15/06/2026: An excellent place to enjoy traditional Colombian food, and the prices are great. Stop by and say hello to Doña Nancy and Don Onofre, and while you're there, pick up some Colombian treats from the shop—they have everything! They've been in business for over 30 years.
11/06/2026: While passing through Paris, I went to eat there; it was very good and reminded me of my childhood. I recommend it.

27/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant to celebrate our monthly anniversary and we weren't disappointed!
For the quality of the food we were served, the price was entirely justified.
We ordered two foie gras menus and they were very generous: a special mention for the gizzard salad, which was particularly delicious!
I recommend this restaurant because it's a pleasure to have such good, and especially regional, food in such generous portions!
Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service as well.

29/05/2026: Probably the most French restaurant we visited on our trip. Lunch was excellent; there was no menu, only a set menu. The decor was a bit quirky, but very comfortable, and the view over the city was fantastic. The owner was very charming.

22/04/2026: The Caesar salad was delicious, the pizza was a bit bland (with tomato, ham, mushrooms, and mozzarella), and the pasta Carbonara was also very bland, but overall good. I wouldn't recommend the Aperol cocktail. Service is on time: the salad is a 25-minute wait. The pasta was prepared very quickly.

27/05/2026: The establishment doesn't need new customers, even when there are empty spaces at 9:30 pm. The welcome is absolutely not warm, and the staff adopts a very haughty attitude even though a large number of tables are unoccupied and you are assured that you are completely full.
19/05/2026: Booked by chance, wanting to stay on the Île Saint-Louis, L'Istazione Vache turned out to be a place beyond expectations: excellent food, a varied selection, and friendly staff. We especially tried different dishes (fillet Rossini, bavette, salmon), all delicious and well-cooked. Special mention for the mousse. Prices are in line with the Parisian average. Worth a visit if you're in the area. The best dinner we had in our four days in Paris.

The waitress (TIGRESS) will know who she is.
We were greeted by smiling and professional waiters and staff.
As for the food: PERFECT. A big thumbs up for the Savoyard cordon bleu (perhaps a little underwhelming), but really delicious. Another big plus: we were offered a complimentary digestif at the end of the meal, the ONLY one in the resort! Thank you, finally a place that actually does business!
