08/09/2026: When you see "open until 6 pm," you naturally assume the kitchen is open all day. At 3 pm, we were sent from one terrace to the next. They seemed to be about to close. On the other terrace, we were told point-blank that they only had waffle sides left. Therefore, we're only giving one star, as we couldn't enjoy anything. The restaurant should display its opening hours more clearly so that people at least know when they can come for a meal.

06/09/2026: Very cramped seating, but we were only there for drinks. Service was quick, the atmosphere on the terrace was okay...

15/08/2026: Absolutely avoid this place!!! I wondered why this restaurant only had two customers on August 15th at 1 p.m. Well, I understood when we were served. The Italian salad, €19, was the worst salad of my life. The dressing was watery, the lettuce wasn't dried properly, there was a lot of green salad, a few black olives, two or three cherry tomatoes, and a tiny bit of prosciutto. On top of that, my stomach hurt for the rest of the day. The Caesar salad had no Caesar dressing and was very sparsely filled. The children's menu was €9.90 and consisted of the cheapest frozen food. And to top it all off, they tried to charge me extra for two Cokes. The manager was cold, unfriendly, and rude. She ended up saying to me as she was leaving: "Good riddance!" In short... if you want to eat badly and be treated badly: this is the place for you!!!

08/09/2026: Visually appealing, but only at first glance. Extremely expensive; you'd be better off eating directly in Disneyland... the price difference isn't that significant. The food was a disaster... the fries have never been good at McDonald's, but what we were served was an outrage. They tasted ancient and were cold, as if they were from the day before.

24/08/2026: If you're in a hurry, eat somewhere else... There are about twenty self-service kiosks, which means a multitude of orders arrive in the kitchen, which can't keep up. So you wait, and wait, and wait... And you wait standing up, because there are no tables for serving. And why offer table service on the app when it doesn't exist? There are no QR codes on the tables. Basically: take a day off work to eat here. The prices are exorbitant, because the restaurant is located at Disney. The only good thing: the building's architecture.

24/07/2026: On Tuesday I was buying chocolate and the saleswoman accidentally mixed up the amount I paid and I still don't have the money back in my account.

20/07/2026: We were very disappointed by the reception and lack of kindness, especially since we are loyal customers of this establishment and return every summer holiday to Cabourg. We came to buy madeleines in your shop, which also serves as a tea room. My 9-year-old son and his father asked to use the restroom, but were refused access on the grounds that there were cameras and that it wasn't permitted. We found this refusal particularly regrettable, especially since we are regular customers and it was an urgent need. A little understanding and compassion would have been appreciated, particularly towards a child. This experience leaves us with a very negative impression and unfortunately does not reflect the welcoming image we had of your establishment. Lydia D.

14/09/2026: Eggshell in my sandwich (photo attached) Very dangerous. Endless wait for two sandwiches. The cashier had absolutely no energy.

12/09/2026: Saturday night, the restaurant wasn't very busy, but the service was incredibly slow. There was only one stressed-out person at the counter for about ten people in the kitchen... 🙄 And let's not even mention the state of the toilets and tables... In short, avoid it.

14/02/2026: Every year we choose a local restaurant to celebrate the end of the year with our Orthopedics department at Bonnet Hospital, and this year our choice was very disappointing. We had to bring our own speakers for music because their sound system was supposedly broken. The dinner buffet was extremely disappointing and very meager for about thirty people, especially considering the price of €30 per person. This review is being written two months later because we haven't received a response from the owner to our email expressing our disappointment. The only positive aspect of this place is the location and its large, well-heated dining room.

14/02/2026: It's closed, just like it was two weeks ago...

