15/05/2026: I hadn't seen the "Minimum €10 credit card payment" sign on the bar because I was seated on the terrace. When I went to pay for my €4.50 Coke Zero, I explained that I'd forgotten my purse and therefore only had my phone to pay. I was told to go withdraw cash… even though I didn't have my credit card with me. Then they asked me to pay €10 instead of the €4.50 I'd spent. So I stood there, saying no, until the waiter finally handed me the card reader for €4.50, in an extremely rude manner. From then on: not a glance, not a thank you, not a goodbye. I really felt like they just wanted to get rid of me. No empathy, no customer service whatsoever. Honestly, a place to avoid.

05/05/2026: I ate herring fillets swimming in a centimeter of vegetable oil. The waiter was blasé; others would come after me, so my herring problems...

23/07/2026: Frankly, this is unacceptable. I placed my order around 11:50 PM and arrived at the kiosk around 12:20/12:30 AM. The wait itself didn't bother me: it was busy, and I could see the staff were exhausted. I can understand that a busy evening can be difficult. However, what is unacceptable is the order I received. No sauce, completely burnt fries, I ordered veggie nuggets and a veggie wrap, and I received chicken instead for both. It's really serious to make a mistake with vegetarian products. If someone doesn't eat meat for ethical, religious, or health reasons, this kind of error is totally unacceptable. Finally, the fish burger was also inedible: the fish was burnt. After such a long wait, a less than pleasant welcome and an order full of errors, it's really disappointing.

23/07/2026: Last Sunday, I decided to go to McDonald's with my children. It was busy, so no problem so far. I got my kids settled and went to order at the kiosk. I paid with holiday vouchers (€20 and €10) and the remaining €0.75 contactless. The man told me the contactless wasn't working and that I absolutely needed the physical card. I told him I didn't have it with me and that we were at McDonald's, after all, how was that possible? He said he'd have to cancel my order 😂 for 75 cents. I told him, you know what? Take something off! So my order came to €28 and some cents. I had to leave my children and go back and forth to see if my order was ready. You know what? I waited for over an hour. I went to see the security guard and told him, "Please tell him to put this order in for takeout. I'm with my children, I can't wait any longer. It was getting late." And I'd like to add that there was another man who wanted to pay for his order in cash, a €100 bill. The same man who served me told him he couldn't take his €100 bill because he didn't have any change. But this is McDonald's! How is that possible? Honestly, never go to this McDonald's, it's the worst ever! Change the manager, I don't know, but nothing works at this McDonald's.

03/05/2026: The owner really knows his way around business... He kicked out the girl celebrating her birthday, resulting in 30 fewer guests. Amazing! And no reason to do it either... he's trying to act tough in Concarneau... This place isn't what it used to be. I strongly advise against it; it's about as friendly as a prison guard. And it's not complicated; there are plenty of bars nearby. I highly recommend all the neighbors. And you'll save money too.

22/06/2026: The Quai du 7ème offers a magnificent setting overlooking the Old Port, but the experience ends there. The cuisine is very disappointing, with generic dishes and mediocre execution. Furthermore, you must be prepared to wait patiently for extremely slow service. A real letdown compared to the initial promise. As for the rating, it's barely a 3-star restaurant.

16/05/2026: A superb discovery. Excellent meal in a very pleasant setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Port. All the staff were very welcoming. The chef even came to greet us. We will gladly return.

24/04/2026: I just went there, they were very kind and welcoming, the food was excellent, and I didn't even wait 5 minutes, so congratulations to them!

23/06/2026: A very disappointing experience. The man at the counter was cold, unpleasant, and clearly unwelcoming. No greeting, no politeness whatsoever—an unacceptable attitude for a business. I'm not from Voiron; I stopped at the bakery closest to the train station, and honestly, that was a huge mistake. You even get the impression that you're being judged based on who you are. When you can no longer tolerate customer interaction, you need to ask yourself some serious questions, because this behavior gives a very bad impression of the place. I will never set foot in this place again, and I strongly advise against going there.

18/05/2026: Good coffee and croissants. Toilets very clean, but the reception really needs improvement.

16/04/2026: Selling chilled wine with an extra charge of €1.10 per bottle, without any prior warning—absurd! I saw it the next day and went in to ask about it, and it was a huge surprise: no refund! I don't know where this internal regulation comes from, nor what consumer protection law applies to me, but I will probably be taking action.

