02/08/2026: The staff are very unpleasant. One of them gave me a thorough once-over before telling me I couldn't come in. What's really ridiculous is that last time, I was dressed exactly the same way and they let me in. Honestly, they just decide whether to let you in or not based on their mood. The DJ isn't great either; he cuts songs in the middle and it ruins the vibe.

13/06/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! The welcome was appalling, the security guards at the entrance had no smiles, it makes you never want to go back and I certainly won't be recommending it! This place is a horror!

12/07/2026: A very bad experience. The woman at the reception was particularly unpleasant and unwelcoming. It really felt like a "buy it or leave" situation, with absolutely no sense of customer service. The fruit wasn't fresh, and neither were the fruit cocktails. Considering the quality of the products, the prices are far too high. We should have read the reviews before coming. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment and I will not be returning.

18/07/2026: A bad experience. No sauce was served with the children's menu. Then the Oasis Boba was served like a regular Oasis. I had to get up a second time. They added lemon-flavored sprinkles on top when it should have been strawberry-flavored. And they didn't have any straws handy. I had to ask the manager to go get some from the storeroom, otherwise I couldn't be bothered. Very disappointed.

27/06/2026: Appalling... avoid at all costs! I tried three times... The staff clearly didn't want to work. We had a table for six, and no one showed up after 20 minutes... The bar staff were on their phones... What a shame!

07/08/2026: This review is more than positive for me. It was my first order, and the pizzas are huge and delicious. Just so you know, I messed up when I placed my order online, so I called the pizzeria directly. I got the owner on the phone, and he was incredibly kind. He sorted everything out for me, which was really helpful. I really appreciated it; not everyone would have done the same. I've definitely finally found my go-to pizzeria!

26/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! For Uber Eats users. This Domino's is engaging in false advertising, exploiting the "buy one, get one free" offer to save money. As a result, my colleague couldn't eat! The delivery drivers told us that this Domino's is a regular customer; several customers find themselves in the same predicament after placing an order. We will no longer shop at this store, and we hope that one of the managers sees my message. Sincerely,

19/07/2026: Alcohol is water. But literally, a Monaco without beer or lemonade… more like syrup. A lamppost in front of the television. Service lasting over 30 minutes.

18/07/2026: Upon arriving, I asked if my friend and I could have a drink. They said yes, but not to drink syrup inappropriately for hours.

12/09/2025: I went to this brasserie because the train station restrooms were closed and I was in a pinch. I politely asked if I could use the facilities, to which I was told, in a very cold tone, that they were reserved for customers and that I had to buy something. So I offered to get a muffin to comply with the rule. I was then told that the restrooms would be closed for five minutes. I agreed to wait, but I eventually noticed that the manager was taking his sweet time putting away the parasols and cleaning, while there were still customers sitting there. This gave me the impression that they were trying to discourage me rather than actually enforcing a rule. I completely understand that an establishment reserves its restrooms for its customers, but it's also possible to say so with a minimum of kindness and consideration, especially when a customer is making the effort to buy something. The attitude adopted in this situation was neither welcoming nor professional.

06/09/2025: Breakfast for €6.90! Hot drink, freshly squeezed orange juice, pastry, bread and butter with jam! Great!

23/06/2026: Extremely disappointed by the cold welcome. I felt like I was bothering them. I'm not asking the receptionist to come out of retirement, but I felt like I was in some kind of social experiment: "How to scare customers away." I'm ready to discuss this further.

29/07/2026: Before, it was a mess, things were always missing, and the service was extremely slow. Now, there are no more oversights, and you're served quite quickly.

13/06/2026: Today, there was a motorcycle and classic car show, so we decided to stop at this restaurant, which is very well located... We arrived at the restaurant at 11:45 to eat, and we were seated just in time to avoid disturbing anyone! A lot of staff inside seemed to be working there! They were running around everywhere!! But it was all just a lot of hot air. We had to ask three times to get a drink. Finally, at 12:30, they brought us drinks, and to our great surprise, after writing everything down on a piece of paper, the waitress brought us the wrong drinks! That's a great start! We learned that to eat, you have to buy tickets at the bar, but no one came to take our order!! I politely asked the first time, and the response was, "Wait, I'll be right back..." After 30 minutes, my patience ran out, and I went to the bar to ask. They told me, "Not me, someone else is taking care of you." Of course, the second person gave the same answer... Finally, the man behind the bar told me that he only took care of the bar... To my great surprise, 15 minutes later he came by with a receipt and looked for its owner... Finally, after more than two hours, my wife and I got up to ask for a refund. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. It's a shame because it was a nice place! Perhaps they should consider filming themselves so they can see what's going on. I've never seen anything like it!

13/06/2026: I gave the food one star because I had no other choice, as we left after a two-hour wait. We arrived at 11:45 AM and left at 1:50 PM. Ordering drinks was also a struggle... And to top it off, there were a few floating ants in my glass... I have never seen such an establishment with such deplorable service and nonexistent management. We were left to fend for ourselves for two hours without a single word from the staff, who were far from friendly.

29/08/2025: Very warm welcome, generous and excellent meal, the waitress smiling, efficient and professional!! The boss welcoming too, we will return there before our departure

23/08/2025: Overall, it's okay. On the other hand, €6 for a plate of frozen fries is expensive per kilo of potatoes!

05/07/2026: Disappointed Passing through Mulhouse from Switzerland, we arrived and everything was closed! The website said OPEN! The restaurant seems to be permanently closed...so be careful if you're coming from far away like us

18/02/2026: My partner and I drove 30 minutes on February 18, 2026, only to find the buffet closed. We had checked online beforehand to see if it was open, and it was indeed listed as open. This is unacceptable for people who have made the trip. At the very least, they should update their online hours and inform customers of the closure. We will never go back there; we are completely disappointed!