01/08/2026: It's a shame the casino doesn't offer complimentary drinks to its customers. You have to budget for the drinks. Another visit to the toilets revealed they were filthy. I told the staff, but they still didn't clean them. On the other hand, the syrups are free with tap water, of course, we're in a spa. Oh yes, there was bright yellow urine on the toilet seat; I had to wet a toilet paper to clean it. Unacceptable for a casino. Another visit in July, at the end of July. It wasn't a Friday or a Saturday, it was closing time. I approached the checkout and the self-service machine was already out of order. No problem, I joined the queue with a €98 receipt. I asked the cashier if I could give her two euros to round it up to €100. At this point, I don't know if she was a manager or simply incompetent, but she told me, "No, no, no, that's not possible," speaking rudely to me and saying, "If you want, I can refuse to process your receipt. You'll just have to come back tomorrow morning." Shocked, I told her to lower her voice and that she had no right to speak to me like that, knowing it wasn't the first time, and in front of other customers who were still there, and my husband witnessed the whole scene. Once again, I find it deplorable for a casino that calls itself a casino to have such unprofessional and uncivilized staff! I come to have a good time, not to be spoken to like a... schoolgirl where she was treated like dirt... to put it mildly.

25/07/2026: Absolutely unacceptable! The guy at the entrance tonight, 3 customers lost and 3 regulars gone, too bad for you.

30/08/2026: Best spicy marg I’ve had in France and I’ve lived in Paris 2+ years. Staff is lean but trying their best, good music, highly rec.

29/08/2026: The service was friendly, but the waffle was really just the cheapest, pre-packaged, industrial type. It's safe to conclude that part of the menu consists of low-quality, mass-produced food.

03/10/2026: A delicious fish platter with dessert. Good service. Excellent value for money.

29/09/2026: Very rude to English speakers, or really just anyone who doesn’t speak fluent French. The owner cursed me out in French for speaking english. “You come to France but you can’t speak French?” Then cursed in French. Be aware of that if you go. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely uncomfortable. I’d also like to add that I’ve read through the reviews, and people as far back as three years ago have said the staff is pathetically disrespectful.

13/09/2026: I was very disappointed by my experience at Meunier Haussmann. The staff is far from pleasant or welcoming, with a clear lack of motivation and attention to customers. The products are also quite expensive, which could perhaps be justified if the service were of a higher standard. But the most surprising thing is the €1.50 surcharge per tray for dining in. Paying extra simply to sit down and eat your meal in the dining area seems truly excessive, especially considering the already high prices. Ultimately, the value for money is disappointing, and the customer experience is clearly not up to the standard one would expect from a brand like Meunier.

08/09/2026: I witnessed a very uncomfortable situation here. Several Asian customers were already waiting in line, but the staff repeatedly ignored them and instead served French customers who had just arrived and were not even in the queue. The difference in treatment was obvious and very disappointing to witness. It certainly gave the impression of discrimination against Asian customers.

09/09/2026: Terrible service! We booked through their website even though the kitchen was closed when we arrived. The staff were unpleasant and mocking when we pointed it out for their own good 😅 It must be a tourist trap, otherwise I don't see how it's still in business.

04/07/2026: Not only are the dishes often bland, unbalanced, and undercooked, but the staff is absolutely AWFUL: if you want to be yelled at, this is the place to come. Don't even think about asking a question about the food or requesting a smaller portion.

26/09/2026: Great all-you-can-eat buffet, it's a shame I spotted a cockroach in a dessert, otherwise very good.

23/09/2026: Excellent experience. A good selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. The staff is attentive.

27/09/2026: I knew this place 20 years ago; it was a bit of a benchmark for Asian fast food. It's sad to see what it's become with the new management. Half the display case is empty (far fewer choices than before), the dining room is so dark it feels like the restaurant is closed, and the welcome/service is appalling. You can tell they're just there to make money because it's on Place Massena. It's a shame because it used to be good, but I won't be going back. Besides, there are far fewer people than there used to be.

18/08/2026: I have eaten in the restaurant as well as used the take away for well over 10 years when I’m in Nice. The food is very good but not cheap. Remember it’s situated right in the centre of Nice so it’s bound not to be cheaply priced. The staff are variable. Sometimes they are friendly but not so at other times. When I visited recently it felt as if it had changed hands but maybe the owner was on leave.
