31/12/2025: The managers are completely disrespectful, and I see from the reviews that it's the same even for those who actually ate there... Instead of simply apologizing for not updating the opening hours (10 pm) for December 30th by allowing reservations for 9 pm, they treat people like dirt, brushing them off in an incredibly rude manner. When you've just driven 600 km to see your mother and little sister, and you arrive at 8:30 pm, counting on this "restaurant"—which was the only traditional French restaurant in the city center "open until 10 pm"—for a family meal, the least you can expect is to be greeted with a smile and a "Sorry, we closed the kitchen at 9 pm tonight..." rather than a "Uh... I'll check with my husband" and a "Yes??" "Without even a single 'hello' from the gentleman, and to top it off, a raised eyebrow that clearly said, 'Why are you bothering me at 9 pm?' I mean, I don't know, what do you think people come to a restaurant for at 9 pm? A game of bowling? Luckily for our evening, we found it much more pleasant, certainly better, and of a higher standard than the property of these pathetic people."

30/12/2025: We arrived at 1 p.m., not even a hello, just a rude "We're full!" Please continue to ban this restaurant so they at least learn some manners and courtesy.

23/07/2026: After a long day of walking and shopping through the streets of Paris, I stopped by Segafredo Zanetti Café for something cold to drink. It was the perfect place to take a break. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. I enjoyed a refreshing drink on the terrace while taking in the lovely view of the small square. A relaxing spot with great service, perfect for recharging before continuing to explore the city.

07/07/2026: I was called a "pain in the ass" because I changed my mind about my order and the waiter had already put the ice cubes in the glass.

08/09/2026: The food was bland and I was frankly disgusted after hearing a loud throat-clearing and spitting noise coming from the kitchen 🤢 I won't be going back.

05/08/2026: I've been eating at this place at least once a week since I moved to this street. Indeed, the dishes and sauces are homemade (which is quite rare these days, and generally, to maximize profit margins, restaurants often use bottled sauces and frozen spring rolls and steamed dumplings, whereas here everything is fresh daily and handmade), and it's all very affordable in Macron's France of 2026! 🤣 The portions, while not enormous, are generous, and the food and flavors are excellent. Several set menus are available for all budgets, and you can also order by weight. Sure, it's not exactly gourmet cuisine, it's not the kind you'd find at a Plaza Athénée, but honestly, for the quality of the food, the service, the very reasonable prices, and the fact that you get a satisfying meal (not to mention the often complimentary desserts, etc.), it easily deserves 5 stars. Lastly, and this is important to me: the kitchen and the place as a whole are CLEAN! I'll be back soon, of course! 🫶🏻😊

03/07/2026: Bits of broom sticking out of the pizza! I've had several problems already. I ordered an Alexandre and there was no white sauce. I ordered an Indian pizza and there were more mushrooms than chicken, and this time I got a piece of broom sticking out! And the price is already very high! I absolutely do not recommend this place! Avoid it!

26/06/2026: Frankly, I'm disappointed with my order. It's expensive for so little, and on top of that, the delivery driver wasn't very friendly and spoke in a haughty manner. I don't think I'll be ordering from you again.

25/09/2026: Since I work right next door, I order regularly (at least twice a week), and my niece, who goes to high school nearby, has made it her go-to spot, LOL. The food is good, and for the record, I've never gotten sick. I have trouble understanding the negative comments. Anyway, I highly recommend it.

06/08/2026: The kebab is good but not very full. The homemade white sauce is good. It saves the day at lunchtime.

14/09/2026: Outrageous! Forgotten in the order, bad burger. When we pointed it out, they told us everything was there, supposedly they checked, which they clearly hadn't. It's as if McDonald's managers know better than we do what we're doing. As a result, two people didn't get their orders and only got fries.

09/07/2026: The manager is incredibly rude and impolite. I don't live far from this bakery, but I'm very disappointed with the service. I know there's another one nearby, so I definitely won't be going back.

11/06/2026: I went to get a pastry for my girlfriend today, June 11th, around 6 pm! And the saleswoman was super friendly and welcoming! It was so nice!

09/09/2026: Disgusted, we ordered a deluxe meal and a cheeseburger meal to go, only to receive two small cheeseburgers! It was too far to exchange them, and the price wasn't the same either.

06/09/2026: First visit at 8 PM this evening. 30-minute wait. Requested a refund, but they were reluctant because the order had already been placed and shipped. But I did get a refund. Second visit at 12:30 AM, staff were rude and clumsy. Very dirty place.
