23/03/2026: The owners are lovely. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and even had the chance to chat with the chef in the kitchen. The dishes are homemade, using excellent local produce. I think it's one of the best restaurants in the Old Port.

21/04/2026: Family meal on a weekend. There's a choice of fish, a charcuterie board, or a cheese-based dish. The service was a little slow, but the restaurant was full. Prices are in line with what you'd find in Les Rousses. The setting is lovely. We'll be back.

27/02/2026: We had a very pleasant time at this restaurant. The service was impeccable, and the starters and main courses were outstanding. We were full for dessert, but the plates we saw being served looked very promising. We had a chance to chat with the waiter and the owner at the end of our meal; they are very friendly people who clearly care about making their customers happy with their cooking. A great place to remember and return to on our next trip to Beaune.

22/02/2026: Last night, an absolutely remarkable dinner at Settebello. A place we truly love! From the appetizer to the main course, the cuisine was bursting with flavor. The scallops were perfectly seared, the ravioli delicate, the truffle pasta masterfully balanced… Each dish tells a story of quality ingredients, precision, and passion. Pure bliss. "My palate was amazed by these dishes; it will remember them forever." And I mean it sincerely. A huge congratulations to Julia and Romain in the kitchen, whose talent shines through in every bite. And how could I not commend the service? Antoine and Andrea embody elegance and kindness. You feel welcomed, valued, almost privileged. Settebello achieves what few restaurants manage: culinary excellence and genuine warmth. I recommend it without hesitation and will return with great pleasure.

21/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at Les Racines! The fleischnakas were a particular favorite: the portion was perfect and the broth was incredibly flavorful. Special mention also goes to the pistachio crème brûlée, which was original and delicious. The service was excellent, and the waitress was very pleasant throughout the meal. Go for it without hesitation!

Special mention goes to the melt-in-your-mouth meat with its creamy mashed potatoes and a rich, flavorful sauce… a truly gastronomic experience. The desserts were simply sublime, as elegant as they were delicious. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and warm from beginning to end. Honestly, the best restaurant I've ever been to. Worthy of a Michelin star, with very reasonable prices for such quality. An exceptional place that I wholeheartedly recommend ⭐️✨

28/02/2026: A great set menu, €27, and very efficient! A lovely à la carte menu is also available for those with a bigger appetite, including truffle suggestions... The welcome was as pleasant as ever, and the waiter was attentive. A great time!

24/02/2026: The decor was lovely and the welcome was warm. I had the €39 set menu (starter, main course, and dessert), which was excellent. It was accompanied by a nice glass of wine. The price was well worth the meal. I'll definitely come back when I return to Cholet.

22/02/2026: The service was incredibly slow... 2 hours for an appetizer platter and a main course. Speaking of that main course... 28 euros for a fish dish with mushrooms that were neither listed on the menu nor mentioned verbally. The plate was cold (a shame, as it's important to keep the fish warm), and the mashed potatoes were cold. Yet we waited almost 45 minutes for this dish, with a glass of white wine arriving at the beginning of our wait. This is our second visit, and we've had a second enormous wait and been disappointed. So, this will be our last time here.
