10/10/2026: A Michelin star more than deserved, and a true one-way ticket to Italy! I'd barely returned from Sicily, already nostalgic for its flavors, its sunshine, and its cuisine… I had to find a way to extend the trip! And what a wonderful discovery the TentaziOni restaurant was! From the very first bites, I rediscovered that little taste of Italy I'd been missing so much. Absolutely delicious pasta, which I'm already thinking about, a delicate pre-dessert, and, to finish in style, an apple-based dessert that will stay with me for a long time! Even the wines transport you, with an entirely Italian selection. It's a real joy to be able to escape so far without leaving France! And because a great experience isn't just about what's on the plate, a special mention goes to the lady with the short hair, whose name I regret not asking. Her kindness and attentiveness made this moment even more enjoyable. I came looking for a little bit of Italy, I left wanting to come back.

05/10/2026: It's hard to find fault with this restaurant. From the tables and the welcoming atmosphere to the easy parking and the beautiful menu, absolutely nothing is lacking. The service is delightful, the table setting perfect, and my goodness, the food is pure bliss. Go there with complete confidence. A huge thank you! I opted for the €40 set menu (starter, main course, dessert), which seems simple... but be warned, there are delightful little culinary flourishes in between that are simply divine. Definitely note them on the menu... because they add to the enjoyment of your meal. The wine pairing is fantastic. The dining room is calm and the service is seamless. In short, a fantastic surprise. 10/10/2026: Paradise in the Latin Quarter! While in Paris for the photography show, I stopped for dinner at Paradis des Amis. A very friendly couple welcomed me. She's in the kitchen, he's in charge of the service. And I was won over by the meal: delicious, flavorful, and everything is homemade. From the appetizer to the dessert. I highly recommend this place.

24/09/2026: Absolutely fresh ingredients paired with a skilled chef who holds them in high esteem are what make such authentic and delicious dishes! I was so lucky to find such a genuine restaurant; there was no perfunctory service or pandering to tourists, only pure sincerity! I ordered the four-hour slow-cooked lamb leg, and the restaurant recommended the perfect red wine. The service was both professional and attentive! I highly recommend that my friends make a detour and give it a try!
