18/08/2026: The service was excellent; the servers were very understanding despite our lateness. They welcomed our dog and brought him water, and the pizzas were very good. The wine was very good, costing €10-20 without a bottle.

11/07/2025: I've lived in the Cadet Metro area for 25 years. I discovered Thym Sauvage about three years ago. Since then, whenever I don't have the courage to make lunch at home, I automatically head to Thym Sauvage. There are dozens of options in the area. But it's my taste buds that lead me to this restaurant, whether for a top-notch falafel sandwich to go, or for a delicious mezze combo with hummus/vegetable moussaka accompanied by a delicious falafel sandwich with garlic cream... yum yum. I have extensive experience with Lebanese cuisine in Paris: Al Diwan, Al Ajami, Al Dar, Noura, Le Bois le Vent, Al Mankal, Fayrouz, Al Rimal, etc. And quite honestly, after Thym Sauvage, it's always disappointing to try any other Lebanese restaurant or the classics mentioned above. Mr. David & Mrs. Rita, the owners, are warm, friendly, and adorable. Moreover, Thym Sauvage offers an atmosphere with oriental and Lebanese music that allows you to escape for the duration of a meal. Honestly, I love everything about it! And I must admit to being a bit addicted to their refined, family-style cuisine! It's very, very good!!! And for the top-notch prices!

09/07/2025: "Is your meat halal?" (The answer is yes). The welcome was pleasant, the food was good quality, and the smell of the grilled meats made you want to try them. The feta salad met expectations, and the vegetarian mezze was good. The mint, lemon, and orange blossom lemonade was not too sweet and therefore very refreshing. Special mention goes to the falafel and the fritters, which were excellent. (Yes, in the end, we didn't eat any meat, but we still recommend them given the tempting aroma.)

16/08/2026: We tried the barbecue pizza, a delicious, generously topped pizza with just the right amount of spice. I highly recommend it, just like all the others. Plus, the friendly service was great.

13/08/2026: I've been getting my pizzas from Pizza dell'IS for ten years now; the manager always greets us with a smile. The pizzas are wood-fired and generously topped, with a good selection. I recommend ordering by calling around 5 pm because orders start pouring in as time goes on. The best pizzas in Is-sur-Tille!

28/08/2026: The crepe arrived burnt. There was a shouting match in the kitchen. It was really bad. And the waiter asked me if it was okay... he seemed amused when I showed him the plate. Obviously, I didn't order dessert. Avoid this place!

25/08/2026: We were here for a farewell dinner with our daughter, who is spending a year abroad in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. The crêperie was a wonderful setting for the occasion. The balmy late-summer evening on the terrace, the friendly staff, the well-organized service, and the delicious galettes, crêpes, and cocktails didn’t make saying goodbye any easier, but they certainly made it more enjoyable.

03/07/2026: So, I wanted to share my experience from this evening, Friday, July 3rd, 2026. There were two of us, we arrived at 8:30 PM, and at 8:50 PM we asked for at least an aperitif, knowing we were on the terrace in 27°C weather. Then we ordered and were served at 9:35 PM, and only then were we told, "Sorry, we have 130 customers and a sick cook." I can understand that, but what is your priority? Profitability, quality, or the customer? And to top it all off, we paid inside and left a tip for our nice waitress, only for a young woman to call out to us as we were leaving and ask if we had paid? (Yes, 114 euros for two people, that's quite a lot!) It's a shame I didn't react, I would have made a huge scene... she didn't even say hello when we arrived, or goodbye, or thank you. I don't know what she's doing there... I hope she's at least related to allow herself to act like that 🤬

04/07/2026: The prices are excessive for crepes. You have to pay extra (€4) for a side of salad. The savory buckwheat crepes are good, but the sweet ones are much less so. The service was mediocre; the waitress wasn't very friendly. I'm not sure I'll go back, but I hope they can continue their business.

08/08/2026: A refreshing break at the Observatory with my dog ​​and girlfriend. A very pleasant break under the sunshades, a calm and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Strasbourg.

26/07/2026: I had a wonderful time at Le Temps des Cerises. This restaurant offers a warm and authentically Parisian atmosphere, with charming decor and a particularly friendly welcome. The dishes are generous, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, showcasing traditional French cuisine. The service is attentive, quick, and always delivered with a smile. An excellent place to share a meal with friends, family, or as a couple.

07/05/2026: I regularly go to Au Bureau, but yesterday there was a match. When I made my reservation, they asked me if I was there for the game, but even though I said no, our table of 12 was in the middle of the fans, which was quite unbearable. We asked to be seated on the terrace, but they claimed there were too many of us, even though we were able to sit there without any problem when we left. This restaurant has two dining rooms; why not prioritize the smaller room for those who aren't there for the matches? This won't stop me from coming back, but not on a match night.

22/08/2026: A lovely restaurant that seemed to be run by a young couple, where the food was really exceptionally good. A generous buffet, a choice of andouillette or an enormous bavette steak for the main course with a great gratin dauphinois, and pudding at a very good price on the menu of the day. There was quite a wait to be seated, but it was well worth it.

16/06/2026: Passing through by bike A must-visit! Everything is excellent, of very high quality, and very well prepared. For a lunch menu, it's truly fantastic. The staff, always on the go, are very helpful, efficient, and extremely friendly. Make a detour from the Loire riverbank or anywhere else.

06/08/2026: A pure delight. We savored (my partner would correct me to say devoured) the ravioli gratin. The selection of aged cheeses will leave you speechless! We highly recommend this place. All this on a shaded terrace. Highly recommended!
