16/03/2026: Not convinced by the restaurant, we won't be returning. It was our first time there for lunch today, and the service definitely needs improvement. The waitresses didn't take notes, forgot our order and asked for it several times, only to bring us dishes we hadn't even ordered. For example, my friend is vegetarian and she received salmon maki... I found a hair in my miso soup. The beef and cheese skewers also tasted burnt; I didn't even finish them, even though they were quite expensive. I'm willing to believe the ingredients are fresh, but the prices are still really excessive. I don't usually leave reviews, but I was also very disappointed by the behavior of an employee who felt entitled to comment on how I was "eating well" and how much I was ordering (even though I had only ordered a set menu with extras, about 17 pieces of sushi and 2 skewers). That's very inappropriate behavior for a customer. Apart from that, the sushi and California rolls were good.

23/03/2026: I can't give a proper review as I was treated so badly. The staff treats you like an outcast as soon as you mention your box's reference number. We were treated horribly. Why be affiliated with a box company if you're going to treat customers so poorly? Is it only above a certain price point that you deserve respect? When I have money, I won't be spending it in your group's restaurants.

06/02/2026: One of the best restaurants I've been to in Corsica. Very unique, with the train passing by during aperitifs. Incredible food and service. And the owner, Yohan, is a true Corsican character! Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: A place of indescribable beauty where the service is exceptionally friendly and the dishes are more delicious than the last. You can stroll on a terrace overlooking authentic and sublime nature, in soothing tranquility.

25/02/2026: I have been going there ever since they opened a long while ago. I usually go there for their excellent selection of wines to buy, and from time to time for a drink and some snacks. Absolutely to be recommended.

05/02/2026: We came in for an aperitif and...ended up with dinner, fantastic cheeses and a nice selection of wines! Small and quiet place, no tourists, frequented only by locals. I recommend the cheese board, but the rest of the menu was also very inviting!!

12/03/2026: We discovered this restaurant, a true delight for the palate. The welcome was excellent, the staff very friendly, and what can I say about the food? A real treat from appetizer to dessert. I ate fries like I've never had before, an amazing taste, a real treat. I would highly recommend this place, it's excellent, and I will definitely repeat the experience. Thank you to the whole team and congratulations to the chef.

09/03/2026: A fantastic team, we had a great evening here. The food is pretty good, and the owners and staff are super friendly, they give advice and help you out. A great place in Cauterets, like many others. Go for it, check out the menu and if a dish appeals to you, don't hesitate to try it!
