We ate at Le Tire-Bouchon in Strasbourg twice, and each time we were pleasantly surprised! 😍 The food is absolutely delicious, with flavorful dishes that awaken the taste buds and provide a real treat. 🤤 A true delight! The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, and the staff is top-notch: the waiters and waitresses are very pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. It's the kind of place you enjoy returning to, both for the quality of the food and for the atmosphere and the service. 15/10/2026: I visited Strasbourg because I heard that a dish called CHOUCROUTE is famous there, and it is a flavor that meat lovers would enjoy. Although I couldn't get used to the pickled onions due to their distinctive sour taste no matter how much I ate, the various meats stood out with their own distinct flavors, free from any gamey odor. I also tried BAECKEOFFE, a traditional local dish, but it had such a strong, distinctive aroma that even I, who am sensitive to meaty smells, found it difficult to eat. Since it is such a famous place, there is a high chance it will be full if you visit during peak meal times.

12/10/2026: In the city center, a very beautiful and welcoming place with Camargue Art Deco decor, a great atmosphere for a pleasant time. The cuisine is Provençal and Camargue, the fish is excellent, and the bull steak is also a superb restaurant to discover! I highly recommend it!

10/10/2026: I've lost count of how many times they've saved my bacon! If you don't come for their good humor, at least come for their pizzas. You won't be disappointed. And if you come for both, you'll understand why I go back so often!

29/09/2026: At QueDuBon, you only eat the very best! The restaurant is quite far from the tourist centers. The dining room is rather intimate but bright. The welcome is distinctly young and warm. We tasted, and there's no other word for it, veal tongue pastrami, brilliantly delicate, sweetbreads, wonderfully tender inside under a marvelously crispy crust, and a vol-au-vent that was absolutely divine. For €7, you get a glass of remarkably selected white or red wine. The prices are in line with the Parisian average, but the cuisine is clearly above average. Our national guide, despite its Thermidor-era bias, was not mistaken. Simply Bravo!

24/09/2026: An incredible birthday at Que du Bon! Don't expect a single false note, there isn't one. A chef with a huge heart, as well as his team. In the dining room, the atmosphere is warm, understanding, and welcoming. Your perfect cocktail is ready. Its name: "Que du Bon" (Only Good). Special mention for the brains and the sweetbreads. And the cheesecake with its cream, a perfectly balanced chef's dessert, just the way we like it. So, a huge thank you!
