26/08/2026: The lemongrass wings were very good. The bo bun was okay, nothing special. The spring rolls in the bo buns were really bad, rubbery.

25/08/2026: A good Vietnamese restaurant, but mass-produced with bright colors and heavy marketing, resulting in an inflated price for a cuisine that traditionally isn't this expensive! If you absolutely must try authentic Vietnamese food because it's fantastic, but you feel it's not worth the price compared to other options, then you're absolutely right.

09/08/2026: Honestly, a fantastic restaurant. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the staff are very helpful. It's true that it's a bit pricey, but it's a very gourmet restaurant. Personally, I find a glass of wine a bit expensive, whether it's white, red, or rosé—it's €6.50 a glass, so even if the food is gourmet, wine is still wine. I do wish the terrace was a bit brighter. There are small lamps on the tables that are very pretty, but I find the overall lighting a little dim. Otherwise, I still recommend this restaurant, because the food is excellent, certainly one of the best in Gap.

26/08/2026: Always perfect, from the appetizer to the dessert everything was delicious (the crema catalana is absolutely divine!!). The setting of this bistro in the heart of Torreilles is also worth the visit. The dining room is beautifully decorated with a very pleasant jazzy musical ambiance. We were lucky enough to be served by the owner, who was very friendly. A place I highly recommend 👍

25/08/2026: A wonderful evening at this historic establishment. The decor transports you back in time. Generous portions at a fair price. Excellent service and a warm welcome. You can go there without hesitation. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

23/08/2026: A high-quality, impromptu experience. On my way to visit the Palais des Papes in the morning, I passed by this discreet little restaurant tucked away in a charming cul-de-sac. What a delightful surprise! A warm welcome, delicious local cuisine, and a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere. What more could you ask for? For my main course, I had beef tataki with roasted vegetables—absolutely succulent! And for dessert, frozen yogurt topped with oatmeal and chocolate cookie pieces, drizzled with homemade salted caramel sauce. The dessert was gone in under three minutes.

We chose the tasting menu and were delighted by the quality of the flavors, the beautiful presentation of the dishes, and the excellent service throughout the meal. 01/06/2026: The food was very refined and of high quality. It lacked a bit of texture, though. The service was very pleasant, even if they forgot to bring the glasses of wine we ordered. The team shows great promise once everyone finds their footing.

10/08/2026: A six-course menu with wine pairings. The white wine had an overpowering flavor (it was a hit or miss). Starter: a roasted tomato in a bland, jelly-like broth. The eggplant was very good but tiny. Main Courses: the fish and meat were very good, but the small size of the portions was astonishing. Dessert: white chocolate ice cream with cucumber and sesame seeds! Simply awful. And to finish, an apricot with puff pastry shavings. Not great, as it was just a plain apricot, with no preparation whatsoever. In short, at €250 for two, we have the right to expect much better.

31/08/2026: We visited on the evening of August 1st and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The manager, chef, and team were fantastic, taking excellent care of their customers. We ordered two different appetizers, two main courses, and two desserts, each more elegant than the last. The wine and spirits were excellent, served by a sommelier who was very attentive to our preferences. A big thank you for the warm welcome and best of luck for the future. 05/09/2026: Enjoyable meal in a very pretty setting

05/09/2026: We were handed the menu with the words, "Our menu." However, the menu only listed either a four-course or a six-course menu. When we inquired, we were told that the dishes weren't announced beforehand; that was the concept. We didn't understand why we were given a menu at all. The choice was between meat and fish. There was an incredibly extensive wine list (which overwhelmed us). The food was disappointing, especially considering the high prices. Some of it was bland. In our opinion, there was a lot of unnecessary talk (you need to be fluent in French to understand it), but the individual courses didn't live up to the hype. The ambiance was lovely, in a beautiful location.

We were welcomed by a delightful, attentive, and incredibly kind couple. It's rare to meet people so genuine and so concerned about their guests' well-being. Thank you again for this wonderful welcome. A fantastic find! We wholeheartedly recommend this place!
