That evening, at Le Farçon, they met for a luminous dinner, graced by a chef who understands the region and the smiles of a couple who had traveled from much further afield than the mountain peaks. The chef, passionate and generous, skillfully wove together the rich flavors of Savoy with the discerning palates of his Breton guests, creating an unexpected, delicate, and vibrant alliance, like those encounters that leave a lasting impression. The service? A rare warmth at altitude. A sincere, almost familiar attentiveness that envelops you from the very first moment—and which, by contrast, leaves some neighboring tables in a polite shadow, where elegance prefers to remain silent. Here, one savors with precision, shares with joy, and leaves the table with a heart as full as the plate. And as the meal ends, a breath of Brittany comes to greet the night: a complimentary digestif, like a final nod to distant sea spray. 26/08/2026: I came for my mother's birthday. The welcome was excellent, the service quick and efficient, and the overall experience impeccable. The food, the flavors, the cooking—everything was perfect; we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizers to the dessert. As an added bonus, they really went the extra mile to do something special for my mother's birthday, which made her so happy and touched. I recommend going there without hesitation. They are very warm and approachable, which is what sets them apart. I will definitely be back. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, even though I just left. 23/07/2026: I regret to inform you that I must change my opinion of this establishment, which I have always greatly enjoyed. Having booked the 2 pm brunch slot, we were dismayed to find we were only served for one hour, and even then, only leftovers. Nothing was replenished. The selection was very limited, fruit juices were consistently unavailable, and the desserts were insufficient. Paying the same price as for earlier time slots, I find it unacceptable that half of our table didn't receive desserts or fruit juice. Without individual menus, some hot drinks were charged extra. The scrambled eggs are now served, so they are lukewarm. We had to flag down a waiter three times before we could place our order, and we didn't have a menu. Nothing lived up to my previous visits.
