25/08/2026: A wonderful experience. The meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Three different courses, three mouth-watering delights. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was intimate and the wine pairing was excellent.

28/09/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was magnificent!! The cheeses inside were top-notch and the flavors were expertly crafted. Each burger was created by a chef, and it shows. Furthermore, the staff was absolutely fantastic!

The portions are generous, the service is very pleasant, and it's clean.
It's a great place for a French-style burger.

19/09/2026: We were more than satisfied. What lovely, attentive, and unobtrusive service! The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. My steak tartare was so light and airy – wonderful! The pistachio dessert was simply divine 😋. This small, exquisite restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Paris. We highly recommend a visit... I would suggest making a reservation in advance 😉. The wine selection is also excellent.

12/10/2026: We had a very pleasant lunch at Restaurant Le Vauban. The set lunch menu is a very reasonable price with a nice selection. Some of the dishes were better than others. We had a very good pigeon and foie gras dish. Some dishes were not as well executed or overly simple. But a nice experience overall.
Service was good. We enjoyed the extra snacks, bread and amuse bouche. Good wine selection. And desserts were great.

€13.20 without a can of soda on Uber Eats, and that doesn't include service and delivery fees, so it comes to €17 for a simple kebab—absolutely ridiculous! You'd think you were in Paris! The sandwich is standard, nothing special, and not worth the price. Kebabs are becoming unaffordable for some families with several children!

06/10/2026: A pleasant surprise! This unassuming restaurant has a superb terrace inside, exquisite dishes, divine hash browns, succulent meats, and magnificent desserts (for the price). The chef clearly knows his craft, the waitress and apprentice are incredibly welcoming, and the owner is very friendly. Highly recommended, because in a touristy village like Pérouges, you wouldn't expect such reasonable prices and exceptional quality.
