24/04/2026: A warm welcome and excellent service. The children's menu was very good, with a surprise box at a very reasonable price. The full adult menu at €14 is simply superb 👍. It's rare to find a kebab of this quality. Thank you to the team. We pass through every year and will definitely be back. Just one small thing: the restrooms could use some updating.

17/05/2026: This crêperie is located in the heart of the Saint-Jean district, a stone's throw from the cathedral, on a street frequented by tourists. The atmosphere is warm and the concept simple: homemade crêpes and galettes. The vaulted cellar dining room adds a charming and authentic touch. We tried two dishes. The Italian platter features a well-made crêpe, accompanied by a ball of mozzarella with pesto, a few sun-dried tomatoes, and a little dried meat. However, the overall presentation lacked generosity: the pesto was sparse, the olive oil subtle, and the absence of balsamic vinegar was noticeable. I added pepper and salt twice, which I never usually do. Buffalo mozzarella would have been more appropriate in terms of creaminess and how well it complemented the other ingredients. The result is decent but lacks depth of flavor, a bit bland. The ham, cheese, and egg crepe is more convincing: the combination is well-balanced, and the egg on top adds a delightful twist to the flavors with every bite. One notable drawback: a wait of over thirty minutes before being served, due to a large group occupying the establishment. The situation is understandable, but a small gesture from the staff would have been appreciated, even if symbolic. Update - new visit and rating adjustment: The Aixoise (goat cheese, tomato, Emmental, mozzarella, honey) offers a fresh and well-balanced flavor, with a pleasantly measured touch of sweetness from the honey. The option to add an egg is a good idea; the combination works well. The Normande (chicken, creamed mushrooms, Emmental, mozzarella) stands out for its good ratio of ingredients, with no single element overpowering the others. This time, the service was very fast, we were the first customers at lunchtime, and like the first time, friendly and welcoming.

19/04/2026: On our way from Luxembourg to Lyon, we stopped for the first time in Chalon-sur-Saône. The Bistrot offered us refined cuisine and discreet yet attentive service. The presentation and quality of the dishes, along with an enticing wine list, make this restaurant a must-visit.

12/03/2026: We made a reservation on a Saturday afternoon for the evening and were lucky enough to get a free table. So, it's advisable to reserve in advance, and rightly so. The food, ambiance, and service were all top-notch. Everything was creative and expertly prepared, and all at very fair prices. As one would expect in Burgundy, the wine selection was also good and reasonably priced for Burgundy standards. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful evening.

19/05/2026: We had a very good meal. It's good to mention upon arrival that it's your first time here so you know how things work. Nothing complicated for a customer, but I tried to order too quickly. Even though I didn't feel I inconvenienced the person too much, it must have required them to adjust unnecessarily. The portions were generous, and the service was pleasant. The decor was lovely, and the small books available were a nice touch. I've recommended this lovely place to my friends and family 😉

24/05/2026: A great spot in the Ternes district. The service is really pleasant, the servers are attentive, and the staff is responsive. The mocktails are very good, the guacamole too, and the atmosphere is lovely. I don't quite understand the current rating; the place deserves better.

01/04/2026: I went there with a friend a month ago. A wonderful discovery! A small restaurant run by a lovely couple (I hope I'm not mistaken ;)), the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. A place I'll definitely return to.

A simple menu that changes every two weeks (a trio of starters, main courses, and desserts), seasonal produce, homemade dishes, and the smile (laughs) of the charming waitress 😄 We couldn't ask for more to have a pleasant time, and the cherry on top... at a very affordable price considering the chef's creativity! Go for it! You won't be disappointed 😉

17/05/2026: Best pizzeria in Bourgoin! Large, delicious, generously topped pizzas at unbeatable prices. Always a pleasure to pick up pizzas: the owner is lovely and always smiling. It's become a ritual.

23/05/2026: Pleasant and quick service. We ordered a bottle of wine for two, served 20 minutes before our meal, without any snacks. At €20 a bottle, it could have been accompanied by olives or peanuts. Average value for money. €72 for two, including a hamburger and a fried sausage, plus the bottle of wine, but no dessert.

05/05/2026: I discovered this restaurant several years ago, specializing in vegan and vegetarian dishes, but equally satisfying meat and fish lovers. The atmosphere was warm and calm, the cuisine very refined for everyone, and passing by daily, the enticing aroma wafting through the street was a delightful testament to the delicious food.
