14/04/2026: A magical moment for my 60th birthday. The welcome, the service, the cuisine of Chef William. And always a kind word as we left the Chef's pavilion for my birthday. We have been coming to the Westminster for over 15 years. We had an apartment in the Westminster residence. And we were very regulars at the Les Cimaises restaurant. 21/05/2026: A warm welcome set the tone for the relaxing meal I had planned. All my favorite dishes were on the menu, making it difficult to choose. In the end, I opted for scallop and prawn skewers, and to finish with a sweet treat, French toast. A perfect meal, without a single flaw. I can't wait for warmer weather to enjoy the terrace. 15/05/2026: Bad experience. I ordered a rare burger. What a disappointment... the steak was way overcooked (not even pink) and had the consistency of mousse, weird 🤔 Very cold atmosphere. All that for €17.50!!!!!

05/06/2026: A return visit to this restaurant, not great unfortunately! I went for lunch there one day in March and the service was excellent. I went back on Monday the 1st and it was just okay. First, we didn't get the little toasts with tapenade. Then, the beef fillet was very good, but the green sauce was rather bland; a good meat jus would have been enough. The fish trio was so-so because it was served with cold broth, so not great. The plate was very TikTok-worthy; only the prawn salad was fantastic! I'm a bit disappointed! I admit I'll go back for another try.

23/05/2026: The servers were welcoming, but they weren't always familiar with the ingredients in the dishes. The service was too fast, and we didn't always have time to digest the experience between courses. Perhaps the problem lay with the kitchen? The food was very good, but the portions were too large. There were too many desserts. We were a bit too full by the end of the meal.

23/05/2026: An incredible place with an entrance through a garden and a greenhouse... the terrace is truly lovely. The cuisine is worthy of a Michelin star.

30/03/2026: This was our first time at this restaurant, having come from the Mouscron region of Belgium. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a modern setting, ample parking, and a most welcoming reception. The tasting of the appetizers and main courses demonstrated great professionalism and remarkable quality. The decor and presentation were excellent. The service was worthy of a 5-star establishment; having frequented Michelin-starred restaurants, we found that same level of service here. All four of us shared this opinion: we had a wonderful time and we will definitely return.

10/04/2026: We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel as a family and truly enjoyed our stay. Rare but true... everything was perfect, our room was spacious and well-equipped. The service was excellent, the staff were attentive, helpful, and always smiling... I have nothing but praise and highly recommend it! The breakfast was also very complete :)

22/05/2026: We were a walk in on a not too busy night. The food was superb and supported by a good cocktail list. It wasn't the usual moules mariniere usually found in these parts and that was a welcome change. The host mad hostess were fantastic, very welcoming, always smiling and a good understanding of English. With our limited French and their English we were able to explain my nut allergy. Also, the background music was awesome (for a 60+ English man who likes rock music. We will definitely come back next time we are passing through.
