29/03/2026: The manor's architecture is beautiful, the colors are eye-catching! We received a very warm welcome and were guided through the hammam experience offered by the establishment. The room was very pleasant, quiet, and impeccably clean—nothing to complain about! The room offered optimal comfort for a weekend getaway. I highly recommend it! ☀️

05/03/2026: It's hard not to fall under the spell of this manor house upon arrival: the facade is magnificent, the surroundings offer superb views, and the location is truly ideal. The reception is warm and genuine, and the breakfast room perfectly extends this friendly and authentic atmosphere. That's why the disappointment was all the greater upon discovering the room. Where the photos suggested a colorful decor in harmony with the manor's spirit, the reality was quite different: a minimalist room in shades of gray, with metal furniture completely disconnected from the warm, wood-paneled character of the rest of the establishment. A striking contrast, almost hard to believe you're in the same place. For a 3-star hotel that places so much emphasis on the charm of its heritage, it would be a real shame to leave the rooms out of this carefully cultivated identity. I sincerely hope this will change, because the potential is undeniable.

19/03/2026: I had ratatouille and sausages with fries. It was very good, but the young waitress was absolutely gorgeous.

13/03/2026: We came for lunch on a Friday, arriving at 11:30 am for a drink and then dinner, as we had an important meeting at 1:30 pm. We let the waitresses know we'd be served quickly. The service was awful. The waitresses forgot about us, and we were served last. Our drinks arrived very, very late. We ordered dessert, but it never arrived and was eventually given to us in a doggy bag. There was also a long wait when it came time to pay. The service needs improvement! Otherwise, the food was good.

25/02/2026: I was very shocked by a poster offering "services" that involved lying to cover up for customers with their spouses, complete with prices displayed. Beyond the supposedly humorous aspect, I find this dangerous. In a context where alcohol is served, normalizing lying can encourage irresponsible behavior, particularly related to drunk driving or concealing risky situations. Establishments also have a social responsibility. This type of message seems inappropriate and worrying to me. That said, it's a good pub.

29/01/2026: A place where we felt comfortable... Anyway, refusing to serve us at 12:20 AM when it clearly says 12:30 AM on the bar... And being brushed off when we were being polite and respectful... It's hard to accept, but even harder to understand.

24/02/2026: A friendly place with fairly generous Alsatian dishes. I recommend the set menu at around €15 (choice of starter and main course), a reasonable price in my opinion. Well done!

24/02/2026: There were four of us and the bill came to €200, but the worst part was that they charged 0.30 cents for an extra half slice of transparent lemon 🍋. We'll take our friends there now, but that won't be the case anymore.

12/04/2026: It's a set menu featuring an assortment of breaded and fried kebabs, each served with its own sauce, salt, or broth. A wide variety of flavors and a finesse in the diverse tastes worthy of a fine dining establishment! And what's more, the chef is very friendly with both customers and staff, creating a very pleasant atmosphere! A culinary experience well worth the trip!

11/04/2026: A truly unique experience. The counter seats are comfortable. We especially enjoyed the foie gras skewer. The service is very polite and pleasant, and the chef is particularly friendly and smiling. We highly recommend this restaurant!
