23/09/2026: Modern! At 68, I discovered the McDonald's in Caussade one Sunday evening. I really liked it; the staff were attentive and friendly. The service seemed quick and efficient. The electronic ordering panels where you can choose your meal and pay are a nice touch. I'll definitely be back.

20/09/2026: Not many people and yet slow service, no napkins, children's choice regarding the toy or book offered with their happy meal menus is not respected, forced to ask for spoons and roasted peanuts with our sundae.

07/09/2026: A disgrace! If I were you, I'd change staff! It's obvious they're messing with the employees, and I mean it! They forgot an ice cream in a kids' meal, and you politely tell the person who just looks up and sighs, "Hey, file, just add the ice cream!" Plus, the ice creams they gave us were completely melted; we had to throw them away when we got home. Even if we'd eaten there, they were inedible... So we pay for a kids' meal, they forget the toys, they don't have ice cream, and one of my sons ended up without fries in his kids' meal. Can you explain that? If only you had security cameras, take a good look at how we're served and see how much we're bothering them! One thing's for sure: McDonald's Venette is finished for us. We get much better service at Pont Sainte Maxence! And to top it off, a poor woman was calmly preparing orders while everyone else was chatting in the back!

05/09/2026: McDonald's often has product shortages. The drive-thru scanner hasn't worked for over nine months. It hasn't been fixed, so our card won't work, as they say, and our points are deducted... (60€ order). The staff wearing headsets are unfriendly, and when we ask for something extra or to put it in a separate bag, they tell us they can't... (basically, they don't want to bother). The wait is incredibly long, over 15 minutes... and they were missing a sandwich, the books, and the dessert from our Happy Meals! We reported it, and they told us to come back! Of course, I'm going to drive another 30 minutes after waiting over 15 minutes for my order, and I should mention, there weren't many people inside! Shameful considering the current prices! Eating at McDonald's costs more than a good brasserie or other restaurant... and with so-called fast food, you should be served in at least 15 minutes... As for the atmosphere, 0 stars would have been more accurate, though not bad.

18/09/2026: A very pleasant establishment. Despite my limited time for lunch, I was served very quickly and enjoyed the pasta with Roquefort cheese. The dish was generous and of good quality. The staff was very courteous. It's nice that even in the off-season, you can still find places to eat near such popular tourist attractions. I highly recommend it.

18/09/2026: We came to this restaurant quite by chance during our visit to Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. We were greeted by a young woman who should really consider a career away from people, given how vulgar and unfriendly she was. The man who appeared to be the owner was a self-important fellow. Considering the location, we know that friendliness and respect for customers are of little importance to them. However, in the restaurant business, there is a minimum standard. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant, and next time I'd rather eat rocks than go down there.

28/07/2026: Superb evening for a group of 3 girls: free shisha, drinks paid for; more than 3 girls: one free shisha but obligation to pay for shisha; music can be changed upon request; unlimited tea if ordered; unlimited charcoal; change of tobacco head +5 euros.

25/10/2025: Shameful welcome. Arriving at 9:35 p.m., we were refused entry even though closing time is posted at 10:00 p.m. and only three tables were occupied. The server, clearly in a hurry to get things over with, didn't even say hello and simply made the sign of the cross with his hands to indicate "no." A disrespectful and impolite attitude, unworthy of an establishment that claims to welcome customers. A real lack of professionalism - to be avoided at all costs.

25/10/2025: A complete scandal! We arrived at 9:40 PM and were refused service even though closing time was clearly stated at 10:00 PM. There were only two rooms with four occupied tables, so it was far from full! And the "waiter," if you can even call him that, didn't even greet us—just a quick "no" sign, as if we were bothering him. Disdainful behavior, zero sense of service, no politeness whatsoever. When you work in the restaurant industry, respect for the customer is fundamental. Well, here, there is none. Avoid this place; it's not worth a single penny.

06/09/2026: Good pizza and a warm welcome, it was our first time and we enjoyed it. The gentleman is very friendly. I recommend it. 😊

05/09/2026: This McDonald's really leaves much to be desired. The staff is completely inattentive to customers. Getting an employee's attention is incredibly difficult. The wait time for your order is truly excruciating. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs; nothing about it is right.

05/09/2026: This McDonald's is a disgrace! On Saturday, September 5th, at 2:50 AM, the wait was already endless, even though there were only three cars. Then, when I got to the drive-thru, they told me they were out of tomatoes… considering how many sandwiches use tomatoes, the choice quickly became limited (and I love tomatoes). Finally, after finding a substitute sandwich, I was told at the register that the card reader was malfunctioning and I couldn't pay with my phone! Of course, they hadn't informed me when I ordered, and I didn't have my credit card with me, so I left empty-handed after a 30-minute wait. If you can't handle the night shift, don't open.

12/08/2026: I would never recommend it. A very rude man, who makes stupid jokes about the customer who is there to consume. I have never seen such a lack of manners. If you don't need customers, close the door of the establishment and be your own customer. After the rudeness, I was served an extremely bitter beer with a suspicious taste. I was even afraid to drink it. I do not recommend it.

24/09/2026: A huge thank you to the lady who was at the register on September 23rd. ❤️ I tried all three, but each time I leave the other stores to go back to the McDonald's in La Madeleine. 30/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The food was excellent, and we received a very warm welcome. As it was the end of the season, some dishes on the menu were indeed unavailable. However, contrary to what I've read in some reviews, we were informed of this by the waiter, who took the time to explain the options and was very attentive, pleasant, and professional throughout the meal. This wasn't a problem for us at all. We also had a very good experience with the Roquefort sauce: it truly tasted like Roquefort! The portions were also generous and delicious. Regarding the service, we arrived around 7 pm and noticed other customers arriving later. Personally, we didn't find the welcome cold, unpleasant, or rushed at all. On the contrary, the manager greeted her customers warmly, and she and the staff came to ask us several times if everything was alright. This just goes to show how the same situation can be experienced very differently depending on the person and the circumstances. Thank you to the whole team for the delicious meal and the wonderful time. We'll gladly come back! 😊

28/08/2026: A real disappointment. A very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiter let us look at the menus and make our choices, but upon his return, several of the dishes we had selected were no longer available. It's a shame this wasn't mentioned from the start; it would have prevented us from choosing for nothing. Special mention goes to our 4-year-old son's meal, as he had also chosen an unavailable item. Sauce suggestion: The Roquefort sauce was simply tasteless: no Roquefort flavor whatsoever, just a greasy taste. A Roquefort sauce without any real Roquefort flavor is quite difficult to understand… And the coffee—don't add this to your final bill if you don't want to feel like you're drinking coffee grounds… We shared our comments with the waiter, quite politely. The manager then became particularly unpleasant when it came time to present the bill and didn't even bother to say goodbye when we left. (Upon our arrival, she opened the door for us with lightning speed, considering the resort was empty at the end of the season.) We clearly felt that our comments hadn't been appreciated. Unfortunately, between the unavailable dishes that weren't mentioned, the very disappointing quality of the food, and the poor service, we won't be returning. It was an experience we would have preferred to avoid.

04/09/2026: I placed an order the day before, which unfortunately wasn't sent to the restaurant. However, I was fortunate enough to speak to someone on the phone that morning. They were very friendly and prepared our order (10 drinks) in record time for our meeting. Thank you again for your kindness and responsiveness!

07/09/2026: Golden baguette, half the usual size, supposedly due to a thumb problem, so why sell them? The two young men who served me seemed completely indifferent...despicable.