29/06/2026: We didn’t get anything because, despite there being no one else eating in the restaurant, we were told that we could not sit there unless we paid €5 per person. We just wanted to get a bao and a spring roll. I don’t get it. Why would you risk losing a purchase like that?

08/06/2026: Scoop: microwaving a bo bun is no good… I thought it was weird with the salad and carrots, but actually there aren't any in it. Just soggy spring rolls… yuck…

16/07/2026: Shameful! I've never seen such a disgusting McDonald's! It's 9 PM, there aren't many people, I want to eat inside but I can't! The tables are filthy! Not even a wipe down! I decide to eat outside on the patio. Unbelievable! But true! The tables are dirty, except for one out of eight! And that's not all, on the ground there are several empty cans, cardboard boxes from kids' meals, napkins, and lots of paper napkins scattered everywhere! I sit down at the only clean table, and to top it all off, the dumpsters are all around the patio near the concrete blocks, not to mention the nauseating smell that goes with it, of course, normal given the heat... A very unpleasant experience. My sandwiches weren't good at all because I think they were made in advance, judging by the dried-out patties in the bread! I left everything and threw it all in the trash!!! I should mention that I never post comments, but this time, I just couldn't help myself!!!! What are you doing, Mr. Manager????!!!! Have you seen the Google reviews??!!! You deserve a hygiene inspection!!!!! I love Brittany, but this McDonald's is the worst place I've ever eaten!!!!!!

10/07/2026: Hello, giving one star is a steep price to pay; it's catastrophic. The lack of hygiene is blatant. How can they receive customers in such a deplorable, filthy place? The staff was completely unresponsive, and since we couldn't find a seat, not a single clean table was available. We went to the counter to get someone to clean, and it took them a while to respond. The person I was with advised me against even going to the restroom to wash my hands. This place is to be avoided at all costs; it's a disgrace. The health department should pay it a visit.

12/06/2026: Excellent experience at HK Tacos! The portions are very generous, the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the service is exceptionally fast. Everything was delicious, well-prepared, and served efficiently. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for generous and tasty fast food.

06/06/2026: Waiting an hour for two tacos is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend it, and to top it all off, the taco was burnt.

11/08/2026: The reviews of this place are right and we should have checked before eating here. Service was slow. The food was vile. We all ordered moules frites and most of the mussels were undercooked, mushy, tasteless. The dessert was readymade supermarket bought and bad. For 25 euros per person, you’re better off going to a boulangerie and getting some sandwiches. Don’t waste your time with this overpriced scam. Huge rip off.

20/07/2026: Once a must-visit destination, renowned for its prestige and the quality of its cuisine, this restaurant has unfortunately lost much of its luster! The setting and the sea view are not enough to justify such high prices! The quality of the dishes is no longer up to par; the presentation lacks finesse, the recipes are basic, the flavors too simple, the desserts are not homemade, and the service does not provide the added value expected at this price point! We are very disappointed! The price-quality ratio is clearly excessive, which is regrettable for an establishment that was once a benchmark... We would now be more pleased to visit a small brasserie than a "big name" restaurant of this kind! Avoid it, both for yourself and your wallet!

17/04/2026: Where to begin… There’s so much to say about the atmosphere and the portion sizes, but I’ll keep it brief! First, there’s the language barrier, but that’s fine. Second, the portions didn’t seem reasonable to me considering the price of the menu (I’m not asking for a quantity that would put them in a difficult position). But to say that the amount of meat was equivalent to the sauce, for the price paid, I don’t agree. I ordered caramel chicken meatballs (which are already very small) and ended up with only 8 pieces. We were a group of 8. We hadn’t even finished eating when the manager came over to ask for the bill in the middle of our meal. Without a receipt, and without us getting up to pay. As a result, everyone lost track of the conversation, and all the discussion became scattered as they tried to figure out how to pay. So, we had to deal with the fact that they only accept cards for purchases over €10. We struggled to explain that one person would be ordering two meals and the last one in cash (there were three orders left), but she wouldn't listen. She came back, sighing, with her calculator, to tell us the price! At one point, I had to tell her to go back behind her counter, reminding her that we hadn't finished eating and that she had no right to interrupt our meal like that (yes, I lost my temper), because it's impolite and inappropriate to behave that way. And if I had to rate the taste of the food, I'd say 2 out of 5.
