27/06/2026: Frankly, we were disappointed with the food. We opted for the brunch menu, and it was dry and lacked sauce. The French toast was reheated. The hot drinks were good, and we had to ask twice for ice. It's a shame about the setting, as the location and ambiance are quite pleasant.

22/06/2026: Very disappointed with this brunch. The egg muffin was really dry and bland. Overall, the brunch was nothing special and not worth the trip. I don't think I'll be back.

However, despite the excellence of the pastries and breads, I must express my dissatisfaction with the evolution of customer service, which has noticeably deteriorated over time. It is not uncommon to observe saleswomen conversing in the presence of customers, leading to misunderstandings and requiring customers to repeat themselves. Furthermore, it is regrettable to note that derogatory remarks are sometimes made to customers who have left the shop, in the presence of other customers still present. When paying for my purchases, I frequently feel like I am intruding, sometimes having to interrupt the saleswomen's conversations to get their attention, as they continue talking without even looking at me. This situation gives me the impression that the staff takes customers for granted, regardless of the quality of service provided. I don't question the staff's professionalism, but it's crucial to remember that this is a business. If the saleswomen aren't motivated by their work, a career change could be considered to ensure impeccable customer service.

25/11/2025: Permanently closed. We made a reservation by phone for a large table on Saturday, November 22nd at 12:30 PM. It's closed. A passerby who works at the town hall said the restaurant is permanently closed.

12/11/2025: I used to go to Fuxia, but the quality is no longer there. The menu is now very limited compared to before, and the service and atmosphere are barely acceptable—the spirit of the old Italian restaurant is gone. The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. It's a shame, the place had so much potential.

13/01/2026: Passing through Seyssel, we stopped at this restaurant which pleasantly surprised us with its short but carefully curated menu and attentive service. The foie gras was very good, the meat was cooked to perfection, and the fried calamari was excellent. The wine list, however, was a bit limited, with few organic wines available. The steak could have been served piping hot, and the shallot sauce was rather bland, but that didn't stop us from having a lovely evening and enjoying a delicious meal. I highly recommend it. The terrace overlooking the Rhône is superb on sunny days.

14/08/2026: I order regularly; the delivery is fast and the service is attentive. The fish is very fresh and the sashimi portions are generous. With a certain order amount, you even get a free Asahi beer. I highly recommend it!

08/08/2026: The service is so unpleasant. The woman who works there is really unfriendly. I feel like I'm bothering her when I order in. People come here to eat AND for the service, as far as I know. Don't be greedy either, or you'll be treated like a clown. The meal is decent, nothing special, but I definitely won't be going back.

22/04/2026: They're throwing their cardboard boxes in the pedestrian street, it's unacceptable. It's unbelievable. It was passersby who picked up the boxes and polystyrene. How can anyone pollute such a beautiful spot next to the restaurant? (Sorry for the mistake). I witnessed it; I saw it with my own eyes. I'm not trying to cause any harm.

22/04/2026: My son threw some cardboard boxes in their recycling bin (yellow), thinking he was doing the right thing. I came downstairs a few minutes later and found everything he'd thrown on the ground, including polystyrene scattered everywhere. Neighbors helped me pick it up. We understand our mistake and apologize. But I think protecting the planet is more important than just a name on a bin. Thank you for your professionalism. Sincerely,

04/10/2026: The wait time for table service was far too long, the tray received did not match the order, and the service was sorely lacking in politeness – they didn't even greet customers when they brought in the optional tray, but when we pointed out that the order was incorrect, they were treated condescendingly, gave us a cold cappuccino, and so on... detestable!

22/08/2026: ⭐ Exceptional review after the Bernay market ⭐ We had a wonderful time in this very cozy restaurant after a morning at the market. The owners and staff are particularly attentive and create a warm atmosphere. As for the food, everything was delicious: the sea bass, the salad, the rump steak, and especially the sweet and savory chicken—a real treat! The very tempting desserts confirmed the experience, with a special mention for the caramel cheesecake… pure bliss 🍰. ‼️I highly recommend this place for its welcoming atmosphere, its delicious food, and its pleasant setting ‼️

05/08/2026: We tried this restaurant as a family; they offer a children's menu. Everyone, from 5 to 60 years old, thoroughly enjoyed their meal! The portions are very generous. The owner is welcoming, and it's a friendly restaurant where you can taste the homemade quality.

30/09/2026: The seafood platter lived up to its name, the cheesecake was delicious, in short, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Furthermore, the welcome was very friendly. I will be back.

22/09/2026: The €28 seafood platter consisted of 10 mussels that barely had a chance to fight, 6 shrimp, 2 tiny scallops, and one prawn. The food was half hot and cold; I searched for the parsley sauce... there were a few spider crabs, all served on a huge salad drenched in watery dressing! The bread in the baskets was stale. Shameful. A tourist trap! I do not recommend this establishment.

11/09/2026: The place is beautiful, but the value for money is appalling! The fish is priced per 100 grams. In our case, €14 per 100 grams. Our fish weighed 1100 kg! The small amount of fish that ends up on your plate costs €154?! The potatoes and vegetables that came with it were truly ordinary. The bill was worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. I've eaten similar fresh fish in Greece and Croatia for much less. What a shame!
