04/07/2026: A loyal customer for years for their bread, the quality of their baguettes has deteriorated. They're good sometimes, then inedible: the crumb isn't risen, the crust is rubbery and bland, there's no taste at all, nothing like the good baguettes I've come to expect. This is unacceptable. Has there been a change in staff?

29/06/2026: Visit during a heatwave: the temperature in the shop was extremely high. Customers felt no effective air conditioning, making the experience uncomfortable and raising questions about the working conditions of staff in the heat.

14/07/2026: We ordered three mango-passion fruit "Refreschiz" on the terrace. The drink was nothing like its picture, which suggested it contained fruit juice. We didn't think to ask what the drinks were made of, but oh well… for €13.50 (€4.50 each for a 25cl drink), we got a bland iced tea with little flavor, or a very diluted and very cold syrup, which was its only redeeming feature. The service was very friendly, but I definitely feel like I threw my money away.

I’d also like to thank the young blonde woman who works there (sorry i don’t know ur name) I came in once because my phone was off due to a battery issue, and she kindly offered to let me charge it. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated her kindness. Thank u again, wishing the whole team all the best!

13/07/2026: Superb and excellent set menu (starter - main course - dessert): goat cheese and bacon quiche - fish duo with tarragon sauce - pear Belle Hélène (aperitif and coffee available as an extra)

22/06/2026: The staff at Café des Arts in Evreux, located right in the city center, were awful. We were in a group, just relaxing, and the woman who served us deserved a zero. She was incredibly courteous; there was absolutely nothing there. When we handed her the money, she put it back on the table, not even a smile. Not a warm welcome, not even a hint of hospitality. Frankly, I strongly advise against going there!

30/03/2026: Terrible experience. We booked a triple room for two nights. At arrival, the electronic key didn't work. We got a new one at the desk, and after some tries, it opened the door. We went out and came back at 11 PM. It was very cold outside. The key didn't work again. We went to the reception. The receptionist gave us another key and told us not to put it near the phone (we already knew this). We tried again, but it still didn't work. We called the receptionist to our door. He saw the problem while we were freezing outside. He opened the door with a physical key, took our cards, and told us "we will see tomorrow morning". So, we were in a room without keys, unable to go out, in a half-empty hotel. Inside the room, the third bed was missing sheets and a duvet. Worse, the pillowcase had blood on it. We went to the reception again. They just gave us the linens to make the bed ourselves. The next morning, we went to breakfast. The buffet breakfast was actually quite rich and good. We hoped they had a solution for the room, but nothing. The night employee even took the only physical master key with him. We had to wait. Their new solution was: "come to the reception every time you need to open your door". We had to stay for two nights, so this idea was total madness. We complained again. Finally, the only good employee came to check the door. He understood the door battery was dead and changed it. After that, it finally worked.

17/02/2026: It seems like it's a mess and a mess, but I haven't yet achieved the desired, respectful place where I want to offer myself every day, at least I'll stop by, have a look, and drink coffee.

13/09/2025: Fantastic restaurant. I came with my daughter and granddaughter and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Special mention to the attentive and friendly waiter and waitress. Top-notch service!

08/09/2025: The server was super friendly and very dedicated, and he answered my many questions with pleasure and kindness (and gave excellent wine advice). Very good food and delicious local produce, well done to the chef. I recommend it 100%.

08/08/2026: Not satisfied with the customer service. I bought a dress (a unique item in this store) three weeks ago. I paid for it and asked them to hold it for me (as I couldn't transport it). To do so, I created a loyalty card and provided my full contact information. When I returned, the dress had been put back on the rack, thankfully not resold. Lack of professionalism and personalized service.

23/07/2026: I visited this IKKS store last week and was greeted by a whole smiling team who took the time to help me despite the crowds due to the sales.

24/07/2026: The place is very dirty, especially the floor; there's a lot of dust and some fries that are rotting, however the food is still decent.

24/07/2026: The restaurant (especially the floor!) was very dirty. We arrived at the beginning of service, and there were still the fries from the lunch service on the floor. A quick sweep between courses would have made the restaurant much more presentable. The food itself was okay.

23/06/2026: Friendly and cheerful welcome and sells excellent pastries. There's a small air conditioned seating area where you can enjoy them with a hot or cold drink. Probably the best patisserie we visited in Saumur

17/06/2026: I've been going to this restaurant with my team since 2014, but today's lunchtime experience was very disappointing. The waitress was unpleasant. The menu is quite limited (mainly pizzas and salads). I ordered a Caesar salad and asked to replace the chicken, which isn't halal, with another ingredient like eggs, tuna, or cheese, but this was refused, even though eggs are present in other dishes. There was no flexibility or compensation offered. In the end, I paid €17 for a salad with no real possibility of making an alternative. A disappointing experience.

05/07/2026: Visit in May 2026 Unfortunately, the salmon lasagna was indigestible; I vomited it all up a few hours later. I should mention that I have no allergies. I'm giving three stars for the pleasant service and the choice of dishes.

06/07/2026: I always buy sacristains there which are really good and not very expensive and I really like the lady who sells them to me in the morning.
