The meal was delicious and the service was impeccable, with thoughtful touches from both the waiter and the owners. Bravo! The setting is exceptional and splendid. Afterwards, we toured the mill, which was quite moving, having had the chance to visit it 41 years ago. The guide was dedicated and readily available to answer our questions. Thank you! The guide was excellent, and the highlight of the visit was meeting Mrs. Lescure, who shared her passion and enthusiasm for Claude François and for this beautifully renovated place, which she and her family renovated themselves. The visit is definitely worthwhile.
