With a glass of Champagne it was magical

29/08/2024: Ideally located in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles, we traveled by motorbike around the hotel and thus crisscrossed the Alpes Mancelles, a great environment for bikers and full of places to discover.
Thanks to Virginie and her team (including Séb - Ducati..., even if we mainly drive in German and Japanese 😊🏍️, we don't blame her, not everyone can be perfect🤣) for her warm welcome. which she creates a great atmosphere between the customers, with the managers of the hotel and the restaurant and the whole environment.
Quiet and well equipped, the rooms are pleasant and quiet.
We had a great time and definitely recommend it.

16/12/2023: repas le midi, en semaine pour le boulot, le lieu est très, très prisé, réservation plus que fortement recommandé... plus de plat du jour, on nous propose une pièces du boucher, soit ! Viande excellente, belle pièce à la cuisson parfaite ! accompagnée de frites qui semblent réellement maison... service très sympa et à accueil souriant..les desserts pris par les convives de notre table semblaient excellents et en portion généreuse. Le seul bémol pour ce lieu .. le bruit, on ne s'entend pas parlé 😅, donc le midi pour un repas en amoureux ou au calme 😅 passez... pour le reste, ne pas hésiter

07/09/2024: Superb welcome, excellent dishes in particular the semi-cooked foie gras and its fig jam with a touch of acidity, a real treat. And what about the chicken, tender as can be and a sauce that awakens the taste buds. And what about the Munster flambé with Gewurztraminer, a discovery and a delight.
On the other hand, don't be offended if at 1 p.m. you are told that we can no longer serve you. The chef is alone in the kitchen and there are only 2 people serving.
If you want quality you can't satisfy the majority, especially the so-called gourmets who demand immediate reheating, arriving at 1:40 p.m. on a busy day and without reservation (a sad experience that day)

Les financiers et les cookies sont divins. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Petit lieu d’exception en plein Montauban. A recommander vivement.
