06/08/2026: Absolutely delicious! Small little restaurant almost hidden amongst bigger restaurants. Beef tartare with fries was delicious. The chocolate mousse was the best I’ve ever had! Staff was very kind and attentive. 10/10, would recommend!

02/08/2026: Excellent lunch. Very welcoming service. Very affordable lunch menu. Highly recommended! It's just a shame there was some noise due to roadworks.

16/07/2026: We had a wonderful time. The welcome was incredibly warm, and the whole team was so attentive, even to the children! The setting is magnificent. It's a real pleasure to feel so welcome as a family. A huge thank you, by the way, for their children's menu: finally, real balanced, healthy, and delicious meals, a far cry from the endless industrial nuggets and fries! My son loved it. It's so refreshing to find a restaurant with real flavors. Our taste buds were truly transported from beginning to end! Everything was delicious. Special mention for the rhubarb and speculoos ice cream. A must-visit that I wholeheartedly recommend. A huge thank you for your kindness and this wonderful experience!

01/07/2026: Yumi is simply the best sushi restaurant in Bordeaux. The fish is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth, the rice is perfectly cooked every time, and the gyoza are absolutely delicious. We highly recommend it.

A small wine list, but some amazing and affordable finds. As for the service, the owner herself takes care of it with kindness and efficiency. A great time!

20/08/2026: Attention all foodies: this cookie shop is a high-risk zone! 😋 If you're the type to count every penny before reaching for your wallet, steer clear… here, you might leave with a few less cookies in your cupboards… and a few less euros in your purse! 😂💸 On the other hand, for true gourmands, lovers of sweet treats, and those who tell themselves, "Okay, just one more…" before grabbing three more: go for it! 🤣 The biggest danger won't actually be your wallet… but rather your love handles, which might gain a few centimeters after a few visits! 🍪❤️ In short, this is a place where it's best to come with a good appetite, a reasonable budget… and above all, plenty of willpower! Quality ingredients, fast service, and a warm welcome. The atmosphere is friendly, and you'll have a great time. I highly recommend it! 👍

17/08/2026: So happy to be back in the valley and to see Le Funambule reopened! The service is fantastic, the new manager is very friendly and has made a point of showcasing fresh, local produce! The wine list is well-curated, the homemade tapas have a touch of originality that makes you want to come back (and there are options for vegetarians 🌱), and there are even a few board games available! In short, we keep going back again and again, whether with family, as a couple, or with friends ✨

15/08/2026: Before our trip, I checked the reviews... and upon arrival, we could only confirm what previous guests had said... Sandrine, Xavier, and Thibault go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. The welcome drinks (or rather, tastings of excellent homemade beverages made from local products), and the meals prepared by Sandrine at the communal table are a pure delight, all in a very convivial atmosphere. We were pleased to discover that several guests were regulars, which is easy to see why... A stay to be had, or repeated, without hesitation.

My only regret is having walked past it so many times without stopping in before. The price is reasonable considering the quality and generous portions. A big thank you to the person who cooked and served us this evening.
