24/09/2026: Thieving employees. You intentionally double-charged me by making a mistake at the first drive-thru kiosk and not giving me the credit card receipt I requested. All this while refusing to give me my order at the last register unless I swiped my card a second time. And now you're not responding when I ask you to refund my money, with proof of the double charge debited from my bank account in your company's name. I'm forced to send a formal demand letter by registered mail with return receipt requested, for almost the same amount as the meal I ordered two months later. Give me my money back.

09/08/2026: I stopped by this bakery to buy some multigrain bread and fruit bread. Both were good, no complaints about the quality. However, the price is truly excessive: €17.85 per kilo. You can find bread of just as good quality in other bakeries for €8 to €10 per kilo. The same goes for the slice of Tropézienne tart at €6.70. It's simply outrageous. It's a shame, because the products are good, but at this price point, the value for money is simply not there.

26/09/2026: Very bad experience today. We ordered two pizzas, a regular portion of fries for €2, and a portion of fries for €4.90. On the menu, the €4.90 fries are shown with a picture of fries with various toppings, and you can choose one topping from a list (chicken, olives, corn, tomato, etc.) as well as a sauce. So we chose chicken and a sauce. When it came time to serve us, the waiter brought us two portions of fries that looked identical and told us that, in the end, we only had to choose a sauce. I then asked him, "Is the sauce alone €2.90?" He replied that it was, since there were no other toppings. So I explained to him that we had ordered the fries for €4.90 with the chicken and sauce, and that if the chicken wasn't available, he could take back the €4.90 portion and simply give us the regular €2 portion. He refused, explaining that he couldn't refund us €4.90 because he had put more fries in the €2 portion. However, we clearly explained that we had never asked for extra fries in the €2 portion. He decided to add them to compensate for the absence of the ingredient we had chosen. We therefore don't understand why this addition, which we never requested, should be used to justify a smaller refund. We tried to find a solution calmly, but no solution that truly addressed our order was offered. If the €4.90 item cannot be served with the ingredients listed on the menu, it would be best to clearly modify the menu so that customers don't order an item they are then told cannot be provided. We were very disappointed by this experience and especially by the way the situation was handled.

17/09/2026: I ordered a salmon pizza through Uber Eats… it was more of a cheese and cream pizza than a salmon pizza, there were hardly any pieces of salmon. Just tiny crumbs. They're clearly cutting corners at the customer's expense.

30/05/2026: First experience and definitely the last!!! The rooms looked beautiful online!!! But upon arrival, well, it wasn't like that at all!!! What's more, we arrived during a heatwave and, to top it all off, there was no air conditioning!!! Driving 600 kilometers and another 300 the next day, with that dreadful night!!! Even my dog ​​was unwell!!! As for breakfast, I was sold a dream!!! 15 euros per person!!! Campanile does better for half the price!!! Admittedly, the chain works with some local suppliers, but as for the crepes, excuse me, maybe not industrially produced, but defrosted!!! And if you're curious, try the famous salted caramel butter!! Well, they certainly didn't skimp on the salt!!!! The staff isn't responsible. For me, never again!!! I like to say when things are good, but when they're bad, I also point that out.

The fries were then thrown into the bag and spilled. I pointed out the time between the double cheeseburger and the fries being thrown in, and I was told it was fine. Service needs improvement.

30/07/2026: Don't pay attention to the negative reviews and go eat at Pasta Basta. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. And what can I say about the food? There were six of us, and we ordered different meals, and everything was excellent. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely go back.

The raisin bread on puff pastry was disappointing; it was greasy, very greasy. The baker tried to innovate but failed. I regret not having brioche dough with pastry cream and raisins, just like our mothers used to make. Sir, please go back to basics. I spent almost 9 euros, and I threw away more than three-quarters of these two pastries.

So, I arrived on Saturday, August 22nd, within five minutes of them opening at 7:00 a.m., as friends were waiting for me for breakfast. I bought about fifteen pastries, including eight croissants. One expects a crispy crust, not to mention excellent quality, from this bakery! We were more than disappointed and very angry to be given stale croissants by a rather unfriendly saleswoman! This was truly far from their reputation and the price they charge! Simply outrageous! The same thing happened with the bread I wanted sliced ​​this time. The saleswoman took the opportunity to tell me, "Since you're going to slice it, I'll take these two pieces!" So, cut the day before... (I remind you, they had just opened). 12/06/2026: Hello, I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience from the afternoon of June 11th. I was greeted by a saleswoman wearing glasses and a ponytail. When I simply wanted to be served, she refused, saying she had to finish washing up. I explained that my break was ending in less than 5 minutes and that I was therefore in a hurry, but unfortunately, this wasn't taken into account. I completely understand that a single person on duty might have many tasks to manage, but in my opinion, the priority should remain welcoming and serving customers, especially when the request only takes a few moments. Better organization could prevent this kind of situation from happening again. It was a disappointing experience that doesn't reflect the level of service one expects from a bakery.

25/09/2026: A bakery and restaurant with a variety of pastries, sandwiches, salads, fresh croissants and great coffee, suitable for a light breakfast. The cafe is near the Champs-Élysées in Paris.

19/09/2026: Boulangerie Maison Kayser in Vieux Nice is a nice place to stop for fresh bread, pastries, and other French bakery specialties. The selection is good and everything looks nicely presented. I enjoyed the traditional French bakery atmosphere, and it is a convenient spot to grab something quick while exploring the charming streets of Vieux Nice.

15/09/2026: Absolutely unacceptable! The service was appalling. I ordered a meal with a Sprite and an ice cream. I didn't receive the ice cream at all, the drink was the wrong one, and the contents were spilled all over my meal. I took photos and sent them to customer service via the "Help" section, but it was impossible to get a refund or have McDonald's send me the correct items. For €8 delivery, this is clearly a huge lack of professionalism and theft, since I never received the McFlurry. In short, avoid the McDonald's in La Courneuve at all costs.
