Superb homemade cuisine, very pleasant service, a lovely atmosphere in the dining room, and a delightful surprise with the sparkling and delicious "L'Espérance" gourmet platter. The owner and staff were very friendly! Everything was perfect for a wonderful birthday celebration with friends and family. Book now to delight your guests! It's delicious 😋

28/05/2026: My fiancée and I celebrated our engagement here following our dinner at Cafe de l’Homme (which was exceptional) and the elevated expectations were exceeded. The cocktails were extremely well done, and the service was just as amazing. Our server Roman held a table for us upon request following a note I had sent a week prior about our intentions to celebrate this special night with them, and we were met with the warmest welcome, spiced nuts and chocolates from the chef at the restaurant, and a private corner table. Roman, along with the other staff, were polite, respectful, conversational, and clearly experts in the industry of service and bartending. We could tell that he clearly put enormous effort and thought into welcoming us and making sure that the end of our night was unforgettable, and in that regard Le Bar Kleber was successful. We would love to return to Le Bar Kleber in the future, and maybe even stay at the hotel after our wonderful experience here.

30/04/2026: My colleague and I stumbled upon this restaurant for lunch during our break and were very pleasantly surprised. We were greeted with a smile and seated on a lovely back terrace to enjoy the sunshine. The waiter was friendly, attentive, and offered helpful advice. The pizzas are delicious, the crust is perfect! A wonderful discovery, a chance find, and I'll gladly return! Thank you to the whole team!

03/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The service was terrible (the waitress interrupted our order to help her colleague with other customers, and made a rude "oh damn, I forgot the name"). Lack of experience and poor memory. No water, even though we'd asked for it upon arrival. Starters were brought out before we'd finished our aperitifs. The vegetarian dish was inedible: the chickpea croquettes were overcooked and completely dry, the two vegetables on the plate were also inedible and overcooked, and the sauce was a gelatinous, frozen kind of sauce. The lamb dish was also unsuitable: the person who ate it became ill within an hour of our departure and suffered from stomach pains and vomiting until the following morning. Desserts were very average, except for the rice pudding. Regarding the vegetarian dish, we mentioned it to the waitress, who explained that the kitchen didn't understand and hadn't received any other complaints. No compensation was offered at the end. The cook repeatedly walked between customers with aluminum trays filled with vacuum-packed ingredients: meat, vegetables, etc. This is a disgrace to Burgundian cuisine. Absolutely avoid this place! We spent €240 on this for four people!

13/06/2026: The food was very good, but the waiter was a bit aggressive and the portions were far too small for the price (€22 per person for the 8-piece mezze). We were still hungry when we left the table.

15/05/2026: The atmosphere was very homey; we were greeted by friendly people right away. You need to reserve a table in advance, but that was no problem. The service was very pleasant and welcoming! We tried the onion soup, which was good. The only thing we didn't like was the mussels, but the hosts very kindly removed them from the bill—a very nice gesture! They also served complimentary bread at the table. A really great place for a warm evening ❤️ There are lots of little streets nearby filled with souvenirs where you can stroll.

09/05/2026: My husband and I had a lovely time at this inn. The meal was excellent from start to finish. We also appreciated the service. There were two set menus to choose from, both of high quality... one of our favorite restaurants.

27/04/2026: This establishment is best avoided on Sundays (the day of our visit): The food is good, but nothing special. I don't understand the "Gault & Millau" label displayed at the restaurant's entrance... Having frequented other establishments with similar labels, this one falls far short of the required standards. The major drawback is the wait time: a three-course meal took three hours... we arrived at 12:45 PM and finished at 3:45 PM. Completely unacceptable. They claim it's due to staff shortages, making it difficult to recruit. I think this is a flimsy excuse, because when that's the case, they don't open all the tables for service. In short, an experience best forgotten, and I won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

15/06/2026: Hello, the food is very good. For me, the butcher's cut with its gratin was absolutely delicious. I also had a creamy fromage blanc, which was very good. I'm amending my initial review: the drinks were refreshing.

26/04/2026: Nothing is homemade except the cooking. The sauces come in tubes, which is great. Even the mayonnaise is in a tube. This restaurant is best avoided unless you want to catch traveler's diarrhea. You barely have time to finish your aperitif before your main course is served.
