21/08/2024: Very nice discovery in the small village of Saorge. We had local salads, a Caesar salad and a baked camembert served with fries and salad. The plates are generous and the products are fresh. Very good meal.

20/08/2024: Nouvelle équipe très sympathique, qui n'hésite pas à ajouter des tables dans la ruelle pour satisfaire notre envie d'être en extérieur. Nous avons choisi une assiette du terroir, avec un assortiments de tourtes de Saorge, de viande séchée, de fromages et de charcuterie. Des produits locaux et de qualité, sans excès de sel comme trop souvent ailleurs, et accompagné d'un rosé frais à point. Un prélude parfait à une soirée musicale au Monastère, dans ce village aux charmes tout à fait à part.

25/08/2024: Excellent du début à la fin, belle présentation, quantité et qualité. Foie gras sublime, magret extra, oeuf en cocotte excellent, moelleux au chocolat sublime. Compliments au chef! Jusqu'au pain aux céréales excellent, belle croûte. Bémol pour l'accueil où nous sommes entrés et avons attendu en attendant que l'on nous appercoive.

04/08/2024: Excellent moment dans cet établissement. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et leur fils. Explications détaillées de la carte et des produits utilisés. La qualité et la quantité sont au rendez-vous avec une présentation soignée. La chambre trois personnes est spacieuse, lumineuse et propre, avec une literie de qualité. Nous finissons ce parfait séjour par un petit déjeuner copieux et excellent que nous savourons avant de reprendre la route. Nous reviendrons.

03/09/2024: Several ways are possible to access this pass which offers an incredible view. It is very easily reached by car via Saint Etienne en Dévoluy. For my part, I don't like easy things and even less the car. So I will tell you about the hike via the Col de la Saume. Going to the Col du Noyer, three km from the finish, you have a small car park to park 5 or 6 cars. There you begin the walk towards the Col de la Saume, a peaceful place with a superb view upon arrival at an altitude of some 1700 meters. But we must not stop there. Arriving at this pass, turn right towards the Col du Noyer for say an hour's walk (this is what is indicated, it took me longer but the descent should be done carefully). The path is unfortunately not at all marked on this side so we will choose to do it in sunny weather. No difficulty seeing the trail. The climb is easy, not gentle but easy all the same. Several photo stops to make, the first at the cross and the second at the head of Tourneau at an altitude of 1906 meters. The descent towards the Col du Noyer can seem very impressive, so souls sensitive to heights should refrain, especially as the path is narrow. But believe me it's worth the detour. Arriving at the pass, you can enjoy some very nice new facilities such as deck chairs, orientation and picnic tables. There is also a refuge but it was closed when I visited. A must do for the pleasure of the eyes and especially in good weather.

26/08/2024: Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce resto. Accueil chaleureux, belle ambiance. Malgré le monde service pas trop long. Entre fondue bourguignonne et savoyarde + différents plats régionaux, on s’est régalé. Nous recommandons vivement. Vaut le détour.

11/09/2024: Small pizzeria that adds charm to our beautiful neighborhood, the pizzas are just excellent, decor to die for, I can only recommend, not to mention the absolutely adorable staff and owner

18/07/2024: I tried the Venetian, and it was one of the best pizzas I have eaten, the dough was very thin and the edges thick, with the right amount of toppings. The products were of very good quality (the Parma ham and the fior di latte were delicious). The boss is very nice. I recommend this pizzeria!
