17/07/2026: I went today around 8 PM for a takeaway bobun and received one with leftover beef curry or something similar, the origin of which I don't want to know. It was nothing like what I've eaten there before: a terrible rating for a terrible meal. Sure, it was served in under 5 minutes, but it was clearly recycled food and it wasn't good. I don't recommend it.

09/06/2026: I agree with the comments about the unpleasant staff; I was actually yelled at for a takeaway order because I don't speak the language, it's unbelievable.

19/07/2026: I ate there last year, it wasn't good and it was dirty. I wanted to try again last week, I ordered takeaway, and once I arrived, the chicken was mushy with a strong smell. I threw away the menu. This establishment should be avoided if you don't want to get sick.

26/06/2026: I've been a customer at Njut for several months now, as I work nearby. Until recently, everything was fine. However, since the recent heatwave, several of my colleagues and I have gotten sick after eating there on multiple occasions. I obviously can't pinpoint the exact cause of the problem, but this series of incidents makes me question whether they're maintaining the cold chain or ensuring proper food storage conditions when temperatures rise. It's a shame, because I used to like this place, but this experience has shaken my confidence.

08/06/2026: The quality is still there, but the experience isn't the same. Portion sizes have shrunk considerably over time, while prices continue to rise. Even the small piece of bread offered with the salad is now much smaller. It's a shame, because it was precisely the excellent quality-to-quantity ratio that made the difference.

15/07/2026: First and definitely last time I'll ever go to this bar/restaurant. Despite the crowds and the rush caused by the semi-final, and understanding the potential staff shortages and the heat, very little, if anything, was right. We ordered drinks and "homemade" pizzas that certainly didn't look homemade, since at 8:30 pm we were told they were out, and then at 10:30 pm they magically reappeared! Asking for water was probably the most daring request we could have made; they seemed more annoyed than anything else to serve us. Despite everything, the waiter made an effort to be friendly and did his best to salvage the service, which was absolutely not the case with the waitress's attitude. We had the very strong impression that we were bothering her, etc. (sloppy service, mistakes...). The atmosphere, which was supposed to be festive and pleasant, turned into a catastrophic social experience, in addition to the defeat against Spain.

14/07/2026: Grumpy waiters/warriors Complains about a glass of water when we're eating in 30°C heat Gets our order wrong Suggests "homemade" pizzas are obviously frozen because they ran out of pizza at 8:30 PM – unbelievable! Refused to let us take our food to watch the game. The table next to us was calmly eating their Subway when he told them, "You win," referring to the fact that we said no and they said yes. A waiter came over to speak to me (I didn't speak to him) to tell me that if I wasn't happy, I should leave. Honestly, avoid this place, and given the reviews, it's best to do your research before going. Oh, and sorry, I forgot, I paid €6.50 for a measly plate of fries with no sauce, no flavor, and a small piece of metal in it. The prices are exorbitant. I didn't know you had to order friendliness in addition to drinks (not pizza, since they don't have any).

21/07/2026: Chicken fries without fries and 280 cold without cheddar.

20/07/2026: Endless wait for an order placed at 10 PM, missing items, cold fries, and no straws for the milkshakes. With so much time spent preparing an order, at least make sure it's complete. On top of that, the waitress delivering the orders was incredibly rude, with absolutely no politeness and no apology for the wait. Politeness is something that can be learned, and it's not the restaurant's job to teach you basic values.

28/01/2026: I strongly advise against going there. The chicken had a gelatinous, greasy texture and no taste, the shrimp were the same, and the rice wasn't good either. In short, we threw everything away! I saw the delivery, and everything arrives in boxes from China, including the Peking duck. Frankly, it wasn't appetizing at all. Last time I'll ever set foot in there. The service was terrible. Avoid at all costs.

08/05/2026: Excellent McDonald's: Charging stations outside, clean place, pleasant and attentive staff.

30/04/2026: Tasteless and tiny burgers compared to the photos, limp and practically cold fries. Cold place, gloomy atmosphere, and high prices. Avoid at all costs. Record broken today. I had to go to the counter to check on my order placed 20 minutes earlier. The server seemed overwhelmed. The order finally arrived without the Happy Meal toy. The burger was lukewarm and the fries were cold and soggy. Impossible to find space to put down trash because there was so much dirty dishware. My experience is over. I'll go to Burger King from now on.

06/08/2026: Arriving at 7:30 pm, it was incredibly crowded. Just getting the mussels and fries was a disaster. I felt it was poorly organized to get served as quickly as possible. The atmosphere in the kitchen was icy, with no organization or communication... Everyone was running around in all directions. Otherwise, the mussels were good.

05/08/2026: We always enjoy the good meals and the atmosphere there; we are generally satisfied, as is the price compared to some restaurants where the food sometimes leaves something to be desired...

26/07/2026: A very bad experience at the Starbucks on Rue Rambuteau. I simply asked for a slightly weaker latte, a request that is often granted at other Starbucks locations to ensure customer satisfaction. Here, I was told it wasn't possible, with no attempt to find a solution. As a result, they preferred to lose a sale rather than demonstrate even a modicum of customer service. The welcome was cold and unpleasant. It's truly a shame for a brand that should prioritize customer experience. I won't be going back.

28/06/2026: Exorbitant wait times despite the empty terrace, an employee sitting at the bar, and this isn't the first time. So we switched bars and were served in 2 minutes, even though their terrace was packed. The waiter was rude, disrespectful, and insolent. You need to review your staff.

06/02/2026: A disreputable and unsavory place, strong smell of weed at the entrance, people speak rudely and you feel neither comfortable nor in France.

10/04/2026: We ran into the manager (gray-haired), and let me tell you, we weren't disappointed by the welcome—it was catastrophic and completely unprofessional. The waffle was passable; you can find better ones at Place Stanislas for the same price.

10/07/2026: This is a bakery, not a restaurant. They offer various breads, focaccia, tarts, croissants, pain au chocolat, etc. Everything is delicious, so go there, but not for a meal.
