist. On top of that, you can't pay by card. The waiter who served me was incredibly rude. I don't recommend it; there are plenty of other options nearby without having to come to this bar.

09/04/2026: Yaya is the best server ever, and provided a fun and energetic experience! The 5 euro tequila sunrises are AMAZING. My friend and I always had fun nights here, and I would definitely recommend stopping by. Just make sure you stay for a little while, get some food and drinks, and enjoy the night! Ask for yaya of course!

02/07/2026: There wasn't much choice if you arrived in the evening, and the food probably wasn't fresh because I got sick. It might have just been bad luck, but I wanted to mention it. I'm definitely not sure I'll go back.

19/04/2026: I don't recommend it. We wanted to go to try it out, but... the food wasn't good. I ordered beef, and it didn't taste like beef at all; it was rubbery, almost making me want to throw up. The buffet was very small, with very little choice for both main courses and desserts. And €22.90 is outrageous! I think we'll be stuck in the bathroom tomorrow morning.

04/04/2026: Surprised by a "slate" menu offered without prices and a latte at €10 (more expensive than at the Cannes Marriott)!!!! The Shuss is an establishment where the food is good, the location is top-notch and the waiter is very friendly.

30/03/2026: The resto is is an awesome Panoramic location. The food is good mountain grub and not expensive - a 500 carafe of rose is only 14.50 euros. BUT above all - when I went to get my skis they had bee accidentally taken by a large group - definitely not stolen! The guys in the restaurant especially Male helped us so much. They could not have been kinder or more helpful. They were so adamant they Isola is a friendly safe resort there was no way the skis were stolen - and they were right! They arranged for my husband who was walking and myself to take a skidoo down the mountain and turned what was a pretty rubbish experience into a very positive one! Thanks guys!

06/06/2026: I came to pick up a Too Good To Go basket and I wasn't disappointed! I missed the collection time, but they made sure I could still get the basket! Fantastic. I highly recommend them!

27/05/2026: Horrible pastry shop! I bought a Tropezienne tart, the cream had gone bad, and I had to throw it away because it tasted and smelled awful. This is the third time I've tried to buy from this establishment (since it's close to my home), but it was definitely the last time. I do not recommend it.

05/08/2026: Very disappointed 😞 First McDonald's that doesn't accept meal vouchers! The salad menu is a joke: a piece of chicken with lettuce, three croutons, and a few shavings of parmesan for €13. Even in a restaurant, you get better service! I definitely won't be going back. Avoid at all costs!

04/08/2026: CATASTROPHIC... At 4 PM, no donuts, no muffins, no cookies, and of course, everything was available at the kiosk! The manager was unpleasant and practically clueless. The result? Melted ice cream and a 15-minute wait to get a refund for the missing dessert.

31/05/2026: Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Paris the service is very very bad horrible and it’s not safe the hotel staff are not helpful and not safe to stay there our stuff got lost and housekeeping keeps door open after cleaning very dangerous not safe and one to the filthiest hotels I’ve ever seen in my whole like should be called a motel not a hotel I’m shocked that it is actually considered a hotel not only that and a 5 star hotel for what? The service is horrible food is not clean and horrible staff not helpful and the whole atmosphere is not safe and horrible.

21/03/2026: A dishonest restaurant. I ordered online for delivery, and the portion size was mediocre. The beef tendon dish cost €20 and came in a half-full box. I don't want to go back. Response to the restaurant: The box wasn't even two-thirds full, as you can clearly see in the photo. Do you really think it's normal for customers to pay 100% of the price of a dish, plus a 10% service charge, plus a delivery fee, and only receive 50% of the order? Avoid at all costs!!!
