I give it 5 stars for her professionalism, her kindness, and the fact that we had a very good meal. The dishes were generous and met our expectations. We were disappointed by the quality of the food. The rib-eye steaks were too fatty, the fish tasted reheated and wasn't very fresh, the profiteroles tasted stale and mass-produced, and the chocolate was spoiled. It's a shame there was no homemade cooking or desserts. The service was pleasant.

29/05/2026: I visited this little bistro during my vacation in 2024, and I didn't mind it. I particularly enjoyed their gratin specialty, which suited my rather American appetite. I decided to bring my university friends during our vacation this year (May 2026), and I wasn't disappointed. The waiter greeted us, and we were very impressed by the quick service and the delicious food.

04/04/2026: A very cozy place, located on a quiet street in Boulogne-sur-Mer. I had a donut and my partner had a brownie; it wasn't exceptional, but it was decent. However, the bubble tea is excellent! Unfortunately, there weren't many flavor options. The service was great, and the owner was very friendly. It's a little pricey, but there are a lot of things to consider, so it doesn't bother me too much. Good experience! I recommend it.

A little outside the center of Beaune, this establishment offers refined, delicious, and creative cuisine while remaining true to the Burgundian spirit. The staff is charming. I've had the pleasure of going there several times, and my enthusiasm remains undiminished. I don't often post reviews, but I felt it was important to share these positive experiences.
