Well, of course, you need what it takes to make it taste good. Menu at 28€, then comes a good slice (1cm) of homemade foie gras terrine, with floc de gascogne. So there, dear friend.... I would say: "the good god in velvet pants"... this is the 2nd time in my life that I have tasted such a melting and tasty liver. On the advice of the waiter, son of the house, we opted for the slow-cooked piglet shoulder. Absolutely tasty, tender and tender. Accompanied by homemade duck fat fries, please!!! Don't imagine for a second that these could be frozen fries, impossible. At this point, you haven't been hungry for a while... well you eat anyway... it's so delicious 😋. Obviously you leave the table with such tense thoughts that you worry: “How will I be able to digest?” The great deal.... everything is going well, because there are only good products. 05/07/2024: We stopped as we saw the signs with the menus and the goos rating on Google maps. The menu was diverse enough and good prices, especially lunch. Service was nice.

12/01/2025: My wife and I went there one afternoon. We took the 4-course market formula (starter, main course, cheese, dessert) and we really enjoyed it. The products are worked with combinations that tantalize the palate. We feel the intelligence of the cook behind each dish that delights us. The sauce accompanying the main course was just magical. The dessert was on par with the rest, which is rare to have a flawless start to dessert... Bravo and thank you for the good time had. The only downside is the accompanying bread which is not up to par with what we tasted.

18/08/2024: Laissez vous surprendre par les plats et les saveurs ! Vous ne serez pas déçus. J'avoue, je suis fan ! Pas de commentaires sur les prix que certains trouvent élevés mais c'est de la vraie cuisine avec des vraies personnes qui travaillent (très bien).

01/09/2024: Wir haben auf einer schönen Terasse unter alten Bäumen gespeist. Die Tische waren angenehm weit auseinander. Viel Personal hat uns aufmerksam und sehr professionell bedient. Die Küche ist gut. Die Erwartungen an 2 Michelin-Sterne wurden aber nicht ganz erfüllt. Zuwenig Speisen sind so gut, dass sie über Monate und Jahre in Erinnerung bleiben. Der Fischgang war überladen mit Fisch, Gemüse, Ravioli und Pesto, der alles andere geschmacklich übertüncht hat. Wirklich nicht gelungen, schade. Das Brot-Teller ist ein schwarzes Rechteck, das während des ganzen Essens auf dem Tisch bleibt. Das sieht ästhetisch nicht gut aus. Handwerklich und geschmacklich ist die Küche sehr gut. Ganz grosse Koch-Kunst sieht aber etwas unverkrampfter, ästhetischer und künstlerischer aus. Das ist eine sehr gut Küche, aber nicht absolute Spitzenklasse. Einmal mehr zeigt sich, dass in Frankreich die Michelin-Sterne etwas zu grosszügig vergeben werden.
