The service was impeccable; thank you to the manager who was incredibly kind. The quality of the food was excellent, with beautifully presented dishes. It was a wonderful discovery; we will definitely be back!

17/08/2026: This was our third lunch at Seiglieres. We are always delighted by the inventive cuisine. This time, however, we were disappointed by the slow service. Arriving around noon, we didn't finish our lunch until a little after 3 p.m. We had to flag down the staff to get the rest of our meals. We hope this was just a one-off.

01/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! We were welcomed with great kindness and even thanked upon our departure, a gesture that is increasingly rare and truly appreciated. The cuisine is as beautiful as it is delicious. Each dish is presented with meticulous care; you can feel the attention to detail and the passion behind each creation. A huge congratulations to the chef, who does remarkable work: gourmet and elegant dishes, made with quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. And what can I say about the desserts… veritable little works of art! They are as beautiful to look at as they are exquisite to eat. It's impossible to leave without wanting to return to try everything. A place where you feel at ease, thanks to an attentive team and a talented chef. We will return with great pleasure!

The strawberry matcha cookie delighted my taste buds. The pastry chef has golden hands, and the baristas are talented.

02/08/2026: Fantastic find! We arrived this Sunday at 2 pm and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered two rib-eye steaks with fries and salad, accompanied by a Côtes du Rhône wine. Everything was served in just 5 minutes and was absolutely delicious! It's a shame we were only passing through, but we'll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and your kindness, and see you next time!

The owner does all the cooking, and his wife provides excellent service. Warm and inviting decor. I highly recommend it! A place well worth the detour. We will gladly return.

23/07/2026: La Cholotte is a complete experience. Everything is perfect and exudes love: the inn, the rooms, the decor, the food, the garden, and the surrounding area. Monsieur Patrick is like a caring father, discreet yet always there when needed. We stayed in the Cabane de l'Étang, a truly exceptional place; a stay made all the more special by the fantastic starry sky and the absolute silence. In short: magnificent and we'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend this place to all lovers of excellent pizza! One small drawback: there's no delivery service, which would be a real plus for those who want to enjoy their pizzas at home. But it's still an excellent pizzeria that I recommend without hesitation. We'll definitely be back!
