31/08/2026: I was lucky enough to be served by Sarah, and I truly appreciated her warm welcome and energy. She's radiant, always smiling, and naturally spreads her good cheer to the customers. The service was absolutely top-notch, with so much kindness and attentiveness. The entire team was also incredibly welcoming and friendly. A wonderful experience! I'll gladly return.

28/05/2026: Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location is 5min walk from the train station, and 5min walk to the central area of Aix. It’s definitely located in a quiet area, but there’s a pharmacy, convenience store, and bakery right across the street. The pool was a nice touch for the hot days there.

27/05/2026: A truly lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Ideally located just steps from the center of Aix-en-Provence. The restaurant is also very good.

23/08/2026: Update 2026: Overall, a good restaurant. However, I was quite surprised that the bottles, both wine and water, weren't opened at the table in front of the customers. It's a detail that might seem insignificant, but unfortunately, it leaves room for doubt about their contents. A shame, as it undermines trust and detracts from an otherwise pleasant experience. 2015: An excellent restaurant, but a bit pricey. It's a pity that, for a bill of over €300 for four people, a spilled coffee wasn't kindly replaced. This incident, after five visits to this establishment, doesn't encourage me to return.

The menu features top-quality meats from around the world, generous salads, and changes with the seasons. The wine list, showcasing AOC wines from Montpeyroux and the surrounding area, is incredible. The sommelier-owner's recommendations demonstrate his passion for wine and his expertise. The staff is professional and attentive, with a kitchen team that masters both the art of cooking meats and the art of plating. In short, a place to treat yourself, just a stone's throw from the Pont du Diable (Devil's Bridge). A restaurant you absolutely must discover.

01/08/2026: A Parisian institution representing French cuisine. We were in a bouillon, enjoying a worker's dish at an affordable price and in generous portions. The profiterole was beautifully presented and worth the trip. There was no wait at this bouillon on the day of our visit, unlike at other well-known ones. The dining room was noisy, and thanks again to waiter number 26.

01/08/2026: Anthony gave us a warm welcome; he even offered to carry my bag, as I'd just come back from the Pyrenees (I even saw marmots there, but I digress...)! A truly wonderful guy! Then we were served by the handsome Abdeslam, funny and kind, perhaps a mathematician in his spare time ;) We felt right at home and very well looked after! The food was delicious and the prices very reasonable, especially with Anthony and Abdeslam there to welcome you and make your day :)

14/08/2026: A very charming little restaurant. The food is upscale, featuring the finest local ingredients and prepared with great attention to detail. The welcome is incredibly warm, and the service is second to none. We were absolutely delighted and will now be returning for our third visit. A definite recommendation – anyone in Cuers simply MUST eat there.

06/08/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance. We were looking for a place to grab a bite after sightseeing. What a wonderful discovery! A beautiful place, not air-conditioned, but cool, quiet, and well laid out. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and responsive. The food? Delicious! 😍 A very small menu: 3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts, and a set menu (starter and main course for €16.50, which is still quite reasonable 😉). High-quality and delicious ingredients; the flavors were both bold and refined. We highly recommend this lovely place that delighted our taste buds! 😊

16/08/2026: A very short menu that emphasizes a certain quality of products. The pizza is pretty good, just a touch too salty for my taste. The Savoyard fondue is very good. The ravioli are also good. The setting is very ski resort and family-friendly, a wooden chalet with no real decoration. The service is very good, the waitress was smiling and friendly. The owners are very nice. The value for money is more than reasonable.

09/08/2026: The food was absolutely delicious. The service was awful. We asked for the bill and had to wait over 30 minutes before we could even pay, because the employee had to chat privately with other people, which is completely unacceptable. This employee should definitely find another job.

25/07/2026: When a beautiful place, genuine warmth, and a love for their product come together, it can only be good. We were allowed to stay even though we hadn't made a reservation and the place was fully booked. We got the most beautiful table right on the Saar River and experienced the kindest hospitality we've had in a long time, along with a wonderful meal. Many thanks to Roger, his family, and the kitchen staff; it was delicious and simply wonderful. Next time, we'll not only buy your flour but also visit your mill, the only one on the Saar.
